Stayed in three hotels on this trip. This was the second best. Seemed "worn.". The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby furniture was worn out. Lights in lobby seating/fireplace area left off. Maybe to same energy, but left lobby area without the usual'welcoming' feeling. At 6 pm the dining room was dark closed. At previous status with Country Inn, the dining room was open to provide additional seating work area, and the juice and coffee were available 24/7, as they should be for $125/ night. The pool was clean, no whirlpool/ hot tub.

Pool was freezing, but everything else was great! We would’ve avoided the pool altogether if it weren’t for our kiddo so it didn’t affect the stay at all! Overall really nice place, great prices.

The biggest issue is that there are never pool towels out. We went to the pool each day and had to ask for towels every time. The other thing is that the air conditioning in the hotel hallways and lobby was severely lacking. It felt like a sauna every time we left the room. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant, the staff was amiable, and the facilities were perfectly fine.

We stayed 2 nights. The pool was not heated (it stated it was) and there was no hot tub (which images showed a hot tub). The room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. Overall it was a decent stay.

The staff were kind and friendly. Every morning, the staff knocked on the door for housekeeping service. That was nice. Expensive for what you get. No vending machine for food or a mini market when you are hungry in the middle of the night. Coffee only at breakfast time. The coffee in the room is not good and is very limited. Older property.

This hotel was difficult to locate... it seems to be hiding behind the Best Western hotel. Hotel was quiet and clean and generally very good, but oddly, nearly every chair I saw was very worn and should be replaced.

Room was nice and clean. Newer look to it. Gym is really small. Pool isn’t bad. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Walls and floors were thinner so you could hear the TV and foot steps. If all your doing is planning on sleeping there, then I would recommend this.

The overall room was nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. Hotel was pretty quiet our whole stay. The complimentary breakfast was nice and had some variety. The chair in the room however had stains. One of the lights by the nightstand did not work. The shower floor was dirty (brown water began to be shown once the shower water hit the floor) and the shampoo was expired for 2 years.

The entire stay was nice, but there was one negative. Thin walls. We had a couple upstairs from us who wasn't super loud, but the sound of the bed was. We couldn't turn the tv up enough to drown out the sound.

The room is very nice and clean. I can tell it is newly renovated. We enjoyed our clean cozy stay. There is a microwave oven and very nice size refrigerator in the room. I would suggest that they have a bigger breakfast selection. Also on the way to our room their was a smell in the hallway on the 2nd.

The hotel room was great. It was really big. It was pretty much a double room. The bed wasn't that comfortable. Not as comfortable as I like. Just a regular pillow top mattress. The amenities and everything was fine. The room was definitely clean. The shower was awesome. Good shower, good bathroom. The staff was not very friendly at all q11 it was a pretty decent hotel. I appreciate a quiet room wherever I stay but this was anything but. Whoever stayed at the room above us caused the ceiling to loudly squeak when they walked about. I coule hear the guy in the next room talking on the phone literally all night still keeping me awake at 5 am dropping random f bombs. I was hoping to get a late check out so I could come back and shower after I completed the marathlon I was running in the morning before heading home and they offered no such option.

Every thing clean but one bad thing was the noise from the room above on second floor. When ever someone walked around cracking and popping noises came from the floor. Was the floor above a wooden floor that was loose?

We arrived late and had no problems. Everything was quick and efficient and well thought out. It was VERY QUIET. Breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage and potatoes, hard boiled eggs as well as the usual waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. Had a contactless checkout with texting and everything was very wonderful!

The front desk guy was rude and charged us extra for 2 guest instead of 1 in a double room. I booked 3 rooms together and for some reason 1 room showed 2 guest and 2 rooms showed 1 guest. Regardless when you book it doesn’t chatge more till after 3 guest per room. Avoid this place at all cost, they are crooks. Examples in pictures of it doesn't cost more and the front desk clerk lied and charged our card anyways.

The front desk lady was very rude and kept changing the prices per night , it say kids under 18 free but she wanted to charge us a extra 200 for 2 nights I will never stay there again and we were not the only family she did that too, we were here for a cheer competition but she made us very uncomfortable and we had to scramble to find a new hotel,

The hotel room was a little dated. Beds were a little firmer than average. Parking was easy. It was extremely quiet and felt safe. Loved that. When checking out the next day, I was given a call before check to assure I was checking out. I didn’t really like that. I was checking out when asked to leave. Money wasn’t an issue by no means. I had my credit card on file! lol. I think me asking if they did late check outs, rubbed them wrong, and in return it felt like they were targeting me because I asked. Room was fine. But I’ll probably pay the extra money for a better hotel that’s commercial. (Hilton, Marriott, etc.) Did not really like feeling singled out in that manner. I travel a lot, so this is a question that I ask all hotels, if I need a late check out. And when I checked out, no one was at the desk or in sight. Weird. It was cool but I will not stay at a country inn suites again.

Nice hotel. Fair price. Conflicting checkout times. Wall in lobby said 11, but the sign on the door of the room said 12. I read the sign on the door of the room and made plans accordingly. The woman at the desk was adamant that if we stayed passed 11 we would be fined regardless of what was posted in the room. How was I to know which posting was a lie?

Clean and quiet. Odd driveway seems like you are pulling into another hotels parking lot. Some sinage in the Cul de saq might be helpful. Had to change initial roo. as handicapped room had no way to hang clothes. Staff was vreat and change only took about 5 min.

Came into town from Indy for a Bluejackets game. Great location and convenient. About 15 minutes from the arena. Room was clean and spacious. Lobby and breakast area seemed a dated but very clean. I would recommend for sure. Access to 70 was so easy.

Went for a weekend away from the children’s hospital so our older kids could swim and do things away from the hospital. At check-in we were charged more for the room than what we booked through hotels.com AND we were charged $20 additional for each person in the room. No where is it stated or posted about this fee. We also had to ask for the pool lights to be turned on at 9 at night when the pool doesn’t close until 10. While eating breakfast, the staff started to teardown the breakfast and not replace things starting at 8:30. Breakfast is over at 9:30. There are signs posted in breakfast area that if food is taken back to room there is an additional fee added to your room. It just seems they try to get as much money out of their guests as much as possible.
