The property was a bit run down. Expect nicks on every surface of your room, etc. But you get what you pay for. The pool was the main reason I selected this hotel vs. the Marriotts next door- I thought it looked nicer. Well, the pool was not in service the entire weekend i stayed at the hotel. The hotel of course didn't bother to offer me some sort of discount.

Was told at check in the elevator was out to 3rd floor. Told clerk I don't do stairs well with knee surgery. Switched room to 1st floor. Same person that was there in May when I stayed. Very nice customer service which is greatly appreciated

We stayed in early November for a weekend shopping trip. Our room was comfortable and spacious. It was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. The only issue is that we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator is out. Going by previous reviews it been out for quite some time but we were told it had been out for a couple weeks. Some people need to know that ahead of time when booking. The carpets need a good cleaning and there is definitely room for updates and improvements but it was an affordable, clean, comfortable room and worked for us.

Close to Easton Town Center (outdoor mall) with many dining options. A few minutes away from Ohio State University. There was an evening reception with wine and beer. There is a nice fire pit, swimming pool, and basketball court. The breskfast was really good. The room has a kitchen with a full size refrigerator,

A pleasant and economical surprise. Clean, quiet despite being full, with courteous service and well-appointed room. No airport shuttle service. Uber was $10-15. Enjoyed the basketball court and gym. Good breakfast. Would stay here again.

This was a very nice and well-run hotel. All the common areas were clean, attractive and comfortable. The staff was very consistently helpful and smiling. Our suite was spotless and way more than expected. Actually had a small full kitchen.

Took half an hour to check in because system was down. Room was in very bad shape and there were hair on the bed. Upon multiple requests bedsheet was changed so we could sleep. A big no staying at this place ever

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was dated and you could tell it was pet friendly. Our restroom door had a ton of scratches on the back of the door. There were balls of hair on the floor and the room was a bit dusty. The bed was cleanans Smelled clean and was very comfortable.

The hotel is clean enough but the bed was a marshmallow with zero support and the shower drain was slow and I had to stand in water up to my ankles by the time I was finished. The black curtain didn’t work as it had a gap on the side of the window that faces the bed.

For a single night this property was sufficient but for longer stays I would maybe choose somewhere else. The third floor with no elevator access was a bit rough and the carpets in the room could probably use some deep cleaning or even a replacement. There was a definite scent to the room that was somewhat unpleasant. Overall the bed was comfy and the staff were nice and helpful, breakfast was good and had some variety

It was really helpful having the kitchen. The room was clean and neat. Staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly. Staff helping at breakfast were very kind and checked item ingredients for me. There is airport noise from planes taking off. Hotel felt very safe. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

It was short and sweet. Nothing bad to say. The front desk clerk (Matt) was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our hotel room though (room 339 on the 3rd floor), the floor was all kinds of wonky. Deviations throughout the entire suite. It didn't affect our stay at all, but it certainly left us wondering what in tarnation was under the carpet..... on the 3rd floor. A floor that should be flat. Quite strange.

First off, the elevator is currently out of service - this shows on the listing, so it wasn’t a surprise, but due to issues that arose, I did have to make extra trips up and down to the third floor. The refrigerator in my room did not work, so I had to travel down for ice from the kitchen. On my last day, the door locks apparently hadn’t been updated to the recent time change, so I got locked out of my room while eating breakfast and then had to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed. However, the breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast and the hours were good. The room itself was comfortable and well equipped (besides the refrigerator, but I was only there for one night and didn’t have an actual need for it, just wanted to chill some drinks). I would go back.

This property had a very rude front desk associate! I would never recommend this place also with booking with this app there are unknown fees once you arrive to the hotel almost an extra 200$ was being charged to my booking.

I didn’t even stay here !they. Have my room away the staff tried to give me two rooms for my my four guest that were across the hall but that didn’t work and tried to give me and free pizza but that didn’t make giving my room away oh k !!!

This is our second time staying at this property. The first time, the gentleman that checked us in didn’t seem to know what he was doing with the computer and printing a receipt. Spent an extended amount of time at the desk just trying to get checked in. We finally got our keys and went to the room that he assigned to us. Imagine our surprise when after opening the door, there’s a whole family sitting in this room. We realize that mistakes happen and decided to give the location another try for this trip. Same exact thing happened. The same gentleman was working the front desk and seemed very confused with the move-in process and had difficulty again checking us in and getting us our receipt to sign. we again went to our assigned room and while thankfully no one was in there, it was obviously already assigned to someone else, as there were their personal belongings all over the room. In today’s day and age, this could prove to be a very, very dangerous situation. I can only imagine how I might feel if somebody came barging into my room unexpectedly.

What an absolutely amazing first experience with Staybridge! Every single employee I encountered went above and beyond, from the manager picking me up at the airport, to helping me get my luggage to my room and doing it all in reverse during checkout. I'm mobility impaired and am using an electric wheelchair. I appreciated all the accessibility in the room. I will definitely seek out Staybridge in my future travels, but nobody is going to be any better than the employees at the Columbus Ohio airport location.

Multiple car break-ins (smashed windows); Walmart manager did more to try and help us than hotel staff; would not stay again and would not recommend. Cost us over $600, and more than 6 hours of vacation time, not to mention putting our vehicle at additional risk as well as having to listen to the horrible noise the temporary window covering made for over 11 hours of return travel in temperatures in the teens and twenties.

I loved my stay here. As a travel nurse peace and quiet is key! Only con is that someone car windows got busted 2 of them and they were parked right in front of the entrance. 5/5 experience breakfast is AMAZING! All staff are friendly ! I mostly dealt with Matt who is incredible all around.
