The hotel itself was very nice. The lobby was clean, modern and busy. The room was clean and as described. The pressure in the shower was great and the towels were really soft! The bed was firm and the blackout curtain could be lowered or raised and it worked wonderfully! The only negative was the area where you get dropped off was being remodeled so the drop off was chaotic and the parking lot was farther than I would have liked. It was down a road and on the 3rd floor there was a bridge so you didnt have to go outside. But we had to take our luggage and carry it through the hallways.

Overall average. The fitness room is nice and there were a decent amount of people working out there every time u went In. The spin bikes need some maintenance but are functional, the mirror won’t let you log in which was disappointing. Difficult to house keeping to come clean your room, or they come and just give fresh towels and take your trash but they don’t make your bed and/or organize your things for you. The restaurant in the hotel always seems understaffed, the bar looked kinda disorganized/messy each time I ate in there regardless of time/day. It’s nice it’s connected to convention center but If your going for a convention, the Hilton (also connected) is worth the extra cost.

Our trip was AMAZING. We booked here because we had a vampire convention across the street, and it was so convenient with the sky walk connecting to the convention center. Our room was super clean and the beds were SO comfortable. The food at the restaurant downstairs was the best food I have EVER had at any hotel. We ate every meal there the entire weekend because we couldnt wait to try something else on the menu. I would absolutely stay here again if im in the area!

Was a busy night there Saturday w Ohio State graduation, large wedding, and a Volleyball tournament. Restaurant was very good. Very good breakfast buffet as well as other meals. Parking staff was able to handl the volume.

Property did not offer a pool and as an uptown property that was unexpected. The restaurant food was very tasty and the cooks were fast. Grant I ordered items that did not require cooking. The Cobb salad was very good!! All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The ranch also tasted homemade although I know it wasn’t. It was packaged well too. I also ordered granola and Greek yogurt, I loved that they offered Greek yogurt! Most places don’t offer Greek as an option. The staff were very helpful and pleasant except 1 lady whom I had contact with on my last day (checkout day) but I won’t allow my interaction with her to tarnish that of all of the staff members. The staff members were also very pleasant to the children in my party. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and I loved the lighting in the vanity mirror. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 young children. The property also offered me a $10 credit everyday I was checked into the property. I enjoyed that. I simply had to pay the amount that was over the $10. The marketplace offered a variety of snacks and beverages. None to my liking but most people would have found them favorable. The kids were provided coloring kits and self portrait kits with stickers and they kept the kids busy while I worked in the room. Valet was quite expensive in my opinion and none of the staff mentioned that street parking was free on the weekends, I did not appreciate that bc I would have saved $100. I loved that elevator

Friendly staff, clean room, and great location. The bar/restaurant was also solid and it was very nice to have it open over the Thanksgiving holiday. We also used the gym on multiple days – it's nothing special, but it's spacious and has a full dumbbell set, so it worked well.

The staff were friendly. The lobby, restaurant and fitness centre were well equipped and clean. That’s where the good ends. The room was very dated.The bathroom in our room was reasonably clean. The carpet in the rest of the room looked like it hadn’t vacuumed or cleaned in years. Disgusting. The bedding was old and tattered and smelled of cigarette smoke. The chair at the desk was filthy. The location was perfect for going to the hockey game, but there are several other hotels that are in the same vicinity. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

We had a loft room which was spacious but oddly set up. There was trash under the bed and food left in the freezer. There was a large group on our floor and in the room next to us that was incredibly loud and the police were called…not the fault of the hotel but it wasn’t resolved until 3am (my first call to the front desk was at 11pm).

We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean (a lot cleaner than some recent ones we stayed at) and everything was updated. The restaurant food was okay. Nothing extraordinary. Hotel is close to everything and in an area that isn’t very busy at all, so you’re not waiting in traffic all day. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to switch rooms about 30mins after checking in. The first room had bed bugs. I took a video and some photos to show the front desk. They gave me another room, it was very clean and bug free. They also gave us a complimentary dinner for 2.

The plusses - generally nice property, convenient location, easy check in, valet service. minuses- loft room had barely any furniture, and furniture it did have was clearly old and worn out. desk chair was wobbly and sketchy. bathroom fixtures were "retro" to the extreme. Loft had great spaciousness, but no purpose. TV did not work (we didn't really care, but STILL). Another minus- This review site, which won't let me upload any of the photos.

We really enjoyed our stay, as always, in Columbus. This hotel is in a great location to walk anywhere including the Arena, The North Market, The Convention Center, restaurants, bars etc.. Staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was really good including a Crimson Cup latte. We stayed in the Lofts Tower and were really excited to stay in a room like the ones pictured on the website with exposed brick, lots of big windows and charm. Our room was rather dark, very dimly lit even with all the lights on, only 1 medium sized window and frankly quite drab with no exposed brick. The bathroom is cute with a pedestal sink, pretty tile and a bathtub. However, in a hotel bathroom - function beats fashion- a pedestal sink and tiny decorative shelf is not sufficient when traveling with toiletries for 2 adults. The lofts concept is cool but if you aren't lucky enough to get a room like what is pictured on the site- it's a bit of a let down. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but would not pay a premium to stay in the Lofts.

Overall room was very spacious and unique which I loved ! But my couch was missing leather to the pillows in the lounge area of the room Another thing we noticed is that the levels between floors must be very thin because we heard walking above our heads all morning starting at 6am and could hear each time they flushed the toilet or used the shower . Which caused a restless early morning

The restraunt was phenomenal. The thermostat in our room was not adjustable so we were a bit cold with no extra blankets in the closet and only a thin one on the bed. All off the pillows were extremely thick and firm which doesnt leave you many options. Sleeping wasnt great.

The restaurant was amazing. We ate there multiple times. My review is for the hotel.. we stayed there 3 nights. The room was not serviced once, ran out of toilet paper, never cleaned. There was no option for in room dining.

I didnt like that I paid for the room 3 weeks before we came, checked in around 5pm only to be told our room wasnt available(basically didnt hold our room and gave it away) and was put in a lower cost room and wasnt refunded any difference. We paid for a loft room and ended up in a very small room.

They overcharged my Credit Card, charged me for someone else dining and breakfast! Had to deal with overcharging my CC when checking out! One day later another two charges on my account without my knowledge!!! Four days later still dealing with them to credit back the overcharges !!! Bad experience !

They de-activated our keys and made up a stupid excuse as to why it happened blaming it on another co-worker. They never gave us clean towels until after the third phone call. I paid through Expedia and they paid Sonesta but they still charged my card for my stay. They told me they would email my receipt but it's been two days and I have not received it.

Check-in was a nightmare, they need to do a better job checking people in. The line was out the door, when we finally got to the desk our room wasn’t ready. They offered a smaller room at the same price, which I declined . They finally let us check in, with the plan to pick up the key an hour later. Two hours later, the room still wasn’t ready. When it was finally ready, we were not given directions and ended up going up and down and around before we finally found our room. The room was nice. The guy at the desk was nice, but you need to do something to make check in easier. The next night we stayed at the Hyatt and I checked in online and picked up my key. It took about three seconds.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:00PM(I had called earlier that day to let them know if our late arrival) there were no rooms ready and the lobby was full of guests waiting for rooms. The front desk staff went above and beyond trying to accommodate guests. They had to go check for clean rooms to check guests in, but they handled it like pros! Guests rooms are old and worn.

The hotel itself was very nice. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The restaurant was a bit pricey, but the food was amazing. Unfortunately the issues we experienced with our room resevations during our stay caused much confusion with the staff. We booked through Hotels.com and had multiple reservations in the system due to the inability to modify our original reservation to extend our stay. Although we did not have to physically move rooms, we had to return to the front desk each day to "check out and back in" to our rooms and have our key cards reset during our three night stay. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was not aware of how long we were staying and continuously entered our room despite the fact we were not scheduled to check out until Sunday. They even entered prior to checkout time and even came in to clean after being told we were not checking out until the following day and to stop entering the room. It was a hassle and not worth it for the price of the hotel, additional daily fees, and pricey parking fees.

We stayed for the close proximity of the Nationwide Arena for an event. We wanted to be in walking distance and avoid traffic. It was only a five minute walk, so perfect. You can also walk to North Market a few blocks away. Very walkable area here. Front desk was welcoming and courteous. The rooms were well appointed. Beds comfortable and clean. The restaurant downstairs was open late after our event around midnight with good food. Checkout process was smooth. We will definitely stay again without hesitation.

Great location and very welcoming staff. Interactions with valet, front desk, and restaurant staff were all warm and professional. Only recommendation is to provide more details about parking with my reservation confirmation. Circled the block before realizing the entrance and valet service were the same place, but self-parking is around the other side of the building.

The Vine Forge restaurant was outstanding! In particular they make their own corned beef daily, and it might just be some of the best I have ever had... easily as good as any of my many NYC deli stops over the years.
