Walking distance to Nationwide Arena, had valet parking for reasonable charge. Decent breakfast. We didn't have time to get in pool, pool looked a little cloudy.

🅿️ was not good and valet was far too expensive considering I did park overnight 1 block away for 1/2 the valet cost. But the hotel was nice, there's no way you could have decreased the noise from outside. . . The gym could use an update. . .but everything else was a 5/5!

Extremely loud through the night with lots of reving and racing car sounds. The pool was very cold and the heater had not been turned on. Only valet parking which isn't a perk in my opinion. The breakfast was nice and the room was spacious so all and all it was okay.

This was a terrific stay at the hotel. It might have been the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It wasn't just our room that was clean. The pool area was extremely clean considering my kids swam late at night (8-10PM). There were not towels laying around and all of the furniture by the pool was clean. Then when we had breakfast the next morning, the dining area was extremely clean. The food was pretty good for a free breakfast. We could not have asked for a better stay. The only drawback is the parking garage is a block away and we had to walk over. However, that was well worth it.

Wasn’t the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. A lot of dust on counters and bathroom fixtures. Base boards were broken and the curtains had a stench to them. Overall it was alright.

We had a nice stay, one night as we were passing through on our way to OBX. Just paying $38 for valet parking + tip was the only annoying part of our stay. But, is expected when staying downtown in a city. The clean room was fantastic!!!

I need help to get $200.08 returned to me. I originally prepaid $200.08 on May 21, 2025 to hold the room. When I checked out they charged me the full amount of $800.36. The staff was rude and told me it was not their problem. I was not able to take a shower the first day because the shower drain was clogged. The drain was finally fixed at 3:04pm. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had a very nice stay for the most part. It was close to the concert venue and various restaurants so that was convenient. The Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. We reserved the room and paid extra to have 2 queen beds and then a pull out in a room we could shut the doors to for the kids. The only problem we had was that the mattress on the pull out couch was very thin and worn. We also did not have pillows for the pull out and when I went to get some the hotel was out of them due to a lot of teams that weekend. The girls weren’t happy at first but they got over it. All in all it was a nice stay.

It’s a great location for everything. Very thin walls though. The person next to us snored louder than a jet engine. A little disappointed when we spent a pretty penny for a nice nights rest and have to deal with that. Make sure to bring some ear plugs. You really can’t beat the location though. I would recommend doing the valet parking service. It’s actually more expensive parking on your own in the garage near the hotel.

The toilets must be someone's idea of a bad joke. Great height for children, but not so much for older people. Worst of all, the bottom of the bowl is flat so not everything goes down on the first flush. To save water tried to develop a method of pitching paper to the back of the bowl. Ridiculously poor design; really annoying!

Great downtown location, close to the North Market, Shops, breweries and restaurants. Hotel was good, our room was ok, bathroom vanity was needed refinishing and the back of the door was not in good shape, peeling paint scuffed and very unsightly. King room was small.

We were sent to 3 different rooms. First room someone else was in it. Ended up in a room with 1 bed. 3 adults. Paid greatly for a double bed room. Was told they would bring us a pull out bed. Never did. In the morning. They said it wasn’t their fault. They were double and triple booked and they did nothing to make it right with us.

The night staff was a little rude when we were checking in. We had already made the payment through Expedia and the man at the front insisted we had to pay again on site. We ended up paying again because we didn’t want to fight him. The next morning there was a very kind and polite lady at the front desk, I wish i could remember her name. She confirmed that there were two payments on file for us and apologized for the mix up. She was able to refund us for the extra payment. Besides that little interaction, the place was clean and convenient. Not standout but did the job.

Valet parking almost wrecked our car. Valet parking brought us the wrong vehicle. Our room keys locked us out and we had to rekey our keys. In my room in particular, the tub floor went into a V and the lowest spot in the tub was NOT the drain. The spigot did not work to even use the tub if we wanted to. The coffee maker did not have the piece to put the pod into to make coffee. The TV did not have a guide that was accurate. Checking out, they charged me 5 times for valet parking for vehicles I didn't own. Still fighting that one with the credit card company and the desk staff stated they didn't know how to print my receipt. Finally got the receipt to I am able to fight the excessive charges. Will never stay at this location again.

Hampton Inn is always consistent and never disappoints. The Columbus Downtown location was even better than expected from valet to guest services to the room comfort to the breakfast and location, this was top notch. Shout out to all of the guys at valet for the stellar service and friendliness and Clifford at the front desk for keeping it real!

The pool hours 5am-11pm is amazing because everyone gets a chance to swim and see the town. The front desk was helpful and Clifford was an absolute charm and gave us the best dining options. The maintenance guy gave us a charging block to borrow since 2 of the outlets for USB were not working.

The thing that set this property apart was the incredible staff! From the valets to the front desk staff, everyone was polite, kind, and respectful at every turn. They even went so far as to text and check on us and our experience after checking in and asking if we let them know if there was anything they could do, making sure we had an open channel of communication for anything during our entire stay. We didn’t realize we arrived about 20 min early and they were incredible about it! Also, being a disabled vet, they were incredibly thoughtful and helpful at every turn, managing to stay very respectful in every way. The corner room was very well maintained and laid out with a really nice view on both sides.

Went for a convention, this hotel was right across the street. The breakfast was delicious and fresh each morning. Bed was extremely comfortable, rooms very clean and staff so friendly. Best stay at a hotel I ever had. Plus traveling alone I felt safe. Thank you.

Over all it was a good stay.great location! Front desk is always very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. For not so good side- both nights the room was located facing back if hotel. There are 2 nightclubs which had very loud music playing til 2am. Recommend getting rooms facing the convention center if you want sleep. First morning found breakfast had run out of coffee and eggs at 8am. Typical for a weekend where its full and theres a huge expo going on.

Way too expensive. Room was nearly $250 for just a run of the mill room. Had to valet park for $42 per night. Breakfast was uneventful. Only eggs available was an omelet. No meat. If you wanted waffles you were in luck.

Clifford at the front desk is an absolute treat. He will brighten you day. My only negative about this hotel is the breakfast. For the price of the room, I expected a bit more hot options other than eggs, bacon, potatoes, and waffles. There was still plenty of other options.
