Parking is a chore, there are like 12 spots for guests and the rest is off-site. Parking lot itself has many dips and broken pieces. The fridge in our room still had food from the previous tenent, it was nearly full. There were no extra trash bags in the room. There is only one elevator, fits about 4 people and the floor display does not work - it just displays 33. It also does not seem to respect Up/Down when deciding to open doors. Many times when wanting to go down they would open only for its travel to be up. The service employees also use this same single elevator. When checking in nobody was at the desk, same with checkout. They made a point of saying the doors and elevator needed a key after 7pm, but these still worked after 9pm without. The TV was very large, but to use it you needed to switch a physical button on the remote itself. There was no local channel guide printout - nor any sort of local restaurant directory/menu. If you order delivery - they don't allow to the room delivery so you need to go down to the lobby. They didn't send any sort of email outlining the checkout process - nor did they have any sort of receptacle/dropoff for keycards. Most guests just tossed their keys onto the front desk as nobody was manning it. This wasn't a bad hotel but it certainly wasn't worth the price paid - even if it was cheap for the area. The money certainly doesn't seem to be going into repairs or visual upkeep.
