Front desk staff in the evening was great. Very informative. The only down part was that the indoor pool was not working. Also the lobby bathroom not in operation when i checked in.

It was a reasonablely good motel. The fitness room was typical, with the treadmill controls nonfunctional and the stationary bike's structure was compressed. It was clean and quiet enough. The breakfast was OK.

The pool smelled really strong of chlorine the washer machineunderneath leaks. I let two different workers know. Breakfast is OK but the woman could definitely cook those sausages a little longer.

The pool was unavailable during our stay, we were not notified until we were outside the cancellation window. There were ants in the bathroom, writing in the desk, a broken desk chair, and torn cushions on the sleeper sofa. We booked 2 rooms for 3 people each and each room was set up for only 2 people and the hotel was out of extra pillows for the 3rd person in each rooms. We had to retrieve our own blankets and make the sleeper sofa beds ourself. (Not a big deal, just inconvenient when you ask for a room for 3 and it’s set up for 2).

eeping took my towels and didn’t replace them. When I asked for a towel on Saturday it was like asking for a million bucks and then Sunday when I asked again for a towel I was told they are a hot commodity and they probably didn’t have any. Then the lady rolled her eyes at me. Their pool is closed, they opened it Saturday night and closed it again into Sunday where nasty water and bacteria is sitting on top, I feel horrible for the people who swam in it. Their breakfast options were garbage, they didn’t have anything to drink as their juice machine was down and then on top of that you had to pay for a drink from the commodity area if you wanted one. Won’t stay here again and definitely don’t recommend

The room was spacious, the queen beds were comfortable. The linens were fresh and clean—a bright, clean bathroom. The large flat screen TV, refrigerator, and microwave were all clean. I enjoyed the warm and clean swimming pool!

"Decent" hotel. Shower wasn't very clean at all. There was pink slimy stuff in the corners and the room was infested with ants, LOTS of ants. The hotel building was sweltering hot and our room was extremely warm until the AC had been on an entire day in the middle of March, at the kowest setting. I will say every staff we had communication with was very kind. Beds were nice and clean and thats the only reason we stayed.

Rooms were dirty. Walls all spills on them.Bathroom shower had mold. First room we were given smelled terribly of weed and the whole plastic casing on around the air conditioner was cracked and broken off. Not impressed at all

The place is very dated with some random improvements. Our room was very musty and moldy smelling. An area of carpet near the air conditioner was soaking wet. The shower was dirty. We left feeling sick. Breakfast was good overall and the staff was friendly.

Great hotel but a bit dated. Stayed here on our weekend getaway to the Sonic Temple music festival. Room was clean but shower pressure could have been better. One elevator that we knew about and it was kind of slow. Overall, great stay, just realize its not the newest spot in town.

The Property is ok but a little overpriced for what it really is. The room carpet is dark gray and there no way to tell if it's been cleaned thoroughly. The AC was not cooling and leaked water to the carpet.

Hotel was nice. Average room, but it was roomy and had a nice couch. Front desk staff was a gentleman who was very nice. Breakfast was average. Bed was super comfortable. Water pressure was ehhh. Air was quiet and nice and cold. Overall for the price, it was a good stay.

Good value for the money. Big room with 2 queen beds and a chaise sofa - carpeted which makes it feel nicer. Breakfast was okay - not amazing but fills the belly. Easy check in and check out.

Staff was very friendly, the room was decent. We didnt realize until later in the morning, because the curtains were closed when we arrived, but the window was broken and covered with a piece of cardboard. That room should have never been rented and should have been closed for maintenance.

Our room was very comfortable with a lovely seating area and work desk. It was clean and attractive. There wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes. It would have been a big deal if we had winter coats, dresses or suit jackets.

Room was next to the elevator. Walls are thin and there was frequent noise from people coming off the elevator, in the halls, and from the room above us. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Great Motel- Clean , Great Staff , Easy check in and Check out. Awesome breakfast. Location was perfect off the Interstate and had a Culver's resturant right accross the street . Nice and Quiet - Great Sleep after being on the road all day

Stay was excellent and i look forward to staying there when i visit Columbus again in July. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The beds in our room were super comfy and the room was clean and in good condition. Location is great! Near lots of shopping, restaurants and easy freeway access. Breakfast was good and breakfast attendant was really nice and helpful. Room cleaning staff and night desk clerk had outstanding customer service. I look forward to staying there again.

The property is in a very great location lots of restaurants maybe 50 or so different choices also shopping clothing, hardware stores whatever you need in walking distance movie theaters that works. The hotel itself is clean and in a safe well lit area the rooms were spacious and the breakfast in the morning is OK. Also, a small pool but the children enjoyed it. The service was great overall a very pleasant stay

very comfortable bed and pillows. TV had TCM, which we like. No feills but had everything we needed. Easy to get anywhere in Columbus. Lots if restaurants nearby including a french cafe.

Positve points - Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Stayed 3 nights. Not so positive points - Walls are thin and we stayed on 2nd floor. People above us were stomping and people across the hall slammed the door every time (and had allergies to something bc they sneezed alot). 🙄 Breakfast Friday was eggs and sausage. Saturday 8am no eggs, no OJ and 1st /2nd floor ice machine out of order. Sunday eggs and sausage but we took the last of the sausage at 8am and didn't see it replenished. We stay at hotels with breakfast to save time and money. Also no water pressure in the shower.

Quietest place I think we've ever stayed except for on an island. Front dest folks extremely nice. I guess my only issue is the breakfast selection. The eggs and sausage were not very good. I'm diabetic and can't eat the waffles and baked goods so I depend on the "protein" items.

Chose this hotel based on proximity to hospital where husband had surgery & they advertised having a laundry facility & breakfast. Packed less clothes planning to use the laundry only to find the ONE washer broken & it was never repaired during my 8 day stay. The breakfast choices were minimal & the same each day. There were a couple fresh fruit options

The AC unit didn’t work in my room. All I did was lay there and sweat all night. Breakfast was minimal. They barely had anything in it. They wouldn’t put out very much at a time it got swiped up immediately.

Safe and tucked away next to some apartments. Room was clean and big - the bed was very nice. Breakfast was absolutely trash but for the price of the room being clean and nice you cant beat it.

Room and facility was ok. Appeared clean but was somewhat outdated. Went downstairs for breakfast the first morning an hour before it was over and they claimed they “ran out”. Second day we showed up 2 hours early and the hot food was already out. This was on a weekend and they did not refill anything once it was empty even though there were multiple people asking and just showing up to eat. Front desk and service kept stating they “ran out”.
