So to begin with, when I first got there no one had told me that there was no elevator, and I am disabled. No 1st floor rooms available. The guy checking me in was rude and I even had to make him call his manager because he was so rude when I asked him about the elevator and he told me there wasn’t one. He tried to cancel my reservation without asking me if I wanted to cancel. I told him I had already paid to please not cancel my reservation and he told me to contact customer service to get my money back. I said I don’t want my money back. I want my room and to call your manager. Then, when I got to the room, there was hair on the blanket that belong to somebody else. The bathroom was dirty, and there were no dishes in the kitchen. On the first morning, I woke up with three bug bites on my abdomen. I reported them to the front desk and they brushed me off like it couldn’t have happened there. On my third and last night, I walked into the bathroom, turned on the light to watch a bedbug crawl across the floor.. I will never stay at this hotel again the hallways smell like dirty socks, and cigarettes
