Overall outdated property, strange smells, not great bathroom lighting, and the surrounding area was not great, it's not anywhere someone should walk around on foot without a car in reach. The pavement is cracked in the parking lot, and the entrances are not very accessible. No ramps, etc. If you have physical disabilities, this property will be very challenging for you. The price is decent, location for concerts for people who don't want to camp is ideal, but this is a bare minimal kinda spot.

Staff did their best, but the sink in bathroom could not empty water, the shower sprayed all over the place, the hallway carpets were stained dirty, the noisy refrigerator kept me awake during the night. Some of the furniture was decrepit; the back parking lot was dark and desperately needs lighting to discourage would be theives, etc. A bad experience, but I trust for the immigrant people who seem to be running the place that attention can be given to bring this facility to a higher rating. It certainly has a great location.

The stay was absolutely amazing. 5 stars, my wife and I enjoyed a comfortable clean room. Plenty of parking, near our destinations we needed to travel to. Late at night while smoking, felt safe. Breakfast is also included in the morning and access to ice and a gym. I would recommend this place

There was a rat in the parking lot near the front entrance when we arrived, and the front doors were inoperative, and had signs directing use of side doors, carpeting in the hallways was stained and dirty looking, cracked and mildewed tile in the bathroom, I cancelled my stay for Saturday night 10-19-24, but was charged because it was not done before 11:00 am, I stayed that night a the Marriott Residence Inn-OSU, I was extremely disappointed with the Red Roof Inn, I have stayed in Red Roof inns in the past and never had a problem, I am surprised the company allows this franchise to use their name.

Supposed to be a smoke free place and the room reeked of cigarettes. Super gross, I couldn't even stay in the room it smelled so bad. I ended up going somewhere else. It is also just rough looking in general. The rugs at the entry are all torn up and a tripping hazard, broken asphalt all over the parking lot, people wandering around outdoors all hours, the emergency exits had the doorknobs removed and you could see outside the holes that were left as a result. I would not recommend staying here.

This is not a good property, and is NOT safe. The TV did not work, The room was dirty, including the floor was not mopped / cleaned. I opened the drawer for the nightstand and it was filthy inside - In addition there was a razor blade left in the drawer. The area around the hotel was dangerous - homeless people and others wandering through all day

The hotel was one of the dirtiest I've ever seen. Had I been able to get a refund I would have stayed in my truck. Dirt was ground into the carpet, the walls were filthy, dirt was caked onto the light switch, the tub did not appear to have been cleaned in quite some time, there was a dried up blue substance that dried in place while dripping down the bathroom door, and all the bathroom towels were either unwashed or stained. It was disgusting.

I paid way too much for what this property provided. Luckily I only booked it for one night, as I was not willing to shower in the room. From the moment I opened the door to a pitch black room, I wanted out. Then I checked out the restroom and there was what I can only hope was a cola that had been spilled and dried to the tub. I’m far from a fancy man, but I got instantly grossed out by the room.

The entire place was extremely dirty. I was on the second floor and the carpet on the stairs was so soaked in dirt that it was almost black and not a carpet texture anymore. In my room the mirror was broken and only hanging from the wall on one side and someone had used the mini fridge to prop one side of it up. The walls had splatter marks on it and the floors were sticky. The remote and lamps looked grimy too. The shower was not attached to the floor fully and I could feel it move when I stepped in or moved in the shower. The shower walls were also cracked and peeling. There was also a thick layer of hair and dust/skin cells on the outer layer of the blowdryer in the bathroom. This place is so disgusting I could go on but these were the major cleanliness issues I saw. They are extremely close to a motel and upon arrival there was a group of people screaming at eachother and druggies roaming around. Not a safe place, and disturbingly nasty.

Cleanliness was not a real thing here. Stains on the walls, shower, blankets, literally everywhere. The shower had a scream to it due to lack of pressure. The whole place felt so dirty it was nauseating but it was already so late that we couldn’t go somewhere else. Really hope they do better in the future because this is like every red roof I’ve been in. Horrible.

I arrived and checked in and was given a room that had not been cleaned and was filthy - piles of dirty towels, feces ok toilet, etc. I asked for a new room and while the room had been cleaned , it was still dirty. The shower was disgusting and there was an open bag of potato chips behind my pillow. I was attending a concert so had no time to get a third room.

You have maybe 5 channels that come in clear. The WiFi is incredibly slow. The room telephone doesn't work. The shower doesnt drain properly, and the shower head is cracked so it sprays from it. It's way to expensive for this kind of quality

There's not much to like. Its not very clean. Constant sktechty people outside. Horrible TV channels / no cable. Their WiFi is incredibly low speed and signal strength. Theres a lot of parting going on in rooms. Shower doesnt drain properly, and shower head sprays water from the back stonger than the actual water that splashes you, due to the crack, which was just duct taped. Every single receptacle was damage and almosy coming out the wall. The microwave didnt work. And to top it off, it's NOT cheap. If I didnt get placed there from my company, I wouldve NEVER picked this place. I WOULD NEVER BRING CHILDREN HERE. I stayed twice, for 4 days each week.

It didn't take very long for my feet to turn black from the nastiness in the carpet. The walls were so thin. You could hear the hyped up music and the people talking from the floor above me. There were holes in the wall. The floors were absolutely sticky. There was a 1 to 2-in space Gap between the door and the floor that is supposed to keep all Intruders out of my room. I was not comfortable and was genuinely afraid for my safety.

The toilet seat has chips in it and is loose. There is no coffee maker in the room or in the lobby. The refrigerator needs to be defrosted. Heater is dirty. The step into the bathroom is a tripping hazard.

Check in wasn’t friendly, carpet leading to room needs replaced, very dirty and not good. Rooms are small, bathrooms in room are not clean, lots of stains, no hot water, not enough towels for everyone in the room, the bathtub felt like it was gonna go through the floor. The bathroom in my room was falling apart. The bathroom sink is about to fall off the wall. The caulking is globbed on in many messy layers like my 7 year old did it. The carpet in the hall and stairway are dirty and visibly worn. The TV in my room didn't work. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY $100 DEPOSIT BACK! I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 2-3 BUISINESS DAYS! not a great area, the hotel next door had a guest room window broken out the last day of our stay. didn't have an iron in the room and couldn't get one from the front desk. Our room keys would work for a couple hours and never the next day and then when I finally got back to the room at 1am and my room key didnt work, there was no one at the desk and no number to call, just can't get in your room for the four hours you can sleep before having to get up for the next day. plus a $100 room deposit that they don't tell you about until you're there checking in, that takes 2-3 business days to be refunded. for a room you can't get into half the time, and that is so dirty when you get in there that you dont take your shoes off unless youre in bed, and we considered the shower. There was needle caps shoved in the tub drain that still let some water go down so we didnt touch it.. Overall, never again, but we survived

motel is run down, hallways are dirty, room hasn't been dusted in a long time, bathroom is in dyer need of reno, pictures on website are not valid, do not show present condition or true reflexion of the place. property adjoins another motel which has crackheads hoes and other questionables around.Had to get up through the night to check car was still there and not damaged. had booked 2 nights but left after 1. Spoke with woman manager about it ,they are well aware of their problems both their own and the problems not in their control from adjoining property. Would not give me a refund for 1 night. Beware of this place

The biggest issue we had were the policies and their record with such sites like google and trust pilot. They also had a child whom was maybe 14 running the hotel. She did not know how to handle the situation and ownership was not on site. Exiting guests were upset about money being taken and kept for no known reason. It was an absolute nightmare to deal with at every level. Thankfully hotels.com saved the day and helped me get a refund and new accommodations. The awesome people at hotels.com made a horrible day great and were so nice and helpful.

Crumbs in drawers, dust all around room, food behind night stand, had to Jimmy-rig shower to work, 3 channels on tv to watch, safety latch on door was broken and the complimentary breakfast when opened at 730 had 2 muffins to choose from - no bread for toast, bagels, muffins or even fruit. Terrible!!

It advertised breakfast, there was no breakfast of any kind. Bedding and carpet was stained. Roaches was in the bathroom. Too many things I can say negative about it. The staff was friendly. I had originally book the room for two nights but decided to not stay there the second night. They said they would refund my money and deposit for the second night. I must wait two to three business days to confirm. I hope so. This place need to be totally remodeled.
