Great walkability to many restaurants and bars, easy to find with convenient valet. Nice bar and multiple food options in the court within the hotel. Rooms well maintained and spacious. Great place to stay if in town for an event at one of the venues

Very impressed with this hotel, probably the nicest I’ve been to in a long while. Everyone at the front desk were super nice and helpful. If I’m in Columbus again, I will be staying here!

A little noisy. We were on floor 19 thinking we wouldn't hear traffic, and heard cars all night, Door slams, etc. Staff was great and helpful. Room was clean. Ordered room service, I will say not worth it, burgers tasted like Burger king but more $$$. Over all it was ok.
