The pool was FREEZING. The kids were blue when they got out because the heat was broken, not turned on or turned to just shy of hypothermia. And there was dog poop everywhere. Not to mention the human vomit in the front enterance. I get it was St. Patrick's Day but I don't appreciate the choice of slipping in vomit or dog poop.

We have been on a road trip and I had the best sleep here at the Sheraton Suites. The bed and pillows were perfect. Gym was good size with different machines.

Very comfortable bed, loved the room layout. Quiet, clean rooms. The bar/grill/starbucks located inside building was extremely convenient and great options. Parking was easy and all the extra security measures also a plus. I am definitely staying here again

Really liked this properly. Check-in staff were very polite and efficient. The rooms were clean and the shower was excellent. However, I dont understand why they only have 2 elevators given the size of the property. Also no service elevator for staff. Will definitely stay again!

The property was in a safe area, the exterior and the lobby looked to be maintained. The hotel staff was very nice and greeted us upon arrival and each morning. It was nice that there was a bar and restaurant on the property. The inside pool area was very dirty, the railing into the pool was broken. It looked like the tile and area around the pool had not been cleaned in a long while. Very disappointed that the 2 bedroom suite we booked was so small. Not even enough seating in the living room area of the suite for all of our family to sit. The sofa bed couch had lots of stains and looked pretty shabby for a larger room. The suite's bathroom was not clean, it looked like the floors and shower stall had not been cleaned, the towels smelled musty. We booked it for 5 people but they only supplied towels for 4. Although the staff were friendly, it looks like no one is following up with their cleaning staff and pool maintenance staff. Although the hotel is in a safe area, we will not be staying here again.

Carpet and room were so dirty! Housekeeping missed tons of items. Room was very loud and we heard the single working elevator all night long. There was construction happening but we didn’t know that until we checked in. It was really just terrible.

There were stains in the shower that were not cleaned I thought maybe they were rust stains at first but when I wiped them down they came off. The sliding door I thought maybe the print that looked like dirt was something that could not be cleaned either but again took a paper towel and some cleaner I bought with me and it wiped right off. I take my carpet cleaner to the hotels with me when I stay because I have had horrible experiences with dirty floors in the past. I cleaned a small piece of the carpet and my carpet cleaner had dirty water in it on the whole bedroom suite floor. I used it on the hard floor living room area and I didn’t even realize the stains that were on the floor until after I cleaned it.

The bathroom was so nasty we had to go to walmart and get disinfectant wipes to clean it. Poop left in the toilet, this room was not clean at all. The lot had security and somehow 3 cars in the parking lot right next to mine has shattered windows when I left. Would not come back recommend going else where

Should have listened to the reviews. Walking in room it was dirty lights switches visibly dirty, bathroom counter top and sink as well was the shower. Living room side table had hair and dirty. It was like the room definitely didn’t get wiped down or mopped, the hotel is nice and staff is great but not clean at all in the rooms.

This was a very nice hotel, especially for the price. The staff were excellent and definitely made you feel welcome. Really my only complaint is there were stains on the carpet. Even on the hallway carpet. I get it’s an animal friendly hotel but you’d think they would get their carpets cleaned. Our room wasn’t the cleanest either but we were only there one night so it was fine. Floors needs cleaned, shower needed cleaned better. It was nice having a restaurant at the restaurant, but I will say the breakfast was definitely not worth $15 a person. Save your money and go out somewhere for breakfast. Overall it was an average stay. We would probably go back, but stains give me the ick lol

I don’t think I’ll stay at the Sheraton again. My room had an odor when you first walk in, there weren’t any bags in the trash cans for me to discard food. My fire alarm went off everytime i tried to take a hot shower and it was 4 of us so you can only imagine how that went. I called and they said they would send maintenance but they never came. And the showers look nice but they’re dirty. And my wash cloths had stains on them…

I just stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and the only issue I had was the cleanliness of the rooms. The sheets and blankets had stains on them and felt like sand paper, the pillows were super hard. I had pizza one day and left it on the table when I woke up the following morning there was a trail of ants coming from the wall into my pizza box. The wall paper was coming off the walls and it looked like there might have been some mold behind it.

Our room was just as pictured. We wanted our bedroom to be separated from the foldout couch in the living room by more than a short wall because we were traveling with our 15 yr old grandson. The ability for us to access the bathroom from our room, and he could access by another door that locked was perfect

Bed was quite comfortable and the space was great with a separate living space, private bedroom, and bathroom. The mini fridge stayed super cold, the blinds were room darkening, and I really loved the little built-in light scones on the wall next to each side of the headboard that allowed me to have a light on while in bed and easily turn off without having to get up. We had 2 free water bottles in the room, a microwave, a couch, a chair, several drawers for clothes, and a hair dryer. We really liked the security of having to use our key card to go up in the elevators to prevent random people from just coming up. What we didn’t like: -While we kept our room cool, the heat and humidity smacked you right in the face as soon as you walked into the hallway. Is this a conservation of energy attempt? -It took us about 9mins to get on an elevator to leave and check out since the elevators were so congested with everyone leaving at the same time. Maybe there should be more than 2 elevators or the hotel should consider staggering check out times? -The shower felt clean, the water was hot, the provided shampoo and conditioner was okay- but the shower was small, the floor was very slippery, and the shower-head lacked pressure. Ugh! What an easy fix this could be. -The toilet paper is one-ply, the towels are scratchy, and the bedding sounds like some sort of plastic fabric. -All the lights in the room are white LED. Not a great ambiance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was just like any average hotel. I had a few issues with the stay. We had adjusted the Temperature to our room to be cooler. In the middle of the night my husband and I woke up sweating and when we checked the thermostat, it had reset to the original higher temp. The smoke detector kept chirping every 30-40 minutes. Pretty much didn't sleep. Duvet cover wasn't closed all the way so the insert ended up coming out.

The hotel elevator didn’t go up to the 9th floor where all the suites I assume are. Even though the staff told me if did — which was frustrating until someone staying in the hotel told me it didn’t. So with our two small children, we had to walk outside and then use the service elevator. The lady at the register at the food/bar area was rude. She waited until I had been standing their 5 min before she bothered to acknowledge me. She had no issues tending to other customers quickly. I had a call in for room service and I came about 5 to 10 min after the time they said it would be done so I didn't have to wait long. After she finally said she would be with me in a moment, another 10min went by before she asked me what I was there for. I told her I had a call in for my room. She then said the food wasn't ready even though I know she didn't check because she was just tending to everyone at the bar. She finally brought me my food after I had waiting another 5 to 10 min. When I got my food to my room it was cold, no surprise there! I should have complained and got a refund but we had been driving hours prior to getting to the hotel then at check in there was a power surge from the rain storm and we had to wait 10 to 15 min to get checked in but the staff was very apologetic and they gave us water on the house for waiting.

I was unhappy with the front desk on the checkout day. There was no water at the cute little lemonade stand. It was just ice. I asked them nicely if it would be refilled soon. They looked at each other and were not very friendly. Then she said I’m sorry you’ll have to buy a bottled water. She said she didn’t know how to refill the water and that it wouldn’t be changed until the staff shift when someone else came on duty. I just did not think that they were friendly and they seemed annoyed that I asked. It really made me sad that they dismissed me. They were not busy and there was no one at the front desk at the time. The water could’ve easily been refilled.

The hotel and staff in the lobby were great! They allowed us to check in a little early for our 2-night stay. We left our room just before 2pm for the day on Sunday. Returned at around midnight to find out room had not been cleaned! We did not have the “do not disturb” sign on the door! I requested fresh towels for the night and had to go down to the lobby to get them myself. They wouldn’t bring them up. As we checked out the lady at the desk asked if everything was fine with our stay. We mentioned the room not being cleaned. She apologized and offered 1000 bonus points for the inconvenience. I haven’t seen those yet! Bonvoy doesn’t really use a points system per se! It’s a “stays” earning model. We will see! I am SO disappointed in our stay and how things were handled. My family arrived around 6:45pm to check in. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 small children for a family event. When we arrived the employee at the desk informed us that their system was down and they wouldn’t be able to check us in immediately. Other guests were waiting to check in and were obviously frustrated. We had family who had checked in earlier and let them know we would go to our family’s rooms to hang out and check back down. Long story short, we weren’t able to check in to our room until just before 10pm. Our kids were tired. They were disappointed that they weren’t able to use the pool since we didn’t have access. The employee working that night was doing her best. She was by herself (which was crazy with such a large hotel on a Saturday night.) My frustration isn’t with her. My frustration is that nothing was done by management to rectify an extremely difficult night. We were inconvenienced by their technical issues and missed out on over 3 hours of our stay and amenities. When I checked out I politely expressed my frustration and the employee took my information and assured me that management would call me later that day and would offer a discount or free stay in the future, etc. I never heard from management. Paying our full booking price in this situation is poor business and poor customer service- especially when we were patient and polite in a stressful situation.

If you are wanting breakfast, make sure you purchase it! We did not want breakfast, but you will need a voucher. In the morning my husband wanted coffee. My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton for a brief staycation. The team there was very polite, but obvious the property needs attention. But besides that, we got in late Saturday evening, still in time for what we assumed to be room service. I called the restaurant, " The Grill" and placed an order, the person on the line asked which room we were in , told me the price, stated "it will be 25 minutes" and hung up We waited for the knock at the door. I knew they were probably busy so we were being patient. The phone I our room rang after about 60min and it was a person from the restaurant stating"did you know you food has been sitting here over an hour because we do not deliver and I'm just getting back from break and see that your food is still here" I stated, the oerson who took our order did not state that you do not deliver.. and .. so will you guys re-make our food and I'll come down to pick it up ( we were on the 7th floor) the person stated, " yes the chef will take care of it". When I got there our bag was on the counter, woman behind the bar stated, she was "sorry but we don't deliver and would you like a drink for your time!" I stated " we do not drink but we will take 2 soda's." I got our dinner to our room and could IMMEDIATELY see that the food was NOT replaced, it was microwave reheat So disappointing from a hotel that is supposed to be Sheraton. We WILL NOT stay there again

This was a very nice hotel, especially for the price. The staff were excellent and definitely made you feel welcome. Really my only complaint is there were stains on the carpet. Even on the hallway carpet. I get it’s an animal friendly hotel but you’d think they would get their carpets cleaned. Our room wasn’t the cleanest either but we were only there one night so it was fine. Floors needs cleaned, shower needed cleaned better. It was nice having a restaurant at the restaurant, but I will say the breakfast was definitely not worth $15 a person. Save your money and go out somewhere for breakfast. Overall it was an average stay. We would probably go back, but stains give me the ick lol
