I have stayed here twice now and have been very happy with this hotel. The area seems safe with plenty of dining options close by. The actual room is clean with comfortable beds and a full kitchen, even a dish washer and full-size fridge/freezer. The shower is pretty good with decent pressure. The AC took a bit to cool the room, but it was fine when it got going. This is a basic no frills hotel but functionally it was great. I will stay here again when I am back in Knoxville.

The floors were dirty in our room, no ice machine on property, the bed was uncomfortable and the shampoo was used that was in our room. The dishes were in the dish washer and we didn’t know if they were clean so we used paper that I brought with us. The shower curtain was dirty. I will not stay again.

It was an excellent stay for the week I did business in Knoxville. I appreciate the kitchenette. Wi-fi worked fantastic and the room size made the longer stay more comfortable. Will return for future business trips.

Room had mold around the refrigerator rubber. No ice machine. No breakfast they advertised. How do I get my money back. Plus they dhut the elevator down around 8 pm. Stuck a note about painting. I am a disabled veteran. Had to lug my stuff up the steps to the second floor. Guess how fun that was.

Some of the rooms still under remodeling. Our room, you had to get out of bed to turn overhead light out. No ice machine. Office was equipped with hot coffee or hot water, and garbage bags. Perhaps when rooms are remodeled and updated, it will be a nicer place to stay.

The property says extended stay and there were no kitchen utensils, glasses, paper towels, pots or pans. There were no coat hangers in the closet, no ice machine on the property and the blanket while clean had burn holes in it.

Definitely not worth the ~$94 for the night. Checking in was easy and desk attendant was polite. That's about it for positives. The room itself was pretty dirty. Not sure if there is housekeeping at this hotel. Floor hasn't seen a vacuum in quite some time. We were not convinced the sheets were changed from the last guest. The bathroom had no toilet paper, soap, or tissues. The toilet flushed so poorly that it clogged with the use of a small amount of toilet paper. There was sketchy clientele and homeless people loitering around the parking lot. Room was very noisy and we could feel doors slamming all night. We weren't sure if our motorcycles would still be in the parking lot in the morning, but luckily they were. Another positive is that the hotel does have very bright LED lights on the building to illuminate the parking lot.

The gentleman who checked us in/out was courteous and efficient. But the room, including the beds, had ants everywhere. We were offered another room, but chose to go to another hotel. The gentleman advised on how we got our refund, since we used a third party (hotels.com) to book. Refund was quick. Can’t give the hotel a good review because of the ants…but the gentleman was helpful and kind.

Don’t stay here! Floors were nasty, it smelled awful, dirty bathtub, and so so loud couldn’t sleep for slamming doors and people screaming also could hear dogs barking all night! I will NEVER recommend this place for a stay. I was only there less than 12 hrs and I had driven and already paid without refund I would have left! Didn’t know I could upload photos or I would have taken several!

We booked this hotel over others nearby based on reviews but were highly dissatisfied as soon as we arrived. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, had roaches each morning, stink bugs at night, and was much smaller than pictures made it look. The room was remodeled but with poor construction. The vent above the shower was falling out of the ceiling. Our phone did not work for our whole visit. The area outside of our room always smelled of marijuana and had a lot of people hanging outside on the parking area at all times of the night. It is directly next to the interstate so you will hear traffic all night. No toiletries, hairdryer or coffee maker in the room.

The floors and bathroom in our room did not feel, smell, or look very clean. The floors definitely hadn’t been mopped between guests. The room amenities (full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, utensils, etc) were nice for the weekend, but we worried about the cleanliness of the utensils. There is some noise from the interstate, but in all, we got what we paid for: an affordable place to stay for a Vols football weekend. Will not likely return, though.

I should have known when I booked the reservation and it flagged the payment as non-refundable. This hotel was not in the condition that is shown in the pictures that are online. It was dirty and had spiders in most of the corners of the room. The bathroom had mold in the corners of the bathtub/shower and on the ceiling. In order to cover up issues in the bathroom there were large amounts of chalk in all of the seams. I hate to think what the chalk was covering up.

No internet the entire time we were there. Other rooms were complaining to front desk about it when I checked in too. Rupa, front desk clerk, followed us to our room to make sure we didn’t have a pet with us?? Seriously? The room we were assigned was located at the back and there is very little door/window insulation so we heard loud interstate noise and sirens all night (it was the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in). Got no sleep at all. Will not stay here again.

Great location, yet far enough from the street that it was quiet. It looks like an old building with nice updates. The only negative was how small the room was. The mattress was very firm, and the bedding and bath towels were nice. Overall, I feel like it was a good value for the cost of the room.

Unorganized room wasn't avaliable, they tryed to give me another room, i told them to cancel my booking, i arrived 3:10pm, why would a hotel overbook a disability room, so they gave my reserved room to another guess and i arrived early. Front desk lady was even rude about it like it wasn't they fault. So unprofessional.

The front desk was very friendly with check-in. Beds are comfortable. 2 burner stove. Only one burner worked. We were coming back through the following Friday on the way back. Said he'd have it fixed. When we were packing to leave, ants were everywhere!!

I was on a trip from Oklahoma to Maryland with my Dog (Lab). It was exactly what I needed for a one night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bed were clean and I slept well. Would stay there again.

We were happy with the room when we arrived and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. However, the next morning there was NO hot water. As in not even tepid. There was no blowdryer in the room which I haven't seen in years and we travel weekly for work. There was a coffee pot but nothing to make coffee with, and there was a updated kitchenette in the room but no glasses or paper cups for even a drink of water. This place could have been a 5 star visit but they missed so many of the little things (other than the water and I hope that can get fixed.) Interestingly, the sink had hot water, only the shower did not. I would not say do not stay here, but I would say make sure to bring your own things that were missing and double check your room for hot water before you accept it. We would stay again if we did these things.

Check in with Omega was great . She was very helpful . Our keys had to be re keyed three times. Ants in room next night and front desk wouldn’t help, trash wasn’t picked up and front desk wouldn’t take it to dispose of. Wanted me to walk around the building myself. Beds were awesome very comfortable. The property was being updated and I’m sure when completed will look nice. We weren’t in room except to sleep thankfully

There was a language barrier at check in. There were missing items in the room that I reported at check out. I was in the back of the building where cars full of people were parked and congregating well into early morning. Some appeared to be engaged in illegal activities. People were constantly walking back and forth on the balcony. The room was not soundproofed so there was loud traffic noise and noise from adjoining rooms.

Had a car running most of the night right outside my window not sure if people actually live at this hotel ? Was a Guy working on his car well into the night. Reving it up constantly. About lost my entire car in the pot hole right in the middle of the driveway, it’s hard to miss.

A reasonable price point if you just need a place to stay one night during travel. Was woken up at 1230 am by a man swearing and hollering. Perhaps par for the course for $65 a night, but we’re sandwiched between some very nice hotels in a good area with many dining choices.

this property was dingy and old. I had never stayed at a Mainstay Suites and was disappointed. the person who checked me in could not find my info. the room was small and strange. No breakfast either

Property was not the cleanest. There was a large chunk of concrete missing from one of the outside stairs. Stayed four nights but no housekeeping services. Breakfast was instant oatmeal.
