The room was very nice for an extended stay type visit because of the kitchen facilities. It was somewhat spacious and even had a small recliner. The hotel was oddly placed on a busy street with car dealerships and companies around, with a neighborhood behind the hotel. There was no breakfast offered, plenty of parking available and it felt safe. The value was very good for the money

When we arrived at the property it was late in the day, the check in was good. When we got up to the room it was like it had never been cleaned. We found pizza left in the microwave, the bathroom was absolutely filthy like it was not cleaned, the floors had not been vaccuumed. Spoke with the manager the next day and she had the room cleaned. The exercise room was blocked off and not usable, Very disappointing

For the price this was great for us. Large room! Beds were comfortable, it had blackout curtains. Bathroom was clean (9/10), heat/air worked well. Full Kitchen in the room, so no breakfast included, but there was coffee! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

The price was very reasonable and the room / suite was great. It was like a studio apartment. Parking was very good. I had a truck with a car trailer and had no problem parking in the lot.

The hotel is older and needs some updates. Due to a busy weekend, the card that held the room was charged prior to our arrival, so we could not pay for it with a different card. Since we had a last minute travel companion, we asked for a roll-away bed and the staff at the desk said that since we booked it online, they can't offer us a rollaway bed. The "store" they had was completely empty and the vending machines were out of order. The ice maker in our refrigerator did not produce much ice and there was not a large ice machine in the hotel that we could have used. Overall, it was an OK stay. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location for what we needed.

No breakfast, room has to have been the worst I have ever been in, mold in bathroom, when toilet was flushed water came out from under it, plaster falling off cieling in many places. If I could have gotten my money back I would have rather yleptbin the gutter, would have been better conditions. Do not use this motel.

Suite was very nice & clean for the price. Gazebo outdoors in the grill area along with picnic table and table with chairs was an awesome surprise. Will definitely be back again.

Check-in was easy and quick. The hotel has been refurbished. Unfortunately, a fire broke out in the laundry area, so those needing to wash clothes were unable to do so during my weekend stay. The elevator kept us inside for a bit longer than I expected. Thankfully, it opened about 45 seconds later than it should have. The hotel was clean and had a wide selection of television stations (both local and premium) to watch. The hotel is also conveniently located near the interstate and numerous restaurants, gas stations, and eateries. Excellent location!

The room was deplorable. Toilet leaked sewage when flushing, could be Wax O-ring was placed in the 70's and just worn out. Dirty, Filthy walls, Black, Yellow and Brown Mold. Refrigerator was rusting. A/C control from 1950 bypassed so I had to look at the metal rigging that was connected....bad move - the black mammal hair that clogged the air filter was everywhere. Took the staff twenty five minutes to get us signed in, I guess that what it takes when you only use one finger and a 1970 computer program. We checked in and out so fast, the luggage jumped into my car. I ask for a full refund or at least partial. They charge me almost 100.00 more that the quote, I did not sign the bill and refuted the bill with AMX. I also wrote Sonesta the letter Attached and sent it also to Hotels.com and AMX. Run Forest Run - this one needs to be imploaded.

This hotel is subpar…there was roaches, furniture, broken, including drawers. The hotel stunk and very dirty. They took our hundred dollar deposit because my husband got a bite from there and bled on the sheet saying that they could not reuse the sheets, which is crap because there was already stains on the sheets that they were used. Do not stay here!! The pictures are very deceiving.

This hotel was dirty and my room smelled musty and dirty. I didn't use anything because I didn't want to touch anything. The front desk personnel was ok, just not overly friendly, and he did not go out of his way to explain anything. I will not stay here again and due to the price, this hotel should have been better.

The property was not clean from the minute that you walk in. The staff was nowhere to be found when we were trying to check in. The room had black mold and you could smell it. It was also very visible on the walls. There was what look like feces on the wall. The towels had pubic cares on them, and there was also pubic hair in the bed so we know the linens weren’t changed. The whole experience was horrible and we only stayed because it was so late at night that we had nowhere else to go in a a city we know nothing about. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

Stayed there for a week, only do room cleaning every two weeks. Clean but dated. Musty and humid when we arrived. They came and sprayed some air freshener and gave us a dehumidifier. We emptied 16 pints from it twice a day. Staff was very nice but everything was self service. You had to get your own towels and empty your own trash. Price was very reasonable.

This facility is completely worn out! The walls were beat up, the AC unit was moldy smelling, light fixtures and furniture had rust deposits on them and were dingy. The place, while generally clean, had a funky smell. The worst part though was the roach infestation problem. Great laundry facility. Sonesta has pretty much squeezed all they can out of that place. There are much better options available in the area for the price.

I booked two rooms. We were just spending a single night while traveling for the holidays. My room, on the third floor, was very comfortable, but the towel rack did collapse causing the towel bar to fall on my exposed toe. The hotel room appeared nice when first stepping in, but as we got settled it was obvious that it was in need of repairs. Outlets & fixtures were coming off the wall, the floor surrounding the AC unit was sopping wet from condensation, there was 1 remote for both TVs, the shower head was covered with water calcification so pressure was awful. It was good enough for a 12 hour stay, but I wouldn't have stayed longer.

The room was the darkest place I’ve ever stayed. The only mirrors were in the bathroom but the lights in the bathroom were too dim to see clearly. The lamp on the window side of the bed worked but was not bright. The floor lamp on the other side of the bed did not work. The lamp over the desk was extremely dim. The only overhead light was in the kitchen area but the light didn’t help illuminate the bathroom or the bedroom. There were bugs in the bathroom. The woman who checked me in was so disagreeable that I was afraid to bring any of this to her attention.

This place was fine, was cool having a full kitchenette… my main gripe is I was like, accosted n threatened by the night guy accused of doing things I did not do. In the end he was nice after I charmed him (as I do) but still that was aggravating

The problem came in when someone knocked on my door at 2:30 am, claiming to be from the front desk and asking me personal questions through the door, trying to get me to open it. They didn’t let up or leave until I raised my voice and asked what they wanted. Then they claimed they had the wrong room. I tried to speak with front desk staff about it, both then and at checkout, but no one was available either time. I felt unsafe and would not stay there again.

We got an email the hotel cancelled our reservation less than 2 hours before check-in, ruining our entire evening plans. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and we were on a weekend babymoon trip. As we're pulling into town we find out we no longer have a place to stay, and had to spend the next couple hours frantically trying to find a place to stay at the last second. The property itself seemed adequate, but after having paid in advance I was NOT ALLOWED to check into the room Id paid for. I had my credit card with me, a valid TaN license, and even a passport, as well as my confirmation info. But I was denied my room and out my money because the credit card (that I had already used to pay) had a relative's name on it.

The check in process was a bit slow compared to other hotels, front desk clerk not very friendly but was not rude either. I read a bunch of reviews before choosing this hotel as we stay in hotels often and if it is somewhere I haven't stayed I would like at least some understanding of what to expect. I read so many 10/10 reviews and this was not that. I would rate 6/10. It has many repairs and updates needed. The bed was ok enough and the bathroom fairly clean for the price but definitely not a 10/10.

We arrived for check in a little after midnight. There was a line of people at the front desk. We had a reservation for 6 rooms. Once we got up to the counter it took 50 min to check in. The front desk attendant was incredibly slow. When we finally got into our rooms they were dirty. The shower and bathrooms were covered in hair, the water was cold, and the room was smelly. Additionally, there were many mosquitoes and bugs in the hallway. We could not wait to get out of there the next morning. We will not be staying here ever again.

This is just a NO! my wife and I travel all over and we rarely leave hotel reviews. This place is just NOT as pictured. The hotel is ran down, smells, stains on the carpet. There is no “store” it’s legit 2 vending machines. The rooms are incredibly outdated. Stains on the fridge, dishwasher from the 1980’s, old AC unit, terrible view outside the window… tried to upload pics just won’t work. This place is not worth your money. 1st night we laid in bed searching hotels to find a different one to go to. We ended up toughing it out and staying, but given the choice to leave and find another we would have taken it! Staff was nice, location was good, but those are my only positives.

The front desk employee was friendly and the building was in a nice convenience location. Lots of quick food options were 1 mile away. After getting into the room, I noticed a slight smell in the air. It turns out the AC is leaking onto the carpet near the window, which caused a musty smell. Apparently my room isn't the only one with this problem, as I was speaking to another person who was staying there and said they had the same issue in their room. It wasn't a big deal as you got used to the smell quickly, but it's definitely something that needs to be addressed before it molds and gets to be unhealthy.

The elevator kept us inside for a bit longer than I expected. Thankfully, it opened about 45 seconds later than it should have. The hotel was clean and had a wide selection of television stations (both local and premium) to watch. For the price this was great for us. Large room! Beds were comfortable, it had blackout curtains. Bathroom was clean (9/10), heat/air worked well. Full Kitchen in the room, so no breakfast included, but there was coffee! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

No breakfast, room has to have been the worst I have ever been in, mold in bathroom, when toilet was flushed water came out from under it, plaster falling off cieling in many places. If I could have gotten my money back I would have rather yleptbin the gutter, would have been better conditions. Do not use this motel.

We had such good experiences during our stay. The check in process was super easy, every staff person we came in contact with seemed genuinely nice and was very helpful and accommodating, the room was very clean, functional, roomy, and inviting. There's a covered gazebo, which we very much enjoyed, along with a grill for a cookout if desired. There's a small exercise room, laundry room and vending area. We found this hotel to be affordably priced, very well maintained, comfortable, and relaxing with all of our desired amenities. Will definitely recommend and be back when the opportunity arises!
