Pool was closed but didn’t state that on the sight! Breakfast was good! It usually one of my favorite spots! This time however was frustrating. The front desk clerk told me I only I had one room when I booked 2 for my family. He told me that he wouldn’t get his manager because he would say the same. He said that I had to contact you guys. After I sent a message to hotel.com he found it. He said he needed to refresh my system. I was so frustrated and tired and he gave us such a hard time before finding it. He even said that he didn’t need to see the reservation because I didn’t matter It didn’t show up his side!

Air conditioner did not work as well as it should’ve, but this is a minor gripe until Summer hits. Place had a decent continental breakfast, which was good, and a pool and gym. Gym needs more things in it to be much more useful. Staff was super gracious with us, and was great. Love their attitudes.

It was okay, nothing really wow me or anything really special. First arrived there, It smelled funny and I walked barefoot and I saw black dirt on my feet. I was wondering when the last time they mop on the hard floor or shampoo the carpet. They did mop on the hard floor and made my room smell nice.

Staff was nice. The bedroom smelled like wet dog. Walking around the room in socks made them black from the floor. Beds were firm. Shower had great pressure. Overall not great however not bad if you are only there to sleep and not stay in the room long.

I have been staying at this hotel a lot these past few months. Staff are always friendly and helpful. However, last week when I stayed there, my daughter and I developed a few marks on us, and we assumed it was spider bites. However, this past week we developed TONS of bite marks on us, and we went to the doctor, who said it was bed bugs. SO....I will no longer be staying here.

I usually don’t like to write reviews, but this I have too, this hotel has nothing to do with the pintures!! No no no x100000!! Dirty, the room was horror, food and left overs from previous guests in the kitchenette massive amount of hair in the tub, dust and stains everywhere, dirty floors, bugs on the walls and the check in staff was soooo rude! I could definitely said this is the worst hotel I ever been.

This is exactly what you expect from a Red Roof: it was a 2 star hotel for travelers that feels like a 3-3.5 star hotel when you get there. So we were delighted after a long day on the road. This hotel was very dirty. The tile floors of the bathroom were full of hair and sticky from hairspray. It was clear they hadn’t been cleaned. There was also no fan in the bathroom. A pillow was discovered to have mildew/ mold, and another with sticky black stuff on the pillow case. We won’t be back.

I have stayed here before and thought it was a perfectly decent hotel. This time, I did have some minor issues in my room, even though I did have a very comfortable night's sleep while I was there. I don't think the cleaning people checked the fridge, because the previous occupants had left some salads in there. In addition, the fridge must have been set on a very low temperature, because I put my water bottle inside overnight, and it was frozen in the morning. I did not see any way to adjust the temperature, so I didn't use the fridge on my second day. There was an iron that I wanted to use, but the ironing board was missing. I could have called down to the desk, I guess, but I was annoyed and just put down a towel on the desk and ironed my shirt there. The biggest issue was the shower/tub. It is hard to believe that the cleaning people wouldn't have noticed that the tub doesn't drain. I feel like they should have told maintenance about it. I was standing in several inches of water when I took a 5-minute shower. The tub took between 10 and 15 minutes to fully drain after I turned off the shower. The other shower issue was with the shower curtain. The curtain rod was the kind that is rounded and curves out from the tub area. It wasn't level, so the curtain slipped down about a foot on both ends, so water sprayed out of the shower onto the floor. I feel like someone is not doing a good job of checking these rooms between occupants.

This room was okay for the price. The TV didn’t work in my room, which was a bummer. Seemed fairly clean. Glad they’ve taken most of the carpet out of the rooms. The walls are thin so you hear everything walking down the hallways.

Overall the room was nice and clean and the balcony was perfect to enjoy a nice quiet evening! Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors chat and shower. Our biggest complaint was that everyday our hotel room key card would stop working and we had to go to the front desk and get it fixed. It’s a known issue that they didn’t bother to warn us about.

The softest sheets!!! The staff at this hotel were SO kind! They helped us with everything we needed. My mom lost her ring in the hotel room, and Charlene, a lady who worked there, came in the room to help her find it and actually found it! We are SO VERY grateful!!! Perfectly located right off the highway and near great restaurants in walking distance. Super clean, good breakfast. I can’t say enough about this hotel.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful. We arrived at night only to find that our room was 2nd floor, no elevator. He found us a room on 1st floor but we had to shorten our stay. Football weekend. Breakfast was very good.

Young lady that checked us in was unfriendly, one word answers and acted like she was doing us a favor. Left my phone on the counter and she made no effort to return it to me even though she had just checked me in and knew what room I was in. She did however try to unlock my phone because that screen came up when I turned it on! Bare necessisties in room, but it was clean and comfortable, bed was lumpy. Breakfast was was very basic. Lady that checked us out was very friendly and invited us back. Reasonable room rate best thing about it. Would stay again if in area.

I requested a handicap room on booking but when i confirmed, that request hadnt been sent to hotel! Sherri took charge and made it happen. The hotel is very aged and it shows but the staff do an exceptional job maintaining and cleaning the facility. Although simple, the breakfast was always hot and fresh.

We were mostly happy with our stay. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was great, our room was comfortable and we were impressed with the nice pool area! The only thing we didn't like was the back of the property where we had to enter the building. There were dumpsters, pieces of wood like they had been building something. There were overgrown weeds. It just gave us a desolate feeling and I was always cautious when going to my car because my husband was not with me.

Excellent location for our needs. We were visiting the Knoxville area for medical reasons and the hotel was only two miles away from the large medical center. Tons of upscale restaurants that are walkable from the hotel. Large Regal movie theater only 3 miles from hotel and lots of shopping. The price was excellent and we were able to bring our pets without an added charge. This was a plus!!! Most of the hotels in the Knoxville area and close by like Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg charge as much as $50 per pet per night. Ridiculous! Red Roof charges $0. Hot breakfast in the morning, clean facilities, and a pleasant lobby area with adjoining breakfast area that overlooks a pretty courtyard area with pool. A great value!!!

Breakfast was adequate but better if you went early since foodstuffs didn't seem to get replenished. Bed was OK but too hard for me, otherwise it was comfortable. Nice to have small refrigerator but it had no freezer (unusual). Was able to walk to restaurants and enjoyed the walk.

The hotel was not a depiction of the online photos. My fault for not checking but there was not even an elevator. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke on the first and second floors. There was a slick substance on the floor of the room. Still don't know what that was. There was no creamer for the coffee at breakfast.

We loved it hear! We caught a flat on the way to Atlanta and I had to book a late night stay after 10pm😔! Walking through the hotel it seemed regular. Our rooms were comfortable.. but when slide open the patio door.. it was a beautiful Oasis type scenery! And the breakfast was delicious!

We needed a place to stay on a long distance trip and came across this hotel. I was surprised at the comfort and cleanness of this hotel. The front desk was very friendly and knew we were tired. We got up to our room in record time. The bad was comfortable and the room was nice. Nice fridge/Tub/Coffee Maker. The breakfast in the morning was great. Waffles/Eggs/Sausage and Biscuits and gravy were the hot food! I would definitely say here again.

Stayed here one night because I was in Knoxville for an event and the prices for hotels downtown were outrageous. The pool was closed due to it being off-season but it does look like a nice pool area. It's a typical older motel; it's obvious that attempts have been made to renovate and modernize the rooms but I believe it's past that point. It felt forced, and like it would have been better if they'd kept it "retro" and functional. It was ok for one night, and suited my needs. It's convenient; right off of US40W. It was quiet and I didn't notice any road noise. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The hallway and stairwell REEKED of an overpowering sweet perfume scent, as if they were trying to cover up a more unpleasant scent. The free breakfast was sub-par. There were many food choices but none were very tasty. We tried it, decided to skip it, and ate elsewhere. The shower had poor water pressure. The rooms need bedside electrical outlets. I had to unplug the provided alarm clock so I could plug in my CPAP machine, and my cell phone was plugged in across the room. The staff with whom I had interactions were the front desk lady at check-in; she was very friendly and efficient, and the lady doing the breakfast was extremely pleasant. Overall, an average old motel. Nothing great, but nothing really bad. Decent for a night or two. I do think it's overpriced for what it is, but that may just be the area. My room was $158 and was worth maybe half of that.

This is a no frills hotel. It was ok for one night. Realized there weren’t any wash cloths in our room. No big deal. We got some from the front desk. Beds were comfy. The thing that was kind of upsetting was breakfast was cold (aside from the waffles we made ourselves). Sausage, eggs and Grady weren’t hot. We came down for breakfast at 6:32. You would think it would be hot. It was not.
