Hilton Knoxville

Visit was during NCAA SOFTBALL REGIONALS. It was the same weekend as University of Tennessee graduation ceremonies. Hilton is located a few blocks from Market Square which is a cool walking park area with lots of history and statues. Plus many shops and restaurants. The city is very nice! The Hilton is classy. My only concern was with the bed. I expected it to be better. It was a bit lumpy. Other rooms may be more updated. The shower was good. Parking is expensive.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly and location is great for walking to the market square and all dining and eateries/shops

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However there was a blood stain of some sort on a pillow and the shower didn’t drain

Staff was all friendly..

We booked to use the the pool after a long day on the baseball field, but it was under construction and we weren’t aware. A note on the website would have been appreciated.
