This hotel provided an excellent stay especially considering how affordable the rooms were. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was a quick 15-20 minute drive down the freeway to downtown Knoxville even in rush hour. Overall very pleased with this hotel.

The floor was sticky, the tap in the bathroom was broken off, very little water pressure, loose toilet seat, lots of chips in the bathtub and an odour in the room.

A nice, clean hotel. The room was spacious. We liked the desk and the large bench under the window for extra place to put our stuff. The hardwood floors felt clean. The water pressure in the shower was not great, but it was not bad either. Not a deal breaker by any means, but worth knowing before you arrive. Breakfast was very basic. We left just as the dining area opened so we did not eat anything. For an inexpensive hotel, this is worth a look. I will consider staying here again.
