Our room had a very noticeable "odor," perhaps it was from a cleaning product; we don't know. We enjoyed a spacious king size bed, but both of us woke up with back-aches because the mattress was so hard. Our room was poorly organized. The bed had been placed off-center so that one side of the bed was 9 feet away from a wall, but the other side of the bed was only 18 inches from the air conditioner unit which meant the A/C blew directly on us all night. The bathroom was older, somewhat rundown, but functional. The bottom of the shower was slippery and there were no grab bars. The bathroom needs a competent workman to make improvements. The staff was friendly.

It’s a shame because this hotel could have been great if it were better maintained. The shower handle didn't work properly, making it very hard to adjust the water temperature, and the room was very damp. The AC also smelled terrible at night (likely due to a dirty ventilation system), which gave me a headache. However, I want to sincerely thank the staff. Despite the poor facilities, they were incredibly kind and always greeted me with a smile.
