Hotel is good. Parking is under facility with VERY tight turns making it difficult to manipulate with a large SUV. Very noisy until after 1am making it hard to sleep. Had to pay $15.00 a night for self parking that was not disclosed prior to arrival. Have stayed there in past but will not in the future.

The room was very clean and that was important for myself and the kids we’ve done these mini staycations in a lot of different places in Knoxville. The pools were always nice, but the rooms were disgusting, but that was not the case at the Crown Plaza beautiful lobby clean hotel will be back.

We called housekeeping the night we got there for a toilet that wouldn’t flush and they plunged it. I also saw maintenance go to another room with a plunger. Then I’m the morning, we had to call again. They said it was fixed and it clogged up again. It didn’t work the first time we used it so it wasn’t us who clogged it. The baseboards in the bathrooms need to be cleaned or painted, there was mold up on the top of the shower, a wad of hair sitting on top of the drain, and shower had mold around the bottom. I told the person when I checked out about the toilets and they just took $10 off from my parking. This is the most expensive room on my trip, but yet the dirtiest and you couldn’t even use the toilet without calling maintenance. I wouldn’t spend your money here, not worth it!!!

Great hotel for a solid price. An older property but very well maintained and managed. The rooms were carpet free (thankfully), beds were comfortable and the towels and wash clothes were high quality, thick cotton. They also offer room service which is appreciated and parking is a respectable $15.00 a night. A housekeeper also came to the room every day to refresh the linens and towels. I stay will be staying here every time I am in town for business.

Staying at the Crown Plaza is always a positive experience. Customer service is always very good. Overall, this hotel is beginning to feel a little bit tired with dated workout areas, and room bathrooms. That said, they are perfectly acceptable. My only strong criticism is that there are a lot of large dogs allowed in the hotel. Even though the rooms appear clean, is still kind of grosses me out to think I could be staying in a room where dogs were running free before I arrived.

Overall it was a great stay! The parking situation isn't the best but it works. The spots are small and there arent a ton of parking options on the same level as the lobby. Trying to get a large car/truck down to the lower level parking is a very tight squeeze and signage isn't great/clear that there is additional parking available on a lower level or how to get from that parking lot back to the upper level/lobby. The walls between rooms were pretty thin, we could hear way more than we cared to from our neighbors.

I've stayed here several times, but this last time was disappointing. The service was great, as usual, but the room, not so much. We had a nice room facing Market Square. Unfortunately, the noise level from the street was unbearable. We got, at most, a few hours of sleep. It was an endless parade of cars and motorcycles revving their engines loudly, police and fire truck sirens, and loud music. Mind you, we were on the 7th floor with all of the windows closed, and it sounded like the cars were in our actual room. The cherry on the sundae was the AC in the room - it was feast or famine. The room itself was humid, and the temp was either freezing or muggy, but never comfortable. I've never experienced anything like this at this property, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt and hope that it was just a one-time thing. Nonetheless, I'll request a room on the opposite side of the building next time to hopefully avoid the street noise.

Great location! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Lobby was clean and beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable. Carpets were a bit run down and the elevator floor in one of the two elevators had food thrown all over it. We weee there for 2 full days and it never got cleaned up. The gentleman that checked us in was very rude but the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful.

The desk clerk, Paris, at check-in was a joy!!! Then, about 3:15am the people in the adjoining room was obnoxiously loud. I used the text number from check-in to report the noise. Jessica responded immediately and sent security within minutes. After security spoke to the loud people, not another sound from them. Thank you for being so responsive.

Our check-in was wonderful! Jared took fantastic care of us. There was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. The bell captain for check-out was impersonal and dismissive. Two days after checkout we still have not received our bill (not printed or via email). Room service was delicious! Beds were comfortable. Wheelchair accessible bathroom was great! When we arrived and I was told to pull forward, that was right beside the smoking area. That's a big problem for me. I drove around the block and went straight to the parking garage. There is no valet parking.

Tory the gentleman that checked us in. Is an absolute asset to your company. I travel 30 to 45 nights per year. He was kind,efficient and helpful. Also remembered the next day. What we in town for and asked if we enjoyed it. I run a couple of businesses. If I were closer would’ve definitely tried to persuade him to work with me. It’s hard to find good customer service these days.

Everything was great except the few hidden things that I wasn't aware of. #1 Parking. There is a $15 charge a night to park in the garage #2 Buffet is on the website in which I didn't know you had to pay for it. What do you do at that time when you have hungry people with in which you were mentally prepare to eat there and there's no turning around so you're stuck paying another $100 for breakfast. I don't mind it but make it plain. Hidden Extras Makes me not want to come back. I chose this hotel because it was convenient for what I had going on but I will Not be back. I spent an extra $200 that I wasn't planning on because of convenient.

Nice check-in, very friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and my wife said her Filet Mignon was the best steak she had ever had. We regularly frequent 2 steakhouses near us in Richmond and this meal was better than any of theirs. We did let our server and the food manager know how happy we were.and learned that Benjamin had prepared it, GOOD JOB, BENJAMIN!

Love this hotel. It was a true luxury feel. We only tried the dining room for breakfast and honestly the food was substandard but I’m not a fan of buffets for that reason any way. May have been better if we’d ordered off the menu. We were there on a Sunday, Monday so perhaps not a busy day for the buffet. We simply went over the walkway to Market Square instead and had a great breakfast. I have no complaints otherwise. I’ll stay here again when returning to Knoxville

Unique property. Very nice hotel for the price. Restaurant was convenient and good. Really liked room layout and comfort. I found tv options/cable to be lacking. Also, did not like how shower was setup. I had to stand right in front of it to turn on and it was set at hardest setting, blasting me right in the face. Also, toilet seat was wet when I used it first time. Told myself it was from cleaning, but not sure. Had to shower just in case because that’s gross.

I feel like they make everything easy for you. Parking is not an issue, the rooms are clean and have everything you need, floors were very quiet. Have a great gym and an indoor pool. The restaurant on site was very good and the bartender knows how to make good drinks. It’s close to everything in the staff. We’re all very polite. We will definitely be back.
