The property is very well kept. It’s clean. The staff is very pleasant. The only thing that would need a bit more attention is the pool. At the beginning of the day the pool is very clean, the water is clear and pleasant to go and enjoy a swim. Toward the afternoon and evening the pool water is cloudy, it seems that no one takes the time to filter and clean it. My suggested would be to clean the pool a second time in the afternoon for those swimming in the evening.

The rooms were just ok. The washer and dryer were out of service. We had no hot water. We reported it at 4 am after we came in because we had to evacuate the hotel. Someone had thrown a cigarette into the mulch, which started a fire. There should have been some compensation because we lost a night of sleep.

What I enjoyed most, was my ability to bring our small family dog, and the room selection, which allowed us a first floor room with a walkout door to the outside. There was a nice area to take my dog to play, with a path green grass, and dog pick up and discard. The room was comfortable and clean with new mattresses. Apparently new carpeting and window treatments. There was a small fridge and a microwave a desk area. Plenty of light and mirrors. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed the 24 hour coffee and tea bar. Breakfast was as you would expect at a Hampton Inn. But everything was clean and fresh. I am not want to eat eggs and sausages and things on a buffet. But there were other options such as yogurt, fresh fruit, dried cereal, toast, etc. we did have one problem with an unexpected and unnecessary charge on my credit card. But when I brought it to the attention of management , she addressed it immediately. If I were to be in the area, I would definitely stay here again. We also liked that there was a gas station nearby, restaurants nearby, and the highway close by.

The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The facility was so comfortable and cozy. I chose it for the outdoor pool, free WiFi, free parking and location. It was the perfect get away for me and my two teenage granddaughters. The breakfast was really good and I loved the waffle making station. There is an amazing sushi restaurant next door that was an easy walk from our room. We chose it because most Amish places are closed on Sundays. The place was hopping and we understand why! I will definitely return!

The bed we had was a little on the hard side for sleeping. And the outdoor pool always looked filmy and dirty in bottom. With that being said pool was always full of people but still should have some routine cleaning a little more frequently.

Clean. I’m very easily grossed out at hotels and I found this to be well kept. Good service. Breakfast had good selections for complimentary. Away from the noise and main road but close enough to get wherever you want to go. Overall great stay.

Horrid. I stayed at this place for years. Looks like time has take its toll. I get that there are new owners - and it’s under construction - but literally there was filth everywhere and toxic smells in the hallways.

I had stopped going to this hotel several years ago because they had the worst pillows I had ever used. Unfortunately, they still do. Also, the room they assigned us hadn't been cleaned at all, so they had to move us to the 4th floor and try again. Staff doesn't seem to be to be concerned about what is happening in their hotel.

Appreciated commercial style toaster! Room was very dark. It needs more/better lighting. The bathroom was ridiculously small. No sink space . It was a triangle in the front corner of the room .Poor design.

I want to say how nice and caring Dorothy, the lady that fixed the breakfast,was. She is a treasure for sure. Also the lady, front desk manager. Did not get her name. She was a pretty Indian lady. Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn. Staff at Check-in presented as uninterested. Seemed ‘put out’ when we asked for restaurant suggestions. Gave us one sheet of information, later saw there were 2 sheets. Didn’t give anything but bare information. Breakfast wasn’t up to usual standard, very messy and empty offerings. Again, breakfast staff seem uninterested.

We only stay at Hiltons & their affiliates such as Hampton. All was excellent except we reserved four rooms, three with a King and the fourth with two queen beds. Unfortunately when we checked-in, they gave away our three Kings to other guests without an acceptable explanation or apology. We were the hosts for this occasion which we all were attending a Christian Gospel Concert that night. We gave them four room stays and felt that their lack of a legitimate reason was unacceptable and embarrassing for our friends. Thank you for listening.

The hotel was clean, nice and comfortable. Our main complaint is that we reserved and paid for in advance a king room. Upon arriving i was informed that the property was overbooked and that we got bumped to a queen room. This was very disappointing and I am very dissatisfied with that particular arrangement.

Our room was clean and well-arranged. Every person on the staff that we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and in a great location-neatly tucked between the country and the city. There are conveniences nearby. All in all, I would definitely go there again.
