Very nice stay for a 2 day getaway. I believe they really try to do extra little touches for their guests. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend getting better soap options for the bathroom, that is really my only complaint. I didn’t like the carpets throughout the hotel and in our room, but that is just personal taste. Normal free breakfast and good parking. Friendly staff.

Staying at The Parkview Inn was an awesome experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and they provide their guests with a great experience. We loved the room and all its amenities. The pool room is clean and awesome. We truly enjoyed our stay.

It was very clean and comfortable. Very homey atmosphere. Loved that there was a door between the bedroom and and living room. Staff was nice, pool and hot tub were great (with long hours). Good breakfast spread and other amenities.

Have stayed many times and still love this place. Parking at night gets sparse and you need to go out behind the hotel which has a back entrance but it’s less secure for sure. Someone stole my hitch ball but it’s my fault for having no pin lock.. i do now

Excellent stay. Convenient location, clean and large suites. They honored a request for a first-floor room. Staff was excellent. Breakfast area clean and well stocked. Cookies and hot beverages are available 24 hours in the lobby. Well decorated for Christmas. They have a hot tub! Pool hours are open early and close late.

Hotel was great! Breakfast was more snacks, cereals. Not many healthy options. Pool was great after a day out, but a little murky probably because of the number of kids and people who used it right after a day at Dutch Wonderland.

Property is well cared for and the staff is really helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast has a great variety and is continually well stocked by the most friendly staff. The only thing we could mention as a problem as the extremely strong chemicals in the hot tub and pool almost to the point of giving us chemical burns.

The room had a good start, but then nightfall hit and the aroma of smoke came out of nowhere. Not a wood burn, but a cigarette smell. Then the beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. My family and I woke up with very sore. My wife more than anyone with an extremely sore back. This is a hotel I definitely won’t stay in again.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Even called our room after checking in to see if everything was to our liking. The entire hotel was spotless. People were constantly cleaning, even washing the windows. Breakfast had many choices! Right next-door to the outlets!

Not the worst for the price but the property itself can use a refresh. Paint was chipped everywhere on the door, the water pressure was weak, and the entire place smelled old and musty. Sheets were rough, my baby broke out in patches of red from the roughness. Upon check-in I mentioned smoke smell and I was told it was a campsite nearby that gave off smoke smell but it smelled like cigarettes to me. The carpet might have contributed to the smell, IDK. The towels were new and soft.The bathroom looked updated and was clean.

This hotel was PERFECT! I was traveling with my Mom and Aunts to the Sight & Sounds Theater which was about 8 minutes away. We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite and it served us wonderfully. Large king room with bathroom, 2 queen room , and a living room. All three spaces had doors for privacy. Second bathroom had two sinks. Microwave and mini-fridge. Bottled water with Keurig and several pods. Coffee, cocoa, & tea available 24-hours. Cookies after hours. Breakfast room was great. Directly across the street from Dutch Wonderland. Back parking lot linked with Tanger Outlet. Plenty of food options nearby. When we return to Lancaster, we will stay here.

Everything was great until we tried to sleep. The road noise was terrible if you have a room on the route 30 side. Fortunately, we were allowed to move to the back side of the hotel for the rest of our stay, and it was 100% better.

Our one night stay was exactly what we needed after a long day. I booked Parkview unaware of the type of hotel it really was but I was impressed from the moment I walked in for a late check in. The front desk representative greeted me with a smile and checked me in with ease. Once in the room I was impressed by the size. It was huge! And I appreciate the sink outside of the bathroom. You don’t see those much anymore but I find them convenient. The best part about our stay was how quiet our hall was. This is the first time I have been in a hotel in a long time and I didn’t hear everyone’s conversation outside of the room. Breakfast was arranged nicely and the waffle station was buzzing but moving fast so no real wait times. Overall, I was very impressed and I look forward to staying here again!

Room size and layout was great. Free cookies at check in was nice. Breakfast was standard for free breakfast. 2 Belgian waffle stations, breakfast sandwiches you could heat up in the microwave, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and some pastries. Biggest issue was noise in the bedroom. Walls are pretty thin, but we had a 4th floor room in the front and the trucks breaking on the highway was incredibly load all night long. The air conditioner was very noisy as well and would come on and off all night. Staff was super friendly, it was clean, location was good if you want to walk to Dutch Wonderland or the outlets.

We checked in an hour after check-in time and our room wasn't ready. I was surprised and not looking forward to a long wate. However, the clerk was very pleasant and we had a room in less than 15 minutes. The room was clean and nice. The next day we had breakfast and let me tell you, we didn’t need to go nowhere else. Not many hotels have this kind of breakfast anymore. Hot or cold there was something for everyone. We will be back again if for nothing else, the breakfast alone. Canceled at check in. Required a $200 deposit because I was local. Also wouldn’t accept my credit card because it had my maiden name on it. But the same card was used to pay for my room which was good enough for my room charge. Very very rude front desk staff. Did not stay.

Expedia keeps blocking my full review but check in was horrible and not at 4pm like Expedia said it would be at and not even at 5:30 when we returned. The hotels response was we check in till 2am lol. You shouldn't have to get upset to be given your room

The staff was amazing. They let us check in a few hrs early. They called our room to check on us shortly after checking in. The hotel lobby has tea, coffee and cocoa for the gues They also have cookies sitting out for guests in the evening. I enjoyed the drink options for breakfast.

told black lady at front desk that i had a lung condition that was about 4 pm when we checked in.i asked for 2 more pillows because i have to sleep sitting up in the bed. she told me housekeeping was gone home and she could not get any for me . so it was a long night. next day got them from housekeeping

Tanger outlets is right next door. Restaurants are in walking distance. We were about an eight minute drive from the site and sound theater, which was the reason for our stay. I plan on returning to this hotel soon.

Location is great for a Dutch Wonderland visit -directly across the street. Tanger outlets around the corner and close by many options for food. Very clean, good breakfast choices, pool and fitness room available. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

This is our third time staying here. We come to Lancaster for the American Music Theater and Sight & Sound Christmas productions. This is a very clean, welcoming hotel. The location is great - right next to the Tanger Outlets for shopping, and only a mile away ftom the American Music Theater. The morning breakfast options are good. We stayed 3 nights and they straightened up our room each day - the first hotel to do this since covid, which we appreciated.

Check in was fast and friendly! Asked for a first floor suite and they were able to do that. Room was large and very clean. Hotel was quiet. Pool looked very refreshing. This hotel has the best complementary breakfast I have ever had. Complete with hot and cold food, waffle maker, toaster and microwave for breakfast sandwiches. They put cookies out at 6pm and have a 24 hour beverage station. Rooms were clean and comfy. Pool and hot tub were open until 10:30 pm so there was plenty of time to enjoy. Overall great stay!

The breakfast was mediocre, I expected scrambled eggs at least but according to employee they stopped that since COVID. I wish they would bring that back again. Love the 12pm checkout and 6am-10:30pm pool hours. Rooms spacious, clean and beds comfy. Politeful employees. Awesome stay Loved the Halloween decorations
