I only booked this hotel because it had a hot tub over all of the center of Lancaster hotels that didn’t. I check in and tell the front desk man that we couldn’t wait to use the hot tub. My husband and I get to our room that wreaked of cigarette smoke and cha ged into our bath g suitably to find the hot tub was out of order. I go back to the front desk and explain this was the only reason that I booked this hotel over all of the others and when we just spoke minutes before he didn’t bother to tell me the hot tub was out of order. He rolled his eyes at me and offered zero consolation. Beyond disappointed with the service, hotel quality, communication and disrespect for customers. Will never stay at another Hilton Garden again!

My friends and I stay here every year for a local conference. It is clean & the staff are pleasant. However, we don't feel the cost is justified for what we receive. At nearly $850 for 4 nights we expect a bit more than just a clean room with iffy pillows and a so so mattress. We have to request housekeeping, go retrieve additional towels & toilet paper from the desk, and the lighting in the rooms is terrible if you need to do anything in your room (like your makeup, read a book, or work). The hot tub isn't terribly hot and the towels available at the pool are the size of hand towels. Breakfast isn't included in the high price but the restaurant is also open fairly limited hours. That being said, when hotels.com would not let me update my card to my new bank on the reservation, I called the hotel and they had no problems holding my room until I got there to provide an updated card. So, overall good clean hotel with great staff, just overpriced.

Comfortable and quiet stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The courtyards and gardens were well tended. The layout is a little labyrinthine, but the front desk staff was very helpful.

Perfect location, everywhere we wanted to go was 15 minutes or less from this location. The only thing that annoyed us was every time someone shut their door it slammed shut. Ours did too, I would suggest doing something about that noise because it happens all hours of the day and night. Other than that, everything was clean and the pool and jacuzzi was great!

The hotel was clean, quiet, and well stocked with towels, bathroom supplies, etc. Our table had been missed in the cleaning, we had to wipe off grease spots. The water pressure was so so, but again it was clean and well stocked. The pool and the hot tub were very nice and again well stocked with towels. The service was very good.

The hotel was nice and clean. I booked 3 rooms for my family and one was ADA. We booked this hotel because it had a pool with a chairlift for the pool. Unfortunately the lift was not working. This was the only reason we chose this hotel because my dad is a double amputee. The staff was nice and comped at least his room for one night for the trouble.

The evening we checked in, your staff was very helpful. We asked about an apple orchard nearby, she was willing to give us directions to it. The room was spacious and very clean which made our stay very enjoyable. Would stay hear again if in the area.

The doors to the rooms are loud when they close. I could hear everyone in the hallway entering/leaving their rooms. Their was a family that had kids running up and down the hallway half the night. The family spent more time in the hallway talking with the kids running up and down than they did in their room. Breakfast was okay. I would have preferred a make your own pancake/waffle machine and served myself breakfast than have someone doing it for me. Room was great, clean and the bed was comfortable.

We had a fabulous trip to Lancaster and this hotel! Everything was nice, clean, well maintained but the best part was the staff! Everyone we encountered was great! They were very helpful and talkative about the area and local places to visit. We ate at the restaurant, which was wonderful, all of the food was great! Again, the people made the stay!!!

We were there because Three Dog Night was playing at The American Music Theater in Lancaster on Saturday night. (We got there Friday evening.) Three Dog Night canceled the concert due to a band member having an emergency. We had booked 2 nights, but only stayed one night and when I asked for a refund for the 2nd night, they denied our request. I was told by the front desk to call Expedia to ask them. I called Expedia and they said that they had to ask the Hilton Garden Center Inn Lancaster, and after talking to them, they confirmed that we stayed one night instead of 2 but said they stand firm and will not refund our money. Really Hilton... that is very poor customer service.

It was a wonderful stay! This place is not the "budget-friendliest" place out there, but it was one of the very few with the actual working restaurant, and let me tell you... We didn't even want to go anywhere else - the food was just SO good. Plus the service... Special props to our 4-day waitress Shana - her friendliness, attention to detail, and just good humor - what a sweet experience. All staff was exceptional, and the conditions were great! Thanks to all!!!

For the price I feel there should be at least a free continental breakfast. We did pay and eat in the restaurant twice once for dinner and once for breakfast. The food was really good.

I’m upset that breakfast wasn’t included in our stay and usually the coffee is free all day long The coffee was only put out in the morning When people go to hotels it’s usually for a short stay and like the convenience of coffee and a small free breakfast to wake up to I probably wouldn’t stay here again not worth it

Staff in the dining room did not allow us to sit at tables unless we ordered something. ( 8:30 at night and nobody in dinning room). They told us to sit outside but could not find the area they suggested for us.
