Wasn’t the cleanest, beds were awful and they had no room keys. You had to be escorted to the room and let in by stuff due to no keys. It was cheap and ok for a passing through, one night stay.

Property has no central corridor. All rooms enter from a walkway outside the building. So you can hear everything going on outside. Property has a Waffle House in parking lot. All weekend life’s were there all hours of the night with obnoxious booming music and cars with no muffler. Staff did not advise me how to get heat on in room on check inn up and down the stairs for that info. Remote for tv did not work. Up and down the stairs for that king size bed had 4 toss pillow sized cushions to sleep on

Checking in/out is slow because they rather finish playing candy crush before they get to the window (actual lobby was never unlocked). Its adequate for a quick overnight stay if you leave before 11am (they will barge in at 10:55am to start cleaning). It isn't very clean, but not the worst. Nothing except Waffle House was open at 11pm in the area for food. Not pet safe, even though they are "pet friendly". The pictures of green grass is a stock picture. The actual pet space was tucked at the end of the building, near the freeway and dumpster. Its overgrowth, not lit at night and the useable space was the size of 3 large pee pads. I was afraid of poison ivy from the far right side when I used my phone as a flashlight to make sure there weren't any syringes in the overgrowth. There's a hole in back fence that leads towards the freeway. I will not be going back.

Property was over all a little run down ans some areas of grass not clean. Parking was plentiful & easy. Room was neat and tidy, looked to have been renovated. Bed was very hard which made it uncomfortable. I had a dog with me and was unable to find a clear cut pet policy. Turned out they had a refundable 50.00 deposit and a pet fee. Pet fee got added into my bill. I forget to return the room key due to running late for my event the last day and they charged me an extra 50.00. Check in was poor, guy was talking to a friend on the phone ghe whole time which I found to be inattentive and un professional.

The room was clean . But when we looked at the print out on the Expedia website it said there was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room which there was not. Also website showed there was breakfast bar which was not had to walk across the parking lot to a restaurant for breakfast. The lobby entrance was locked had to use a security window!!!

First impression, looked like a retired motel 6. After this it was all down hill. The check in process was sad to say the least, when we arrived at our room, it smelled like smoke pretty bad( this is a non smoking hotel), we only had 2 towels for 3 adults, air conditioning kept shutting off so the room was too warm to sleep, people were yelling/fighting outside all night long, trash in the stairwell was overflowing on both floors.

The room I was put in had a bunch of dead cockroaches, then at night had a lot of live cockroaches running on the walls and on the bed. I told the clerk about it in the early morning. He did not seem to care or offer any solutions or apologies. Was not happy nor was my wife.

we checked into or rooms, bed were burned with ciggarets and bed bugs were living in the headboard. crawling over my son. at midnight he was waken up by the bed buds. fingernails were under the sheets. i will never stay at a red roof inn agian.

We stayed for 4 nights in one room and my step-daughters met us for two nights in a separate room (room 315). The staff was fairly stand-offish and uninterested in being helpful. The smoke detector had a low battery, so we asked them to change it. They just replaced it with a different detector but must have been the same battery because it was still beeping at us constantly, like it was low. We had to constantly ask for clean towels, toilet paper, etc, as no one was checking the room. They only cleaned, changed trash, and changed the sheets after the first night. At least two of the towels and the top bed sheet had what appeared to be dried blood on it. But the absolute worst thing was that one of my the daughters woke up with bug bites all over her and then they promptly checked for bed bugs. There were signs of bugs and they even found a live one. The clerk acted like it wasn’t a big deal and would pass the info along to a manager. That was all that was said about it. Like it was no big deal. I would avoid this place.

It's a Red Roof. You get what you pay for. That being said, we went without hot water for well over 3 hours. I'm not 100% sure that the room was even properly furnished. There was no countertop in the bathroom. It was a Friday night... The increased weekend prices are way too much for the hunk of junk hotel.

Bed was spacious & firm, no bed bugs. Did find a few roaches, so we tossed our food. A/C was broke and barely blew any cool air in 80 degree night. We asked for an AARP discount but was denied due to booking online. At least offered disabled room, all-the-way-the-other-end of the parking lot from the office & ice machine (Not so convenient)

Right price, right location. VERY small room, one of us had to sit on bed and lean back for other to pass in room. Poorly repaired damage to one wall. Hot water, decent shower. Overall pretty clean, no complaints there. 4-night stay, only saw housekeeping once. When we requested they come back later in the morning...we never saw them again. No clean towels, or any type of cleaning for entire stay.

It was close enough the KFC Yum and it was cheap! The room was nice. The only downside was that the room just couldn’t cool down at all, but I’ll chalk that up to it being insanely hot outside and that the AC couldn’t keep up with it.

I wish there was a ‘they meant well’ option. The staff was extremely friendly- they even offered a ride to the festival we were attending… but the ride fell through. We did see one ‘bug’ and a guy came to spray right away…but he didn’t knock, used his key and opened the door on us is bed…but luckily we were clothed. The lobby coffee was excellent…when the machine was working. Overall, not a terrible place just a little overpriced for what you get.

The room was clean & looked nice overall. There definitely needs to be some maintenance, mainly outer & lot area. The mattress was quite uncomfortable, especially on one side so I had to switch sides (thankfully I was alone on this trip or it would have been miserable for one of us). Checking in was a lot of work. I asked if there was a main level room available, she said there might be if I waited for a few hours. I told her I didn't mind waiting for a few hours, but not just for a maybe. I had to ask several questions to finally give her the idea to check in with housekeeping to see if the room she had in mind might be cleaned today. I'm hoping there is more to the story on their side because most clerks would have just made it happen. I would have even been OK with there is nothing available, but not waiting for a few hours with a maybe. She was lovely, but not sure that was the right job for her or if she was having a bad day.

The room rate was a fair price. But the hotel is not as close as you would believe to airport.. That explains the fair price. There is a waffle house that is safe to walk to during daylight but i would caution a single female traveler. Long as you are aware its very isolated at night.

It was a great room for the price. Awesome shower. A little pricey at almost $100. The area around the place is pretty rough but definitely not the worse. Just rough. I wouldn't stay with the kids or want the wife there by herself. But as an adult or a couple, not bad. Convenient location and a Waffle House next door. Make sure to ask for a room facing the front. The back is a little sketch.

It wasn’t really that bad then I thought. The room was pretty clean and cozy, a pretty simple lay out. Another perk about it is there’s a literal Waffle House right next to it lol so that was was nice to have when your hungry.
