Front desk staff were courteous and cheerful. Helped with late checkin. 1 of 2 elevator was out of commission so the wait was longer to get to our rooms and back. I wish they included free breakfast. But otherwise rooms were clean, everything worked fine. We walked over to the restaurant across the street for a nice dinner. 4.5/5 will stay again.

I was blindsided by the fact that you charge for parking! I was not informed of this until the next day. I put a lot of people up at this Marriott location on a yearly basis ( I had not stayed there myself recently) an am likely to reconsider where I recommend.

This was honestly one of the stingiest and most poorly managed hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not even a single bottle of water was provided in the room or other type of drinking water. When I entered, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor — something like sweaty feet — which made it very uncomfortable. No complimentary slippers. When I checked in, they said there would be a $50 incidental hold. But later I found out my card was actually charged $71. Upon checkout, I specifically asked for a breakdown — it showed a parking fee and a bottle of water that I never drank. This clearly shows poor attention to detail from the staff. I also requested an itemized receipt for the incidental charge, but they never provided it. It’s night now, the held amount had not been released. The whole process was frustratingly inefficient. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Hotel checkin was ok, the hotel and room are dated but refurbished. My major issue was the sewer backup in the bathtub containing what appeared to be fecal matter, I woke up early am to this. I was given another room but nothing was done for the inconvenience or breathing in fecal matter in the air.

Well, if I hadn't read the sign in the elevator on my way up to my room about needing a parking pass...I wouldn't have known I needed it. You'd think I would have been notified at check in. Shrug. Otherwise its clean. If you need quiet, this may not be your place. Though it is near the airport so, traffic sounds are expected.

The traffic noise was almost unbearable. If you go here do not get a room across from Airport Way, the traffic does not stop all night long. Great hotel, just stay on the opposite side of the road.

The hotel itself is absolutely fine, and the staff are great, but it's not exactly in a great part of town, although nothing near PDX is a "good part of town", so this is no fault of the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff have been excellent every time I've stayed here, and the rates are pretty reasonable.

This was a stop on the way back home from a long road trip, and I would say this hotel was worth the price, which was less than other newer hotels around PDX airport. (It was considerably less.) The facility here is a bit older, but it it still kept in great shape, the hallways are quiet, and the rooms are comfortable and also quiet. Another great feature of this hotel is the full coffee shop (aka bistro). That was very nice. Just a few things to note: (1) the fan in the bathroom is a bit noisy. (2) I wish there was a light by the room's entrance that could be used as a night light (one of our family members does not like rooms that get pitch dark) - the other lights were too bright for that purpose.
