I was worried about parking and the safety of my car. The hotel only has street parking, but they do have valet parking in a locked garage for $30 nightly. It was worth the peace of mind for myself. The hotel is nice! The lobby was great, really big, lots of seating. A bar and a restaurant inside the lobby. The elevator is keycard activated to reach the floors which is an added peace of mind. The hallways did smell like weed which made my husband and myself laugh. Not a big deal, it wasn’t horrible just a faint smell. The smell did not seep into the room at all! Big plus. The room was nice and clean. Overall I would stay again. Breakfast was not included but I enjoyed the food.

The staff was very nice and responsive. However, there was only one working elevator. The elevator was very slow, and there was no stair access from the lobby to your room. There was no hot water to shower with during our last night. The area surrounding is not very nice. We found needle syringes and trash everywhere. The hotel is pet friendly, but does not provide an area for your dog to go to the bathroom. You are forced to walk in surrounding downtown area just to take your dog to a grass area, which was not very safe or convenient.

The property would have gotten a five star rating but the parking is $40 per night, which is ridiculous. Everything else was great, including the breakfast. Also, the staff were friendly and professional.

No parking other than valet parking. super sketchy area where break ins appear common. lots of street people around. very limited food options. (only place open after 11 was a run down Denny's that we waiting 15 minutes and were completely ignored. crackheads roaming the streets everywhere

Staff were warm and inviting. Only had breakfast at BLVD but it was excellent and not overpriced. The market store came in clutch for some late night snacks and mid day soda's and beverages; and again items were reasonably priced. Location was convenient to transportation options to get you all over the city and just a short walk to the Rose Quarter area. Overall a great stay with memorable staff!! I look forward to booking this hotel again.

The property was ok. The room I was in was VERY noisy with street noise. Lots of sirens at all hours of the night. I was astonished that I couldn’t park at the hotel unless I paid almost $50 a day for valet only parking. Street parking was free overnight but it was not a part of town that would be appropriate to leave a car out on the street, hence the valet parking. I was sort of sad that there wasn’t any food available that wasn’t ridiculously priced as well as having a bed that was really uncomfortable. For someone who was just getting sleep at the hotel as I went back and forth to Randall Children’s Hospital, it was probably ok. However, if you have to stay in the hotel for any time at all, I would definitely look elsewhere.

Great place, very clean facility, convenient location and really nice room with king bed and sofa. Might note that you have to pay to park or leave your car on the street. Might of missed this during booking but wasnt happy about the extra $43 to park. Valet was cool though and excellent customer service. Better is better forwarned to this! Otherwise great place to stay!

3 star hotel with 4-5 star prices! It was ok, probably won't stay there again. The staff were fantastic, the bed was clean and comfy and the location was perfect for our needs. However the area was super sketch after dark with meth zombies roaming all around constantly, we had intended to walk to a friends nearby hotel but it was absolutely out of the question. The room was dirty especially in high traffic/touch areas- I mean basic room cleaning should include cleaning the very obvious hand print off the bathroom wall etc... and the bathtub had some kind of staining in it. - just not what I expected for a hotel that cost me over $250 USD

My room was great! The room was very clean and stocked with the items it is supposed to. The water was good pressure as well as hot enough when I used it. The weather was warm outside so when I came into the room it was already cooled to a comfortable temperature. I was staying by myself for 3 nights. I had 3 sets of linens. Even though they “freshen up” every other day I did not need to. Facility was clean and presentable. The restaurant/bar was good drink and food. The breakfast at 6:30 am was great timing for the conference I was attending.

Staff was kind & excellent. Hotel, room & rest of facilities were average. They missed housekeeping twice in our 5 days stay. Regardless of our reminders. When we asked for compensation for that, the response was less than adequate. They could not even leave off the car parking charge when we asked.

When checking in we had to wait a good 5-10 minutes before someone came to the desk. I reserved a room for 4 adults. The sofa bed was a complete joke!! It was the size of a twin and VERY uncomfortable!! It was the worst bed and sleep that we ever had. I won't be staying here again and won't be recommending it.

Our stay was adequate for our needs. Just in town for a basketball game. Perfect location for walking to and from the Moda. I have only one complaint about this stay….the pillows are miserable. Absolute pancakes so I didn’t get a good nights rest. We would stay here again but I’d bring my own pillow.

When we arrived the desk staff was very rude. Daniel had an attitude that we were wasting his time. It was so bad that my coworkers were afraid to ask him for anything. Thankfully the other agent at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful

When we arrived there was a blood stain on the sheets. Nobody cleaned the room or stopped to see if we needed anything. The first night we were starving and the restaurant was open until 10. We went there at 8:30 and by 9:30 nobody had even acknowledged we were there. We finally went up and ordered food from the bartended. Good food but the staff just seemed anxious to get out of there. The front desk staff was very friendly though. They were the saving grace.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. We were able to get a late checkout and had really easy valet service. Understandably the valet was an extra charge. The breakfast options were great and very tasty. Everyone was so nice. We had our 16 month old with us and we were very comfortable. Well stay again!

Was there for a concert at Moda Center. Very easy 10 minute walk! Friendly service and easy check-in. They were very accommodating to early arrival as well. Only disappointing thing was bar and restaurant were not open while there. Of course there’s plenty of places around the area!

The pros: Friendly staff, cozy lobby, convenient luggage storage, and good location for events at Oregon Convention or Moda Center. The cons: Poorly designed rooms: sink and shower were inefficient. The walls paper thin, so it's noisy. It's a high crime neighborhood. The hotel has no security officer on duty and anyone can enter the hotel lobby. The Hyatt nearby requires a hotel keycard to enter the lobby. While we were leaving, a violent and unstable homeless man entered the lobby and attacked the female receptionist on duty.

Check in in valet parking was great. I was told the restaurant would be open until 11:00. I wasn't told there was construction or maintenance being done in the hallways to my room so that look tacky. I made it a point to arrive back at the hotel early enough to get dinner at 10:30 and the restaurant was closed. That was very disappointing. My room was amazing bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

The restaurant was super basic. It looked nice but there was barely above continental breakfast level food. And there were no Bloody Marys! They were on the menu and there was no real explanation as to why.
