No microwaves or mini fridges but they will bring a fridge for you. The most annoying thing is the heating/cooling system. Most hotels allow you to adjust fan and even have it consistently flowing say for noise. Here whatever temp you set it to the fan and blower turns on and off every five minutes ALL NIGHT LONG. Very annoying they should really update the system to allow more user friendly customization like more modern hotels allow. This hotel is clearly older and I doubt they will upgrade much.

The air conditioning system is quite loud in the room. The Hotel is dated and showing wear and tear. The staff were wonderful.

Overall the stay was wonderful. The property was well maintained and the staff super helpful, and accommodating. We loved the elevator's! I think the only thing I wish the room had was a mini fridge, but that was a minor issue.

I get we all make mistakes but cmon if your going to work with 3rd parties have available rooms for errors like this. Love in another state and traveled here for a couple days to find out they had double booked and couldn’t offer me anything. Have the courtesy to call and let the customer. It’s all about communication.
