No where on the website did it say that the property is under construction! Or the the whole pool area is closed! Pool is right next to the breakfast area and it’s very dusty!!

The staff were super friendly. Unfortunately the property is under construction for a remodel. This would have been nice to know since the pool and jacuzzi were closed and wont be open until late November. I chose this location for the amenities but could use none of them.

Nice smaller hotel, which was near the Portland Airport, but in a less busy area. It offered a good breakfast in the morning, plus comfortable beds and pillows. Hot tub was a nice option after a long day of being on our feet.

The hotel was under construction so the pool was closed and breakfast was served in a makeshift location. We wish we would have been informed prior to booking. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a bad area so be aware all the time. Car alarms went off for hours during the night, a SWAT team was present at the local Target and derelicts at the nearby convenience store. I will not stay there again for that reason.

Very clean hotel. The breakfast was great! Being dairy and gluten free I usually cannot eat anything off the complimentary buffets, so I was happy to see that they offered a dairy free vanilla milk that I used in my coffee as well as yummy hardboiled eggs and bananas. The staff did a great job keeping the buffet stocked. They also offered complimentary coffee, hot tea, apple cider and hot chocolate all day in the reception area. Our room was nice, we did have several small ants near the shower, but they were not the biting kind. The only complaint would be that our room backed up to the indoor swimming pool so when guests were swimming it was pretty loud. Not too big of a deal if you go to bed later after the pool closes. We did arrive after the snow storm so it was hard to get an Uber to come out and get us, we had Ubers cancel over ten times before getting one to pick us up. Overall a nice hotel, it is probably nicer when the weather is better and you can walk to the shopping center.

There was a dead bug on the sofa, the valve leaks in the shower so there was terrible water pressure, and the power went out in the hotel and was off for 4 hours before it was turned back on.

The bed in the king suite is NOT a king bed, it was much smaller. Me and my husband were very uncomfortable. There was also a significant amount of noise above us and down the hallways until 3am so it was challenging to sleep. Otherwise the staff and cleanliness were great.

Great breakfast and the room had a great set up with automatic blackout curtains, 2 sinks in separate areas for easy morning routines, comfy king size bed and a full couch with a coffee table. Area and hotel were quiet despite it being a busy holiday weekend. Hot tub was good and hot!

The walls are paper thin. We were put in a room next to the elevator, so i heard foot traffic and people talking outside the room constantly. The people on the next floor up had kids that were runni g and jumping, felt like they would fall through the ceiling.

Stayed for 2 nights. Recently renovated and really nice clean rooms. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. So much to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to getting on the I5 to either Seattle or Portland. Will be staying there again.

This facility exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked into the building the staff was friendly and the lobby looked well kept. The lobby offered coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. The room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and the room had additional sofa bed, coffee table and desk and chair. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our requests for additional blankets and toiletries. The complimentary breakfast was very good and changed daily. The indoor pool and spa was an added bonus. There was a small gym and laundry facilities. Overall me and my family really enjoyed our stay.

4 days and 3 nights with no housekeeping. Asked and reminded the night before and morning of to have room cleaned but no show. Left the room after 10am and didnt come back till after 4pm. By the looks of parking and breakfast crowd, the hotel wasnt even full so i dont understand why room wasnt cleaned. If you have staffing shortages, then say so. Don't promise anything; a d if you promise and dont deliver, stop passing the buck around - apologize sincerely and try your best to remedy the situation. Worst Holiday Inn we've ever stayed. I havent checked yet but apparently there may be charges that was made to my card without my knowledge; $40 " incidental" at check in which should have been reversed or never charged. We've stayed in higher end hotel and hole-in-the-wall hotels but never did we have this bad of a service nor was incidental ever charged and not reversed. Stay was fully paid through Expedia usually hotels may run your card for incidentals, but they never show up on the bill.

Nice clean rooms though the door seems to be a bit broke or had been kicked in ripped screen w full open window roof top kinda scary. Checking in was a hassle adding two days seemed to be as well, attitudes fake ness all goes together and can really change the mind set of a person and there environment around them. Don’t work in hospitality if you can’t not have an attitude. Some staff made me feel like I didn’t belong there others were very kind.

I've stayed here several times before, and you can't beat the breakfast they serve, with lots of options to choose from. This recent stay, "however" I was given a room that had not been cleaned. No big deal, I brought it up to the front desk person. He was very apologetic about it and took care of the issue. Very nice people that work there, and that includes all parts of the place. Thank you for your hospitality, I'll be back.

Out of our 8 days stay, our bedding didn't get clean!! The room was never cleaned either!! I've complained to the front desk, NOTHING was done about it! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Homeless people digging through the dumpsters making you feel unsafe!!! I guess that's why they have a low star rating!! Don't book here!!

We have stayed here before and decided to stop here on our way home from a road trip. The hotel was very nice and we liked our room. The pool was nice, but both times we went for a swim large families were in there and dominated the entire pool area. Also, there were nowhere near enough chairs. The breakfast was average, but when we first got down there with 30 minutes left, there were no eggs or sausages. We had to ask if they planned to restock the food. The TV was glitchy and we tried to call the front desk, but the phone in the room was not operational. We enjoyed late checkout with our membership.
