The bathroom vanity had two different pieces of someone else's hair on it. There needs to be over head lighting over vanity. Other then that, remodel was beautiful!

Sarah at the front desk is always smiling and cheerful. Her excellent customer service is top notch.The shuttle service employee has been there 19 years which was impressive. I will visit the Radisson hotel near PDX again. The Lakeside Grill has pretty good food. The lake side view is beautiful.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel for a living. The staff was amazing and kind. The room was perfect, breakfast was wonderful and I have zero complaints!!
