Ice machines didn’t work. Vending machines wouldn’t accept cash or credit. My towels hanging in the bathroom already had makeup on them whenever we arrived. Satellite signal was sketchy and it was only light rain could barely watch tv.

Great place. My only complaint was the restaurant not being open when it said it was suppose to be. The people we encountered that worked there were extremely polite. The pool was great, my kids enjoyed it a lot.

Pool area has weeds growing high around the fence. The water temperature of the pool water was very cold even during a 90 degree day. Canopy near pool area is tattered and worn needing replaced. The parking lot was littered for 2 days. Also pool chairs are dirty and have holes in them. Check in was good. The rooms and hallways were in fine shape.

Hotel undergoing some renovations. Dumpsters and debris and large equipment in parking lot. Separate entrance for guests away from checkin. Only 2 carts 0 in morning. Exterior door to hotel for guests never locked.

This is a fine hotel, for the price, but there's nothing exceptional about it. It's definitely dated and they are doing an upgrade but they really should have shutdown while they do it. We were awakened by hammering right below our bed at 8 am. Overall, it's good enough but don't expect a lot. The outdoor pool is decent though.

It was ok because we didnt have much choices. Upon arriving we were send to a different door to unload but there was no clear directions. The place smelled old and moldy. The rooms are run down and dirty. The tub to our room was stained, dirty and it wouldn't drained, we showered with water up to our ankles. Disgusting! There was work done to the room above beginning at 8am, so much for sleeping in. We called to have extra towels, and we were told to go get it ourselves. If you want good service, and clean rooms, this is not the place for you.

No air condition in the hallways. Room 1 was unclean and had hair all over bathroom. Room 2 key did not work, had to go back downstairs for replacement. Bed was comfortable, pillows were awful and had no support. Sliding glass door of shower was fixed to the wall. Had to stand in shower and get hit with cold water in order to turn shower on. Bathroom has no ventilation. Air conditioner was missing a cover and the inner parts were totally exposed. Hotel is in the middle of a renovation but there does not appear to be any quality control. Pot holes around exterior of building. Ground Floor entrance was left unlocked. Service in the dining room was slow and lifeless. Never offered a cookie when checking into the hotel.

Honestly the app would not let me sign in and check in virtually in the morning in the afternoon and in the evening. Once I did check into my room my toilet looked horrendous like one that you would find at a gas station. The lid was dirty the entire Bowl was dirty and it is not somewhere that I would stay again

Completely understand and support the remodel.But,it would have been nice to be informed of that before booking. 2 floor suite was fantastic! Emergency exit on the 2nd floor was a little creepy

This stay was pretty good as far as amenities, cleanliness, and overall functions. My only complaint is the fact that the air conditioning did not work appropriately as the air was set at 66 degrees as it was very hot outside but the room temperature never got below 73. We had other friends and family staying in other rooms and they all had the same complaint that the air condition didn’t work.

Everything was good except the bathroom door would not close and we didn’t get a king bed as booked. Staff was great though and gave us coupons to get breakfast which made up for it. The breakfast buffet was very tasty.

Everyone that we encountered at the hotel was very nice! There was a mix up when we were given keys to an already occupied room. The room itself was old and the beds were very lumpy. They are in the process of renovations. There are also stairs in the mIn lobby to get to the elevators, which was annoying since I have to use a walker.

We had house keeping come into or room without knocking and they said there was not supposed to be anyone in the room. They proceeded to tell us that the sink was cloged and they where going to fix it. When she couldnt unclog the sink another man came in and started to work on it. I was just glad that we where presentable

Absolute worst management ever. Room wasn’t ready until 8pm, then charged two random additional charges to my card (over $400) couldn’t get anyone to help remove them, after a week had to dispute the charges on my credit card. Asked for a credit for dinner or a late check out (or something) for room being available 4 hours late, got laughed at. Rude employees screaming at other employees. Worst experience EVER.

There was a gentleman Tim that helped us out with an issue we hed checking in and he was AWESOME! We had another guy there that had a beard and a mustache that was as rude and awful as anyone could be and Tim came out and helped me tremendously

I was put in a dirty room when I checked in. Bed slept in and a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom. When I went to front desk, I was given a new room with no apologies for the mix up. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and always have an issue. There are too many other options in the area for your Hotel to run so poorly. I have given your establishment enough chances. Hope you do better if you continue to have future guests.

I was so disappointed, I booked this for my wedding weekend and had several people join us from out of town 13 rooms to be exact. It was a struggle to get help and create a block of rooms and when I finally did it was a mess. I asked about welcome bags being given at check in4 out of 13 were given when I asked I was told they would take care of it they didn’t and continued to not hand them out and the front desk didn’t care. The shuttle service gave conflicting information than the hote and we were stranded at the casino and late to the wedding. The bartender on Friday night was just plain rude and seemed very bothered to do his job and the front desk locked in any kind of interest helping us out not to mention they are under construction and the noise at 7:30 am and the small really ruined my morning the day after my wedding.

Room Service menus provided only to be told they don’t offer it anymore and they should be removed from the room. Dinner at the lounge definitely not kid friendly. No kid menu, limited offerings and old men with bad language. Maybe open the other dining room so guests don’t need to eat in a bar setting. No luggage carts available. Breakfast required a 15 minute wait for the chef to arrive at the omelette station and no ice water at the table unless you asked. All service seemed disconnected and apathetic except the housekeeping team who graciously offered me a laundry cart to load luggage. Thank you for that! Doubletree used to be a really nice stay and this property has seen better days and better staff.

The room was clean and generally OK. Other areas were also clean and attractive. We attempted to have breakfast at the restaurant, but there was no one present to seat us, or serve us. We and another couple left to go elsewhere for breakfast.

The first thing we noticed was there were no bath towels in the room. Later I noticed there was no complimentary shampoo, but there were two body lotions. It seems housekeeping needs to pay better attention to detail. When I returned to the front desk for bath towels, there was another guest getting his set of towels, too. Cleanliness was okay but could have been better. The hotel is impressively large but doesn't appear to have the number of staff to maintain it. The decor was fancy but outdated, particularly in the restaurant. The best feature, though, was the breakfast. I had to pay extra for breakfast when I made the reservation, but it was worth it. The a la carte breakfast was worth three times what I paid for it in the reservation.
