Days Inn by Wyndham Washington

This is an older property and it is showing its age. Lots of wear/stains etc. The pool was out of service and was essentially a green pond. That being said, the bed was soft and comfortable and the shower was hot.

Old and dated. Sliding door would not lock. Drawers in dresser would not stay closed. Closet was a wreck. Pool looked awful-although not pool season yet. Would not stay here again.

They need to cover up the green pool better and remove all the trash. A lot of rooms seem empty

Guy that checked us in was rude, and unprofessional. When I booked rooms, it said there was a swimming pool and breakfast. The swimming pool was shut down, and the "breakfast" was wrapped mini muffins and coffee. I booked the rooms with the understanding there was a pool and breakfast. Hallways and room were not very clean, and smelled like smoke, even though i booked non smoking rooms. Very disappointed, and will definately book elsewhere the next time.

Entrance to the lot was not marked. I understand about construction going on. Only one latch on the sliding door that enters into the lot. That could be a security issue. No bar to prevent sliding door from being opened from outside.

This place is a dump. Every hall and "non-smoking" room absolutely reeked like cigarettes. Rooms and some facilities were boarded up with plywood. Water on the floors in halls and the "breakfast" was a stack of water bottles and granola bars. Its hard to be overpay for a $42/night hotel but this place pulled it off!

Do not stay here. The room looked like it has not had a good cleaning in a long time. Dust and dirt on everything. Bathroom tub and toilet had hair and dirt in them. The attendent was not at the lobby to check us in for at least 30 minutes and then was not there for us to change to a cleaner room, if there even was one. The outside door to enter was propped open with a large rock, and remained this way all night. Anyone and anything could enter, not safe in my opinion. Advertised that there was breakfast. This consisted of coffee and granola bars. We were just passing through the area and needed a place for a few hours sleep. We should have kept driving.

Construction blocks the main entrance. Poor signage to direct guests as to how to get to the lobby. Room was very dusty. Tub in poor repair and toilet leaked. No coffee pot in room.

The hotels.com rating said good, so I booked, but it was awful. The facility itself was in major disrepair. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Even though we had a non smoking room, the entire building smelled of smoke. The bathroom walls and ceiling were peeling. Not enough towels. The only plus is the staff was nice!

The room was very dirty, and furniture was broken, fire alarm wasn’t working and fridge broken. Do not stay here.

Other than the person that checked us in this was not a great stay. Bathroom was filthy, relatively fresh food stains (maybe icing ) on the walls, the bathroom ceiling above the shower is on the verge of collapse, it was a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke.

The room was filthy. I don't know how else to put it. Spider on the wall, cobwebs, sliding door glass didn't look like it had been cleaned in years, base for sliding glass was full of bugs, handles were missing on desk and nightstands, desk chair cover was worn off, spots and smudges like something ran down he wall in vairous places, closet door of its rail, dirty lightswitches, hair on side of tub, mildew around tub, shower vent covered in dust/dirt, cigarette burn on bedspread and chair.

Towels had hair and dead bugs folded into them. Tub was filthy and you could see the soap scum on the walls still. Used my own lysol wipe on the faucet and it came up brown and green. Bugs were all over the place both dead and alive. Exposed exhaust fan. Grime/dirt smudges all over the wall. Someones fake acrylic nail onnthe ground in the bathroom. Cigarette butts and some kind of spewed sticky gunk on the patio. Heavy smoke smell throughout and loud guests kept us up most nights. Was not in the least bit impressed for the cost.

This stay was absolutely awful. If it hadn’t been 2:00am when we arrived, we would have left. We flew into Pittsburgh after midnight and decided to stop in Washington to sleep instead of driving another 2 hours home. The hotel seemed unsafe, not clean, dangerous and gross. I had to check in through a break in the glass while a stranger came up behind me. When we found our room, it was gross. The sheets were stained, a piece of toilet paper was covering the peephole, the deadbolt didn’t work. The a/c didn’t work, the tv remote batteries were broken. My boyfriend barricaded the door and slept with a knife on his bedside table just so we could feel safe. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

The tub bottom was black and water didn't drain, as well as blood on the wall and stains everywhere

To call this flea bag of a hotel 'disgusting' is too generous. The furniture is filthy, the walls are scratched, stained and haven't been touched with detergents in a long time. The shower curtain was black in the corners with mildew, the toilet area hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time, the carpets stained and discolored. The state of Pennsylvania ought to build a chain-link fence with concertina wire all around this dump, toss deportees in it and dub it "The Alligator Alcatraz of the North."

This was a terrible hotel experience. There were several contributing factors to this rating unfortunately. The employee was not very social, we did not get the free breakfast, the hotel room was extremely unclean, the tub did not drain, the sheets had holes in them, the outlets did not work, walls looked like they were falling apart, bags full of garbage were at entrances and in hallways, and most concerning of all, the fire detector was visibly broken and taken apart in the room. Another thing to be aware of is the location- we had to go to three different restaurants surrounding the hotel around 8:00pm until we were finally able to get service- closed well before indicated posted hours.

This place is disgusting. I understand it’s an older Days Inn and it was relatively cheap, but good Lord it’s bad. It looks like they haven’t cleaned it in years.

The area on the property was great pre-clean outside and close to a lot of quick bite to eat as well as gas station! Unfortunately, the inside wasn’t very clean. The smoke detector was hanging off of wires. The AC didn’t work very much and it was extremely hot in the middle of the night, our mini fridge did not work whatsoever. It was very warm and the button knob was completely torn off. We couldn’t use the TV either because the remote had batteries in it that seem to exploded on the inside and the fan in the bathroom was completely covered in dust. The bed was fine, but Under the sheets were they were stained with blood or pee I couldn’t tell. We were only in Pittsburgh for three days two nights and honestly, it was just a quick place to stay at for sleep. We didn’t really stay in the hotel whatsoever or motel or whatever you wanna call it but definitely wouldn’t go back. It was cheap for what it needed to be, but it definitely needs to be updated and a better cleaning crew and they should definitely inspect each room to figure out what needs to be replaced because it was a very inconvenient for us that we couldn’t use our fridge. We had to keep refilling our little cooler we had with ice And we shouldn’t have to sleep with our patio door open even before you are on the second floor it doesn’t make us feel safe so she being in an area we’re not familiar with just to have a good nights sleep. We had to watch TV on our phones, And to top it off, the phone didn’t even work.

The sliding glass door was very flimsy and I felt unsafe. The neighbors caught most of the night. Yelling. Slamming things. The front office was dilapidated looking. On the Positive: the clerk was pleasant. The bed comfortable. The shower was good. If you placed the bed in the bathroom and eliminated everything else, the room would have been perfect.

I got there late and check in was easy with no hassle. The room was comfortable, and I was able to control my temperature which I really like. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was my room is on the ground floor and it had a sliding glass door. I was traveling alone and I would’ve appreciated some sort of brace security structure beyond the clasp on the door.

So I got there and I asked for another room, because the first one was dirty, and smelled like cigarettes. The second room was slightly cleaner, but still smell like cigarettes. I was exhausted, so I didn’t really have any ambition to get a new place. I felt like the door was paper thin, and there were people up until 2 o’clock in the morning maybe even later. The whole experience was awful and I wish I knew sooner that this place was in such a poor condition. My respiratory system suffered from the cigarette smoke and I didn’t feel safe. I honestly wish I could get a refund somehow.

The rooms were very clean and well cared for. I liked having an extra sink in the main area so 2 people can clean up at the same time without getting in each other's way. I was not advised the hotel did not have an elevator, so it came as a surprise when I had to haul a 50-pound suitcase up the stairs. Perhaps the website/check in front desk should advise guests prior to booking/check-in.

Having a room with 3 queen beds was great and the bedding was clean but the other furniture was stained/dirty and the bathroom was only supplied with three towels for five people.

I'm sceptical when I read bad reviews of hotels, and this hotel has quite a few - and they are accurate. The place is run down and dirty. It's safe and the staff is friendly, but its very dumpy - messed up walls, dirty carpet, furniture has holes, I was told I had a non-smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. I wish I hadn't stayed there.

Will never stay here again ... I assumed with Wyndham name it would be a better hotel. Everything about the hotel was old, not well maintained and dirty. Stains on blankets, furniture that should be thrown away. When I arrived no one at front desk ... multiple people were trying to check in and no one showed up. Had to come back hours later and after another 15-minute wait someone finally showed up. People living in some rooms appeared very seedy. Was concerned about my safety.

Receptionist was super nice. However walking to our room we noticed a door in front of ours that had a large piece of wood holding the door to the handle. Odd we thought. Once we were in the room there were two huge holes in the wall like someone had punched it . We pulled back the sheets and there were crumbs and hair on the bed sheets. GROSS. Bathroom: huge ring around the toilet bowl like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Hair all over the place . Lastly , this hotel seems more like a motel where people come and use it with their partner for a couple hours as we learned from our next door neighbors. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

Staff was friendly and professional. Bed mattress was very good. Walls had many holes. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, especially toilet. No bath towels. No cups. Furniture worn and deteriorated. Many room lights did not work. Refrigerator not working. TV worked well.

Everything was dirty and in shambles, felt unsafe. Had to request bed be re-made upon artival due to burn spots and greasy oil staines on the sheets.

I like the location close to stores, nice staff. Cleaning people could do a better job dust on Lamp shades, over shower water marks were brown.

Staff was amazing and accommodating, but the first room I had booked originally was horrendous. Thankfully they moved us rooms and it was better. Couldn't control the AC and heater and there was someone's sweats left behind in the bathroom, but again the staff was amazing!!!! Bring your own sheets or ask for clean ones.

We have been waiting for 2 hours to check in.

Owner or whoever was at the reception was nice. Friendly even though we checked in very late. Gave us a room we wanted. Very nice stay.

It was close to Pittsburgh is the only positive thing I can say about this property. This franchisee is not doing your brand any favors. But you will not have to worry about future bad reviews for your hotel chain…from me.

Area looked sketchy. Room wasn’t clean. Left and had to book another room at another establishment.

Convenient to multiple fast food restaurants and the highway. Very economical. Furniture and carpet stained and threadbare. Bathroom still had last guest's towel hanging behind the door and soap in the shower. Whole place could stand a serious deep cleaning.

Advertised breakfast included. There was bottled water prepackaged muffins and granola bars prepackaged. Juice and coffee.

The free breakfast was coffee, bottled water, packaged muffins, packaged granola bars and that's it! The air conditioner in the room didn't work. The sliding screen to the balcony was very hard and noisey to open. Staff was not knowledgeable at the desk and didn't see any other staff in the entire facility.

This property is extremely outdated. The rooms only had half the lights that worked. The comforters had cigarette burns in them and we have a non smoking room. Def reminds me of a place people would go to for shady business. The breakfast is literally juice, coffee, granola bars, and packaged muffins. Not sure how you call that a breakfast. The staff were rude when we first walked in than realized we were with a big group and their attitudes changed.

Everything was great. If you get a ground floor room you have a sliding glass door exit from your room to the car which was very convenient. The breakfast was a pack of muffins. Not what i expected 4 years removed from Covid. That was just lazy. I'm extremely upset at how non existent the continental breakfast was.

I reserved queen bed. We got two full befs. Razors on floor. Microwave dirty. Washrags full of holes. Breakfast offered was muffins juice and coffee. Pillows lumpy. Very disappointed at this experience.
