The housekeeping staff was terrible. They took our towels day two and didn't provide clean ones. When we got back from draft at three a.m., I had to go to front desk for towels. Day three, we asked housekeepers to make sure our beds were changed. They didn't even make them and shorted us on towels. Disappointing. We went to the lounge 30 minutes before closing, and they told us they just had last call one minute before so we went to casino and my son ate at the Clsssic. I took one bite of his chicken and spit it out (nasty). He ate a couple chicken strips because he thought the weird taste was just old oil. Nope ... food poisoning. We won't stay here again.

Here’s my issue. Nearly all restaurants an are in the casino. If you have kids under 21, they won’t even let you in to eat in the restaurants! Whose big idea was it to put the restaurants in an area families can go and eat with kids and teens??
