When we arrived late, the parking lot was dimly lit and littered with construction materials as if a project was going on. These things happen, but they were so haphazardly strewn as if to suggest that the place shouldn't be open for business. I got out of the car, and the whole area stunk of dead animal. On the way to the front door, I passed by a man smoking a joint which added to the interesting smell of the parking lot. Inside, the hallways were dingy and unkempt with stains on the walls and carpets. The whole place had a very unwholesome feel to it. The room had a harsh fluorescent glow to it. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. But the room was more than safe and fit for sleeping, and the bathroom was stocked with a good warm shower and everything you could need. The staff were helpful. Over all, it was an inexpensive place to stay. In a pinch, I would stay there again to be honest. But if I had other options, I would choose those.

The hotel was extremely dirty. The elevator looked like it had not been swept in weeks. The carpets in the hallway were not swept. Baseboards were dusty in the hallway. The first room we stayed in was extremely dirty. We had to ask for another room. They gave us the room beside the original room. Someone had to go in and vacuum and dust before we could go in. No frills hotel which what was expected and that was ok. Served cookies in the lobby and a snack back upon arrival which was very much aprrecited. Would not stay there again. If it was clean, we would have had a much better opinion It was the simple normal housekeeping that really didn't seem to be a priority. Since it was New Years Eve, we did't have any other options or we probably would have not stayed.

I like the friendly folks who work there. The place is being modernized so you can expect a few items on a punch list. The strike plate on the door needs machined for the dead bolt to engage. There is an external means to secure the door so no big deal. The wall thermostat didn't control the A/C but the local control worked OK. I will continue to stay there on future visits.

Front desk people were very nice. Unfortunately the gym had 2 of 3 pieces of equipment not working. Coffee maker and phone in room not working. Room had a bad smell when entering. It was tolerable after a few minutes.

Was a nice place! Our room was clean and they even had breakfast. Was very quiet, bed was comfy. Well lit parking lot. Never stayed here before but i think they did some remodeling because i did smell a light paint smell in the hallways and a little in my room.. but we did not mind that.. we would definitely stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. HOWEVER, The room was dusty/dirty. There was no toilet paper in the room. The sheets were not clean and clearly looked as if they had not been changed from the previous person. The mirrors were not clean and looked as if they had not been wiped down for a period of time. There were dirt lines along the trim of the floor. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend. Very disappointed and disgusted.

Horrible, filthy, unkept. Stains on the carpets Stains on the sitting area. Sheets on the sheets. There was hair on the bed sheets. Pubic hair in the toilet rim and in the shower. Do not stay here. Had to get refund and stay in another hotel.

Stay was fine. Room smelled a little must/ bothered my allergies. We skipped the free breakfast. When we got there they told me they had to put a $50 charge on my card that would be refunded at check out that I still have not gotten back. We are not smokers and all we did was shower and sleep there so we shouldn’t have had any charges to merit them keeping my money.

Love the staff here. The main problem is still the room thermostat programming. All the hotels I stay in in Washington must have the same idiot programming them. They should be switchable between, "Off", "Heat", and "Cool". Not "Off" and "Heat/Cool". When I lower the T-stat to 68 to sleep, I don't want the A/C compressor turning on. That's why zero for eco-friendliness and stupid for the hotel to pay higher electric bills to make visitors uncomfortable.

The location was fine. Heater made a clicking noise after it got to the desired temperature. The toilet was wobbly. I was charged for stealing a towel, which I certainly did not do. The manager, after I called when the charge appeared on my card, wanted to "look into it" and then became hostile when I did not see what he was going to "look into." I did not steal anything, there is nothing to look into. A mistake was made by them and it is not my fault, but they didn\'t care. For the record I called Wyndham corporate and they did not care either. I also believe it is possible the desk clerk stole my credit card details since more credit card fraud started the day after I checked out. Not worth the risk staying at this below average property.

The rooms are nice and spacious. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and had a decent variety. The pillows need to be replaced as so small and lumpy. Overall good place, not a 5 but a 4.5. I would definitely return.

We got in late but realized that the tv channels were not working. Kept saying no signal and channels would freeze. Room was in pretty good condition. No complaints. Front desk employees were more than helpful with answering questions and the check-in process was smooth.

Not a bad hotel for how cheap it is. Room was clean. Friendly staff. The hotel walls are thin and the bed frame squeaks when moving on the bed. We only stayed one night but had no problems and was a good hotel. Breakfast wasn’t very good, only had waffle maker, microwave eggs, sausage, bread and cereal but wasn’t fresh. Horse race track and casino is only about 5 mins away.

The mattress, sheets and pillows made for a perfect night of rest and relaxation. Room was clean but housekeeping missed replacing the soap and one basket of garbage. Both were quickly resolved. Definitely recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was accurate and swift. The property was clean and welcoming. The room had plenty of lighting choices, modern digital alarm clock with a wireless charging pad on top .. worked with my pixel and my daughter's iPhone. Cute little book reading nook next to the window! Clean bathroom with ample towels. I slept very well and never heard anything after closing the door. Highly recommend.

I booked one night through Expedia and paid at property on check in We checked out next day and no one was at reception so we handed over the keys to a cleaning staff Since then every day my card is being charged for 1 night and it has been 3 times Calling hotel is not helping as they just push it over to manager and it came back with the message We will take care of it and we see another day charge on my card Calling my credit card company to reverse unauthorized charges

Location right off I79 and Rt 19 was perfect. Very close to Tanger, the Casino & horse track, and multiple food choices. The front desk staff were wonderful and the complimentary newspaper was appreciated. Unfortunately the "continental breakfast" leaves a lot to be desired. Choices were very limited. Luckily we weren't counting on that for our breakfast.

We arrived late about 11pm was able to get checked in bathroom looked as if sink area needed cleaned where soap and such was. Online said breakfast was till 10:30 on the weekend at 10 am breakfast was completely put away.

This place was clean and well maintained and what appetizer be newly up. The worst part of the stay was the use of synthetic sheets on the bed. I cannot sleep on these kind of sheets because they don’t breathe and therefore I am so hot and can’t get comfortable. I slept very poorly as a result. They served a hot breakfast and I think the eggs came out of a box
