I thought the rooms were clean and the place was safe to stay. Disappointed because of the pool. Beautiful pool but no heat for the water. Their breakfast was skimpy. They had sausage but why no gravy? Had yogurt which was good and my leftover supper meal.

The hotel overall was nice and fairly clean. The ashtrays and area outside were dirty with beer cans and cigarette butts. I didn't see any staff except for the girl that checked us in. The pool area was atrocious. There's green mold around the bottom of the walls and the top of the pool above the water had a film on it. The emergency exit doors also had green mold on it and they were all rusty. The whole ceiling was Rusty and look like it was going to fall in. Needs a lot of maintenance work. The manager should have someone clean a lot better.

Our first view of the outside of the property was that it looked run down. The lobby was the same. The staff was helpful but clearly lacked enthusiasm for their job. We stayed at this comfort inn because it had a pool. When we walked into the lobby we were overcome by the unpleasant smell of chemicals from the pool. It really permeated the whole area. As for the pool area itself, the pool looked clean but the smell was too much to handle so we never did use the pool. The rusty door in the pool room really made the whole area very unappealing. Our room was clean, but again run down. The carpet was frayed and in need of updating. We won’t be staying at a Comfort Inn again.

Second time booking here and front desk was courteous and helpful ( especially have me a pick of rooms due to the elevator was down- which they fixed later that night) Cleanliness was very good, the bathroom walls looked a little dingy with some stains on it, it was a small detail. I appreciated their cleaning of their ice machine ( that is a sticking point with most hotels I've stayed in). Parking some nights is difficult due to lack of space but love the convenience of being near the highway and to major shopping and dining locations. Back to the location near the highway- even tho it close to I-79, you hardly heard any noise from the highway or even from the adjacent roadway. I would definitely book with them again in the future.

The facility needs some serious updates. There was an internet cable running from our room on top of the carpet, under the door that connected to the next room. The room was freezing cold when we arrived after midnight following a Steelers game when it was below 20 degrees outside. In the morning we found cockroach in the room on the bed.

For the price I wasn't expecting much and glad I wasn't. It was a decent place to stay and close to interstate, shopping and restaurants. As for cleanliness it has something to strive for. There were stains on sheets plus a big blood stain was on window curtain. Breakfast was decent. The breakfast attendant could have paid better attention to the food and treated the customers in more of a professional manner when they inquired about food/beverage choices. This hotel is certainly one that you most definitely get what you pay for.

All aspects of the property were filthy dirty - lobby, room. Pool area. Pool towel that was provided by front desk had black stains on it (which they said was from getting stuck in the conveyor belt?)

It would be nice to receive a partial refund - I likely would have left for a different place if it hadn’t been after 10 pm .

I had to change rooms in the middle of the night because I was getting bit I pulled back the blanks and left the lights on the last time and I saw the bed bug in my sheets. I immediately took a picture and went to the front desk.

Property was very outdated and the hotel seemed a lot older inside. It was clean and there was good parking. there’s a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area. However, that the curtains didn’t close all the way so in the morning the sun was blazing in the room. Not sure I’d stay here again.

The room was OK, but minimal. The worst was that when we went to shower in the morning of departure, the shower was broken. The tub spout was OK, but nothing coming out of the shower. The front desk apologized, but explained that since we used Expedia, there was nothing they could do for us. So needless to say, we are hesitant to use Expedia in the future. This was the most disappointing motel we've used in at least 20 years.

Over all wasn’t bad. First room the toilet was broken, second one the heater was broke , third one the refrigerator didn’t work. But let that one go I was NOT moving rooms again with 2 kids. Friendly staff. But the switching rooms was pretty annoying.

The hotel was nice. Staff was great. What ever we needed they handled promptly. Breakfast was nice. Only problem we had was we had to get new keys everyday because they wouldn’t work properly. They took care of. We would return.

My first room I checked into was fine just that the refrigerator was defrosted and was never plugged back in. So they moved me to another room and after that some how my care got charged twice. First they said it would be voided and another employee told me it was a pre-authorization and it should be back in my card by Wednesday at the latest, not to happy about being charged twice

No regular coffee during g breakfast. No one to ask for help. Decaffeinated coffee was cold and terrible quality. Stale muffins. Noisy jerky elevator. Noisy outside. Strong chlorine smell everywhere.
