I enjoyed my two night stay . I had the opportunity to visit the Spa for a hot stone massage and it was very enjoyable . The steam room /sauna in the spa could have been bigger and was a little crowded but other than that the spa was an overall good experience . Friendly hotel staff !

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay—from the welcoming entrance through the garage to the refreshing peach tea at check-in. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and thoughtful details. The bathroom had the best water pressure and temperature control we've ever experienced. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, we were treated to a bottle of delicious champagne paired with their prestigious Opera Cake—an unforgettable touch. Requesting a late checkout was easy, and we appreciated being able to enjoy the hot tub, heated pool, and steam room before we left. A special shoutout to Ted, who was exceptionally helpful, though every staff member we encountered was excellent. We’ll absolutely recommend this place and look forward to returning for our next anniversary.

I had a great one night stay. Enjoyed the spa (needs a bit of renovation in the showers and expanded space) yet Sarah made the experience A with the massage treatment. I checked into hotel and Jay made the experience so special. She got to know me and remembered my name when I walked by to check out the next day. She made my experience so special! Food was nice in the restaurant and walked to the Palm for dinner. Highly recommend the rooms and views!

As always, Ritz never disappoints. Great kind and polite staff, awesome location with direct entrance into the Galleria mall, excellent restaurant plus having many other dining options practically inside the hotel because they are in Galleria! Complementary spa facility access with pool, hot tub, steam room is the best relaxation at the end of a busy day. I usually like to try different places, but if I go to that area again, I am not going to take a chance. I just go back here

Beautiful hotel and property. Nintendo switch and multiple Xbox systems not working in game room. Could only get 2 or 3 stations to work. Great idea for the space and kids loved it though but area needs some IT support.

Upon check on I confirmed my room was pre paid and the front desk confirmed however when I got to the room I got an alert from American Express saying my card had been run not for a hold but for the full amount Aside from that the room was tattered Paint chipped, cheap hardware, dirty carpet Etc Etc Etc // I once worked at the Ritz Carlton in Phoenix and this stay was not up to The Ritz Carlton standards I am accustomed to. Very disappointed!!

Although I love the location, the problem with this Ritz Carlton is the cleanliness level, or lack of it. It is a wonderful property, so I’m not sure why they have let it go like that. Dust on the lamps, toilets that have hairs, you get the picture. At this price point, they need to have a manager go through these rooms and fix things.

Despite this being a non-smoking property, it was evident someone had just been smoking in our room. The smell of smoke was extremely strong, with ash even on the counter in the bathroom. The hotel offered for us to move rooms, however were very busy with an event going on, so waiting for the process would mean we would have missed our plans that brought us to Tyson for the one night. The hotel offered a $50 credit towards food and beverage for the inconvenience. We've stayed at many Ritz properties before and this room was by far the dingiest. Old cracked caulk in the bathroom and overpowering smoke smell was more akin to an airport hotel than a supposed 5 star property. Extremely disappointing.

The staff was professional and pleasant. The only disappointment was maid service. I didn’t have her come in the 2nd night because of the first night. A small thing—she left the bottle of shower gel where I had put it—on the side of the tub. Then she didn’t leave me any q tips and cotton pads. I don’t usually travel with them because they are routinely provided. The worst was when I found that she had not cleaned the toilet. As for the staff —they were great. Jose helped me get the iPad working. The two valets I interacted with were great. Balahal and Vis… cannot remember his name 😔. So one employee didn’t ruin my visit. The people in the restaurant and bar were awesome as well.

Beautiful property and check in was perfect. Very sweet representative and he gave us the highest level with the best view that he could as it was my birthday. I love that this location is attached to the Galleria and we went to Maggianos for dinner. We only stayed for a night, wish it could have been longer but we did also take advantage of brunch at the hotel, which was very good and just a quick elevator ride.

The Ritz. Our experience was pleasant. A bit underwhelming considering the pinnacle of Marriott Hotels is the Ritz. Elegant and understated comes to mind. Room was nicely appointed yet small. Bed comfortable. Common areas clean and pleasant. Food was a bit disappointing. Not anything to get excited about. Room service and the on site restaurant Entyce, we’re both unimpressive. So, mixed bag at a property that should be dressing to the nines in every way. W

Hotel is excellent! Staff is so friendly, kind, efficient and welcoming-as well as efficient. Comfortable robes, nice toiletries. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Soft sheets- wonderful stay! Make sure to stop in the lounge for shrimp toast and drinks!!

The experience was superb. from valet parking, check-in with Jennifer, the cozy room, service in the pool area and Entyce Restaurant is a stunner.
