We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property for our family of 8 adults and 1 toddler. The covered deck was perfect for morning coffee and the pool and hot tub a terrific way to unwind after hiking and biking. Kristin was a wonderful host- she had clear communication and was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again!

We loved staying here. The house is thoughtfully furnished and has everything we needed. It was great to have a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor with sitting area for our son, so he can could have his own space. The master bedroom was lovely. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The rain shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. The pool and hot tub were wonderful too. We definitely want to come back for a longer stay.

Stayed here for a quick fall trip to Stowe! None of us have been to Vermont before and we were all very happy with the house and location. Kids loved the heated pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Beautiful location!! Close to the town and grocery store too!

So close to downtown Stowe, but in a private location with a beautiful wrap around deck , pool and hot tub. There we 6 of us, all adults. We had a wonderful time. Host answered any messages right away. Views are outstanding! Five stars!!

This has been our favorite place of the last 6y of family vacations. It had space for the 9 of us (6 adults and 3 kids) and our (pre-approved by owner) dogs. It was close to Stowe (we did venture to walk one day but recommend driving as no side walks and quite a hill!). The yard was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were clean and we used them every day! There were AC in each bedroom so we could adjust to each sleepers needs. Having 2 living rooms was perfect and the dining room for us all nicely for meals and games. The owner was responsive for the few questions we had and we had a fantastic stay! Thank you so much!

This is a beautiful house. Very clean which is a priority for me. The pool was very nice and the hot tub was inviting. It was close to the center of town to make it convenient. We have been vacationing as a family for years and this has to be one of the nicest houses that we have stayed in.

This home was great location , size and amenties form our family getaway. It was conveniently located near Stowe village. We utilized the hot tub, however the pool was not heated and was too cold to swim in. The house was clean and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

This is a large, well maintained house on a spacious property with a nice woodsy, rural feel. There is a heated pool and a hot tub, which were great. The house had plenty of space for our group of six adults, two young children and a toddler. There was easy access to the town of Stow and other local activities. Outdoor dining was great as were the sunset views. We also enjoyed the firepit and s'mores. The owner was very responsive to any requests or reports (for example, the hose was broken and they came to repair it right away.)

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was at this beautiful, spacious, immaculate home! Kristin was delightful to interact with and was always instantly responsive to our questions. We were a group of 7 and we all felt instantly at home and very comfortable in all our rooms. The hot tub was especially awesome! We are thinking of returning in summer to enjoy even more of beautiful Stowe!!!

My three-generation family stayed here over Christmas. The house was just as pictured—not fancy, but well-appointed and comfortable for a bigger group. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in, beds were comfortable, and the house, though a mile from town, was totally private and had a lovely view of the mountains. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub after skiing at Stowe, about 20 minutes away. The owner provided a little Christmas tree and decorations so we felt right at home. The house doesn’t have a fireplace or huge common spaces relative to the number of people it sleeps, but we had no trouble making it work for us. Appreciated the donuts on arrival and the ease of communication with the very nice owner. We would definitely stay here again!

Needed a place for my wife and myself plus our two daughters and their families (3 small children). This was perfect as there is plenty of room and living areas. The location just above the village is great. Communication with Kristin was excellent and the whole process was easy. Planning to come back in the spring.

Perfect amount of space, perfect location, perfect amenities, and a perfect host. My family, 9 people—ages 7- 62–stayed over the Christmas holiday and had a great time. The house is perfectly located, 15 min away from skiing, 5 min away from town, 4 min away from the best sledding hill ever. Kristin was super quick to respond to everything and had great recommendations for all of our needs. My kids already want to go back!

Excellent layout for a group of people. Downstairs suite, upstairs master with its own bath, and a hall bath for three other bedrooms upstairs. Everyone feels like they have their own space. Great outdoor space. Beautiful views of the mountains. Kristin is a great communicator and very easy to work with. I definitely recommend staying here!

This was the perfect vacation home for my husband and I, 2 adult children and their spouses, and 3 grandchildren. Lots of room for family time, rest and relaxation! The pool/jacuzzi was perfect and truly enjoyed by all. Everything we needed and way more than we expected!

Honestly could not have been any better. House was amazing - spacious, functional, lots of furniture, well stocked and appointed kitchen, hot tub! Host was amazing - great instructions/directions, place was ready early, had some treats waiting for us, immediately answered any questions. Best ever!!!

Great weekend, location was perfect. Host was responsive and helpful. My only comment is that there should be more towels available. House is listed as sleeping 10. There were exactly 10 bath towels, and 6 hot tub towels. If the house is fully occupied and everyone is using the hot tub (which was the case during our visit), there were not enough towels for all without using a bath towel as also a hot tub towel for some of us.
Great weekend, location was perfect. Host was responsive and helpful. My only comment is that there should be more towels available. House is listed as sleeping 10. There were exactly 10 bath towels, and 6 hot tub towels. If the house is fully occupied and everyone is using the hot tub (which was the case during our visit), there were not enough towels for all without using a bath towel as also a hot tub towel for some of us.

Kristin’s house was just as described and perfect for our two families of four plus a four-legged friend. Despite the sub-zero temps/windchills, the house remained warm-including the basement level! Speaking of, the main entrance into the basement is perfect for storing your ski/snow gear. Communication with Kristin was effortless. She made sure to keep us abreast of weather that could affect our travels and was quick with recommendations and answers to questions.
Kristin’s house was just as described and perfect for our two families of four plus a four-legged friend. Despite the sub-zero temps/windchills, the house remained warm-including the basement level! We stayed at Kristin's home in October for a wedding at the Von Trapp lodge. The home was exactly as described and Kristin was very accommodating. Great communication and gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area. The welcome cider donuts and cheese was a fantastic touch :) Thanks again Kristin and we hope to be back soon!

We spent three nights at this house. It was a very nice spot and a great place to gather. We saw some deer in the yard while we were there and the hot tub was a nice addition. We got a small amount of snow while we were there and the owners made sure to have their plow come and also sand the driveway, that was thoughtful and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to our Host Kristin for sharing your home with us. The Gilberts.

Nine high school classmates who are friends for 50+ years traveled to Stowe for a combination of relaxation, leaf-peeping, touring, hiking, shopping & just spending time together. Our place was absolutely perfect for that. We loved the location, just one mile from Main Street, away from the light pollution of the town. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, from plenty of cookware & dishes to extra pillows & blankets and more. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us to dine together, to sit in the living room to visit and to hang outside on the deck & in the pool - in October!!! Kristin was quick with her replies to the few inquires we had, and always accommodating and pleasant. All of us will recommend this house to our friends.

Stayed here for a quick fall trip to Stowe! None of us have been to Vermont before and we were all very happy with the house and location. Kids loved the heated pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Beautiful location!! Close to the town and grocery store too!

Great location to town. Great communication. Only downside, downstairs bathroom was bad. Needs upgrade.

Needed a place for my wife and myself plus our two daughters and their families (3 small children). This was perfect as there is plenty of room and living areas. The location just above the village is great. Communication with Kristin was excellent and the whole process was easy. Planning to come back in the spring.

So close to downtown Stowe, but in a private location with a beautiful wrap around deck , pool and hot tub. There we 6 of us, all adults. We had a wonderful time. Host answered any messages right away. Views are outstanding! Five stars!!

Beautiful, semi-secluded spot in Stowe. Very close to the town and yet feels private. House is a perfect place for a group and Kristen was an attentive and kind host. Definitely recommend!

This has been our favorite place of the last 6y of family vacations. It had space for the 9 of us (6 adults and 3 kids) and our (pre-approved by owner) dogs. It was close to Stowe (we did venture to walk one day but recommend driving as no side walks and quite a hill!). The yard was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were clean and we used them every day! There were AC in each bedroom so we could adjust to each sleepers needs. Having 2 living rooms was perfect and the dining room for us all nicely for meals and games. The owner was responsive for the few questions we had and we had a fantastic stay! Thank you so much!

This home was great location , size and amenties form our family getaway. It was conveniently located near Stowe village. We utilized the hot tub, however the pool was not heated and was too cold to swim in. The house was clean and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

My friends and I visited Kristin's property in Stowe for a weekend ski trip and had a wonderful stay. Our dogs were allowed to join and had a great time as well. The home was in great shape and a fantastic location, and the hot tub was a perfect way to end our ski days. Kristin was one of the best hosts we've ever had. She was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating, especially with the upcoming storm that posed some travel concerns. She even brought by some extra supplies to help my friend who injured her back during our stay. 11/10 stay, we would definitely recommend and are hoping for a chance to return in summer!
