La propiedad no es buena, a pesar de tener un buen servicio y atención al cliente, los puntos débiles son muy grandes, el sonido del lobby y otras habitaciones no deja dormir, las cortinas son viejas y no logran hacer black out total en la habitación, el aire acondicionado da directo a la cama lo cual hace imposible dormir sin congelarte o con demasiado calor. La ubicación es inigualable pero la propiedad deja mucho que desear.

Fantastic Location 10stars. Rooms up top are very nice with a great terrace. Small hotel, no amenities like (gym, spa, etc.). Small restaurant next door (cafe). Our room was decent size, air conditioner went down 1 night, it was promptly fixed, and gave us a free breakfast for the trouble.

What a lovely boutique hotel. The neighborhood is picturesque and as a female traveler I felt extremely safe walking in this area. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Very conveniently located for the activities I wanted to do. The bed is very comfortable - I also took the executive suite with a terrace which was quite cute. Keep in mind the 2 terrace rooms share a balcony with plants providing privacy. Amenities are included but coffee is only available at no charge on the first day. They can supply but you have to request and it is an additional charge. No tea available in the room. Wi-Fi is pretty decent (I had to take a couple zoom calls and they did not drop) All in all an exceptional first time stay in Mexico. My compliments to the general manager, Antoine, and his staff

El piso del restaurante esta a levantado y casi me caigo, las habitaciones huelen a viejo. Por circunstancias no pude llegar a dormir esa noche y fui al otro día a las 5 pm por mis cosas ya las habían sacado de la habitación y me cobraron 2,000 mil que según por late check out. Muy malo el servicio de la recepción sentí que abusan mucho del cliente. No lo recomiendo nada

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience while in Mexico City for 7 days. The hotel is in a perfect location - the city is huge, so a lot of our adventures weren’t walkable but Hippodrome is in a great spot in Condesa that is easily navigable on foot and Uber pick up points. The rooms are clean and well appointed (bottles of water refilled everyday was a nice thing to come back to after hours out in the city in the very upper eighties). Clean! The highlight, though, is the staff. Everyone on the team is friendly, helpful, and they really take the time to understand your schedule to make sure you have everything you need. The travel suggestions were beyond helpful (tips on how to get to places, the best times to go, and additional ideas on what to see in the city). A great group of people who are truly hospitality professionals in every way.

Great little hotel in Condesa! It reminds me of NYC hotels that pack a lot in little spaces. Yes, the rooms are small, but you don't really feel it. Besides, the neighborhood is so cute that you will be spending most of the time outside. The front desk people were super friendly and helped us with the many questions and the many requests we had. Truly a great experience.

Beautiful small hotel right off Parque Mexico in Condesa. Had to book it last minute after a disaster at a rental apartment, and was thrilled in every way - the location, the property, the front desk staff, the room. Saved my birthday weekend.

Condesa is a wonderful neighborhood to base a stay in Mexico City. Beautiful, safe, friendly people, great dining, and eminently livable. Hotel rooms are compact but very comfortable and the staff was so helpful that staying there was a pleasure.

We absolutely loved our stay! The manager of the hotel along with all of the staff were wonderful. We felt so comfortable and this hotel is located in the perfect area of Condesa. Walking distance to cafes and to the park. We are already planning to come back!

Amazing hotel- ask and you will receive- we tried for a month to get tickets for the Gilardi house with no luck, Antoine got them for us, he’s amazing and definitely wants you to enjoy yourself in Mexico City! Very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, I really can’t say enough good about this hotel. Location is beautiful and the breakfast from the gastronomico are fantastic! Very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, I really can’t say enough good about this hotel. Location is beautiful and the breakfast from the gastronomico are fantastic! What a lovely boutique hotel. The neighborhood is picturesque and as a female traveler I felt extremely safe walking in this area. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Very conveniently located for the activities I wanted to do. The bed is very comfortable - I also took the executive suite with a terrace which was quite cute. Keep in mind the 2 terrace rooms share a balcony with plants providing privacy. Amenities are included but coffee is only available at no charge on the first day. They can supply but you have to request and it is an additional charge. No tea available in the room. Wi-Fi is pretty decent (I had to take a couple zoom calls and they did not drop) All in all an exceptional first time stay in Mexico. My compliments to the general manager, Antoine, and his staff

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience while in Mexico City for 7 days. The hotel is in a perfect location - the city is huge, so a lot of our adventures weren’t walkable but Hippodrome is in a great spot in Condesa that is easily navigable on foot and Uber pick up points. The rooms are clean and well appointed (bottles of water refilled everyday was a nice thing to come back to after hours out in the city in the very upper eighties). Clean! The highlight, though, is the staff. Everyone on the team is friendly, helpful, and they really take the time to understand your schedule to make sure you have everything you need. The travel suggestions were beyond helpful (tips on how to get to places, the best times to go, and additional ideas on what to see in the city). A great group of people who are truly hospitality professionals in every way.

Condesa is a wonderful neighborhood to base a stay in Mexico City. Beautiful, safe, friendly people, great dining, and eminently livable. Hotel rooms are compact but very comfortable and the staff was so helpful that staying there was a pleasure.

Perfect location - Parque Mexico is absolutely GORGEOUS. Quiet. Tons of restaurants & shops nearby. Friendly bilingual staff. A/C, same-day laundry services, and good advice about the neighborhood from the staff.

We absolutely loved our stay! The manager of the hotel along with all of the staff were wonderful. We felt so comfortable and this hotel is located in the perfect area of Condesa. Walking distance to cafes and to the park. We are already planning to come back!

Fantastic Location 10stars. Rooms up top are very nice with a great terrace. Small hotel, no amenities like (gym, spa, etc.). Small restaurant next door (cafe). Our room was decent size, air conditioner went down 1 night, it was promptly fixed, and gave us a free breakfast for the trouble.

What a gem of a hotel! The staff were so warm and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and beautiful. Loved the Molton Brown products and high quality bedding/towels. Such a homey/cozy place to stay in a bustling city. Can't wait to visit them again and stay longer than one night!

Most notably was the staff, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The architecture is beautiful and the hotel is too. The rooms were kept very clean and whatever we needed was quickly provided. This is a very comfortable hotel and in a great location. Condesa is beautiful with many trees and foliage, great little restaurants and fun stores. Love the area.
