We stayed at the N Tower for 7 days. It is an older tower, so everything is a bit dated. We were on the 15th floor in a delux room. They were able to fit 4 twin beds in it. The delux room would be an excellent amount of space for two people, but cramp for 4. Still, the room would be quite large for Japan standards. The shower/sink area was spacious with plently of counter space for 4 people to spread their stuff out on. The toilet was in a separate room away from the shower area, which was very convenient. The toilet room also had its own sink. Only issue was the toilet room did emit a sewer smell. This is the only reason I can not give it an Excellent rating. N Tower is located across the street from the Shinegawa subway/train Station where you can catch the JR line and the Keikyu line. There is the Shinagawa Ecute Shopping mall inside the JR side, but you have to swipe your IC card/Suica card to access the mall and restaurants. There are also City bakery (1st floor) and Starsbucks (2nd floor) in the station on your way out to the East Exit (coming from the hotel, you enter the West Exit/Takanawa). Excellent baked goods at City Bakery. Also, located just outside of the reception area of the N Tower is a 7-eleven (reception is on 2nd floor, exit thru the door to the right of the reception desk for 7-eleven. The N Tower is also connected to a large food court, bowling alley and theater. Very helpful was the drug store on the first floor. Breakfast on the 17th floor.

No Gym even though it says in the ammenities on hotel app. Breakfast changes, one day it was great with eggs, potato salad, croissants. The next it was horrible with pasta, sausage and salad. Coffee machine was good espresso and latte etc. Room very small. Bed hard, pillow hard, back sore. Small desk and chair.

Property was great the room a bit small but the price was good. Continental/buffet style breakfast. Nice work area above and lounge. Note that the gym requires an additional fee, has short hours and a day ahead reservation. Better hours going to the gym at the prince takanawa, it pricier for the gym per day but it has better hours.

何度か品川プリンスホテルに滞在させていただいていますが、Nタワーは初めてでした。ビジネスラウンジや、メインタワーにも以前なかったコインラインドリーがとても助かりました。子供たちと２回目の水族館も行かれたし、フードコートもありがたかったです。パリスミキでメガネを作ることもでき、新幹線利用に品川駅が目の前にあるので、非常に便利で大満足しました。

Das Shinagawa Prince Hotel (N Tower!) ist sehr gut in Tokyo gelegen, wenige Gehminuten vom Knotenbahnhof Shinagawa entfernt. Das Zimmer (Zweibettzimmer Standard mit Business Lounge-Zugang) war gerade so ausreichend groß für 2 Personen, mit grenzwertigem Stauraum. Diese Größe ist für Hotels dieser Preisklasse in Japan aber normal. Die Betten waren okay. Bad mit Dusche war ebenfalls okay, etwas klein und eher wie eine Nasszelle. Leider ist die Klimaanlage schlecht und schafft selbst bei mäßigen Außentemperaturen keine Kühlung unter 23 Grad, auch nicht nachts. Die Business Lounge ist wirklich schön als Aufenthalt zum Sitzen zwischendurch für einen kostenlosen Tee oder Kaffee. Das Frühstück jedoch war an allen 3 Tagen schlecht-trotz wechselnder Auswahl minderwertig und nicht für den Start in den Tag geeignet. Das Fitnessstudio gehört nicht zum Hotel und befindet sich in einem anderen Gebäude. Die Ausstattung geht in Ordnung, aber das Training ist mit 2.800 Yen pro Person für je 2 Stunden exorbitant überteuert. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit im Hotel waren einwandfrei.

This hotel is right across from Shinagawa Station which made it very convenient to get around. Nearby there is a lot to do, lots of shops and restaurants on site, and even a 7 Eleven downstairs. Only negative is that the rooms are pretty tiny and the AC didn’t work great. Not sure it ever really cooled down to the temp we set it. I’d still consider staying here again as the location and shops around were nice.

The room is a joke in size. We would hardly pass each other and no place to even open a suitcase. I stayed here last year in the annex tower and it was amazing. I had no idea I would get this travesty of a room in the north tower this time. It’s built for midgets. I was too tired after the long flight to complain but not coming back.

Our small standard room was very tiny. A bit tricky to walk around the room with 2 suitcases lying flat. Bathroom is elevated so it's a kind of hazardous. The bed was hard so it isn't very comfortable. Carpet in the room needs vacuuming as i can see little dust balls. The hotel location is very convenient with train station right next to it. There's direct train line to & from Haneda airport. All in all it was an ok stay if location is your main priority.

We asked to be moved from N Tower after 1 night as the rooms were so tiny there was nowhere to store your luggage or to unpack. You have to step up into the tiny bathroom which was a trip hazard. There was always a worry on exiting the bathroom that steam from your shower would trigger the fire alarm. The bathroom was really compact like you were on a ferry. The 2nd room which we paid extra for in the main tower was more spacious however rooms were both very dated and tired looking with stained carpets. Not sure how this place is rated 4 star

The customer service is great! It would be helpful if there’s a sign that indicates the N Tower has its own check in counter. I walked to the main tower, waited in line, and was told to go to the N Tower. Standard hotel in Tokyo, but location is great. Immediately across Shinagawa & there’s tons of food in the complex of hotel!

The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel was immaculate. The location is very convenient. Literally across the street from Shinagawa Station, which made it incredibly easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo and beyond. Shinagawa Station is also not as crazy as Shinjuku Station or Shibuya Station.

The check in locations are very confusing. Nobody inform me they have three difference check in counters. Oh wait, maybe there are more and I found the reception for N tower after going to three different counters. Lol. Room is small and compact, which is common in Japan and it has no view, you are basically paying a premium for the location close to the station. Good to have convenient store downstairs.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just right across shinagawa station. There are many good restaurants near by. I took one star off for the awful breakfast buffet. The selection was poor (eg no fresh fruits) and the food was not delicious. I hope the hotel can provide much better breakfast buffet even at a price, if so, I will stay at this hotel next time visiting Japan.

We only stayed here for one night upon our arrival in Tokyo. Best parts about this hotel are the free breakfast (they serve excellent noodles, salad, bacon; and don’t forget the fancy coffee machines for you to make your quick pick-me-up); and the walking distance to Shinagawa train station (very ideal to stay at this hotel if you’re catching a Shinkansen the next day). Customer representative who helped me check in had a bit of difficulty speaking English but despite that, service was good.

Clean hotel, close to Shinagawa station. Friendly staff, access to lounge provided after we had checked out. Very small, cramped room. Request for room on low number floor made weeks before stay completely ignored. Breakfast served in lounge on 17th floor - poor choice of items, not enough seating for size of the hotel. Lots of waste - wooden cutlery, paper cups, polystyrene plates.

Drei Prince- Hotel sind in den Bildern. Leider ist der N-Tower nicht das Beste, eher das älteste. Die Teppiche in den Fluren und im Zimmer sind sehr abgelaufen. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, das war sehr gut. Das Frühstück in der Business Lounge ist mangelhaft. Es gibt nur wenige Esstische. Wenn diese besetzt sind, isst man von der Couch am tiefen Tisch. Die Auswahl und Darbietung des Frühstücks ist ebenfalls mangelhaft. Im täglichen Wechsel gab es halbrohes Rührei und Nürnberger Würstchen. Joghurt mit Mischobst gab es täglich. Im Wechsel gab es Sesambagels und Croissants die dann noch selbst im Toaster aufgebacken werden mussten. Im schlimmsten fanden wir, dass hier nur Wegwerfgeschirr (Pappbecher und Pappteller) und Wegwerfbesteck (alles aus Holz, Löffel, Gabel und Messer) vorhanden war. Prince N-Tower ist nicht zu empfehlen. Prince Maintower und Easttower schon

Wonderful free "light" breakfast, which was all you can eat freshly made delicious bacon, eggs on the wet side which appears very common here in Japan, noodles, yogurt, milk, mixed fruit, pastries, toast coffee, espresso, juice/soda machine with Coke, Coke zero, energy drinks, Minute Maid OJ... I mean are you kidding? You had access to all those beverages from 6am to 10pm, the area doubled as a quiet lounge after breakfast. Read, use a workstation, whatever you wanted. We will be going back to the North tower again next Japan adventure. Thank you.
