Amazing stay! We stayed at the hotel three nights before our Disnayland trip. Juat drive down the parking garage and walk up to the reception.The room has all you need and the temperatures in the rooms are great. We tried the train to central Paris, worked great and just a few minuites walk to the station. The area around the hotel has several great restaurants and a large shopping mall. Next Disney wisit we will stay here, train to/from Disney in walking distance even whit tired legs. Hotel.com says that check in closes at 19. That is incorrect. We arriwed late at night and reception is open 24/7.

Prit cet hôtel en dépannage pour fuir d un autre Week end à Disney cet hôtel propose des appart pour 4 excellent 50 m de la station rer A ( 3 min de la gare de Disney) Ultra pratique Jeux , billard et barman ( Tony) nous a régaler les soir tant en cocktails que en pizza Burger Hugo à l accueil a su nous rassurer suite à nos mésaventure de l autre hôtel et nous a donc chouchouter. Le petit dej continentale est incroyable et vaut vraiment le détour . Énorme choix . Vraiment nous avons trouver l hôtel idéal pour nos visite de Paris et Disney w Merci à toute l équipe

Residhome nunca decepciona. Es mi alojamiento predilecto en Val d'Europe y lo recomiendo al 100%. El personal siempre es amable a la llegada y está dispuesto a ayudarte si tienes alguna pregunta. Es fácil dejar el equipaje si tu habitación no está lista el día de llegada o el de salida. Cerca del centro comercial donde hay un Auchan gigante y muchas tiendas. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias.

Emplacement très pratique à côté du RER Val d’Europe. Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre deco plutôt vieillotte mais literie très confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi. Tout le nécessaire pour manger si besoin dans la chambre (appart’hotel). Par contre salle de bains confort moyen, nécessité vraiment d’être rénovée et le pire les toilettes : forte odeur d’urine et chasse d’eau faisant un bruit de canalisation bouchée -par ailleurs chambre 6 personnes décrite sur le site comme ayant 2 salles de bains : n’en n’avait qu’une (visiblement très peu sont dotées de 2 salles de bains, il faut le préciser sur le site pour éviter les confusions).

The rooms need an upgrade, mould around the bath and bathroom windows. no USB sockets anywhere, the front desk staff were a little rude during a late night check in when none of the card machines were working in order to pay the room tax of 6euros.

Habitaciones siempre impecables. Los trabajadores siempre son un placer; te reciben con amabilidad y siempre están dispuestos a responder tus preguntas. Es mi lugar the top choice cada vez que voy a visitar Disney. El centro comercial Val d'Europe esta super cerca, con supermercados gigantescos (Auchan) y muchisimas tiendas de moda. Esta a pasos del RER A estacion de tren, y a una parade de Disney (Marne La Valle), tardas solo 2.5 minutes. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Nos alojamos la noche antes de ir a Disney y 3 más después de ir a Disney. La primera habitación estaba correcta, todo bien, de hecho nos dijimos que habíamos acertado con el apartamento. La segunda estancia horrible. La habitación sucia, cortinas llenas de suciedad, se notaba que llevaban años sin lavar, polvo por todos los sitios (para una persona alérgica como yo fue tremendo). La puerta de la habitación estaba rota de una patada. El aire acondicionado se encendía sólo y la única solución que encontraron fue quitar el automático. El baño también estaba sucio y con desperfectos en el techo, azulejos y muebles. Como ventaja señalaría que está al lado de la estación de tren, muy cómoda para ir a Paris y cerca del centro comercial andando.

Great location for train to Disneyland Paris, grocery and mall. Hotel room is much smaller than it looks in pictures. We had booked 5 rooms. All five rooms had black mold on the bathroom ceilings. There needs to be some sort of ventilation in bathrooms. Rooms could use some touching up. The location is killer though if you are going to Disneyland.

Excellent location for Disneyland or Paris. Less than a minute walk to the RER station and plenty of restaurants and shops with 5-10min walk. Large Auchan supermarket just 10min walk. Staff is very nice. Special thanks to Sylvie at breakfast! The breakfast is amazing!! The only negative is than the room are a bit small and dated. They could do with some TLC.

No AC was a massive issue and we had multiple people in the apartment so it got quite hot. Complained many times and were told to wait hours each time for thermostat to adjust and AC should work automatically...it never did!! Although they offered to change rooms if it didn't work by 9pm (which was ridiculous as we had gone the whole day in the heat), we had prepared dinner and this was not ideal at the time with pots/pans and children. We were never checked on after that. Everything else was great 👍 very clean room 👌

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 11 year old while we were visiting Disneyland Paris. The location is brilliant - literally right across the road from the RER station and 1 stop away from Disney (return journey cost 2.50 EUR). Trains were very frequent (around every 7 minutes) and not crowded at all. The hotel room was nice and spacious even though I had booked a studio apartment. Plenty of storage space for clothes, beds comfortable and bathroom well equipped. My only slight gripe about the bathroom was the shower was not very high up on the wall and even I at 5ft 4inches had to crouch down a bit to get under it. Checking was quick, staff were helpful. Only thing to note is bar doesn’t open Sunday or Monday but there is a vending machine on -1 if you need drinks or snacks on those days. Hotel great for visiting the shopping centre (which is huge!) and plenty of choice for food and drinks nearby too. Great place to stay, would definitely return in future and would recommend to others planning a no hassle trip to Disney.

We stayed in the family unit that accommodates 6. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be but the bathroom was a good size and we weren’t in the room that much. The WiFi was spotty and it got warm in the room as you could only turn down the AC to a certain level. The room was clean though.

Residhome offers an extremely quiet abode for your stay. The problem isnt exactly residhome persay but europe as a general. Its like a written rule that you cannot have ac below 20c. The one thing that can improved upon however is the comfort of the beds. I literally had spine issues and the fact the bed retains heat on top of not being able to drop ac adds a whole other mess. It was more pleasant to sleep directly on the floor That being said, it is very and i mean very very quiet. Youre also close to the metro which is one stop from disneyland. So if youre here for disney, you leave 1 stop come back 1 stop. The staff was friendly and talk multiple languages at least some do.

I'm putting 2 stars for communication, this is due to a fire alarm going off I believe 5 times. The staff did not take control of the situation the guests where up and down to their rooms several times as the alarm went off time and time again and not 1 member of management was there. Has there been a fire I would have not liked to have seen the outcome as staff did not communicate to their guests about the issue nor took control of the situation. I personally ended up after the 3rd or 4th time just going back to the room and allowed th alarm to ring

This review would have been at least four stars if not for our problem we had after we left the property. There was two items of expensive clothing mistakenly left on a shelf in one of the rooms we were occupying 2047, we rang the property soon as we realised they had been left and were disappointed to hear they were not in the room, sad way to end our stay at Residhome

Had our room not been robbed it may have been better. Beds were comfortable, kitchenette was nice (even though we didn't use it). Having two showers was helpful with 4 females. BUT - virtually nowhere to put luggage other than in the entry hall. Biggest issue: we put a "do not disturb" on the door when we left for a day at Disneyland, got back to find the "do not disturb" on the floor in the hallway and the beds tidied. Did not discover that money left in a bag in the room (we know, stupid thing to do, but thought it would be okay with the sign on the door handle) had gone missing until we got to our next hotel. (It was a different currency so was not missed until looked for it when preparing to return to UK). When communicating with the hotel, were not surprised when informed that the housekeeping staff denied the sign on the door and that nothing was found or touched.

Room airconditioing and temperature control is terrible. Asking respectufully about it from a night manager was disappointing as he did not behave well. He was in appropriate and abrupt. We felt very upset and it spoiled our stay. Location of the property is excellent. Many of otger staff were nice actually. That night manager needs an insight into his communications as he souded racist to be honest. Thanks

On met une etoiles pk pas le choix. Refus d annulation ou modification pour cause medicale on part a 2 au lieu de 4 . Pas de chauffage a l arrivee dans ts l hotel mais sans prevenir bien sur il fait 16 dans la chambre... cuisine cassé. Tapis de salle de bain salle. Ils vendent des ears primarks de disneys en fesant croire que cest des vrai du parcs ... pour regler le probleme de chauffage un calvaire on nous repond mal nous parle mal et au final probleme non regle 18 en journee et 16 la nuit.... dc la 2eme nuit nous nous sommes rendu a nos frais, pk bien sur meme un geste commercial a été refusé dans un vrai hotel. Personnel pas aimable . Ils se moque ouvertement de nous quand ils nous parle... Vos services hotels.com nous ont aussi traité de menteurs et n’ont rien gerer bref une enorme deception de ts les cotés

空港からはマジックシャトルで移動しました。ホテル前に着くのかと思ったらヴァルドゥーロップのバスターミナルに着きます。歩いてすぐですが、高いので時間がある方は電車で移動した方が経済的です。近くにスーパーもあるので、キッチンがあって助かりました。ディズニーランドで遅くまで遊んでいても一駅、翌日には朝からアウトレットに行けて効率的に時間を過ごせました。

Great for Disneyland Paris trips. Also able to get into central Paris in about 40 mins, so great affordable place away from the pricey area of Disneyland resort hotels. Large shopping centre located near the station, and easy to walk to the RER A station. Love the location and price.

Great location and apartment. Very good customer service and knowledge. Breakfast option was not to the standard expected with hot food not replenished and when request was told it was ‘finished’ even though there was another 2 hours of breakfast time to go - plenty of people who arrived after 9am were also disappointed especially as prepayment was taken at checkin. Would stay again but give breakfast a miss.

The hotel was perfect for a trip to Disneyland Paris, opposite the train station and accommodated all five of us. The staff were exceptional, polite, attentive, helpful at all times day and night. The rooms were clean and spacious, good shower and bath and kitchen area. The only things that could have been improved were: two curtains in the bedroom instead of one, Much improved hot options for breakfast (the sausages and bacon were very dodgy!)
