Building work everywhere you turned, rooms uncomfortably hot (wasn't hot outside), Staff tried to make us pay for the room at the hotel, knowing we had already booked and paid before arriving, luckily we noticed on the card reader before paying, was expecting to only pay local tax & parking but card machine they tried to charge over €100. Elevator looked like something out of a horror movie and no stairs could be used to get anywhere in the hotel, all stairs from the car park to reception lead to a dead end. Would not stay again

Die Zimmer wurden gerade renoviert, was diesen einen sehr neuen und sauberen Anstrich verliehen hat, obwohl nicht alles im Zimmer ausgetauscht wurde. Die Umbauarbeiten waren teilweise noch zu Gange, was aber keine Beeinträchtigungen verursacht hat, außer dass man teilweise Absprerrungen entdecken konnte. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber modern eingerichtet. Für 1 Person super, für 2 auch noch gut. Nur die Zimmertüren fallen sehr laut zu, sodass man auch Türen anderer Zimmer gut hört. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einem der Zugänge zum Bahnhof Val d'Europe, der von Paris aus mit dem RER nach ca. 40 Minuten direkt zu erreichen ist. Außerdem ist der Bahnhof nur 1 Station vom Disneyland entfernt (oder ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß). Daher also ideale Lage, wenn man die Parks besuchen möchte. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist zudem ein großes Einkaufszentrum (inkl. Sea Life Aquarium) entfernt, ansonsten gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung weitere Hotels und ein paar Essensmöglichkeiten.

Bar staff were really friendly and the pizza was good! However, the buffet breakfast was quite pathetic - we arrived 45 minutes before it ended and there were no plates, bowls or forks. There were no pastries left and no fruit - when I asked if there was more the woman blunted told me “all done”. We paid for our breakfast and weee supposed to have it for two days - we skipped it the second day. It was a total gong show that hardly offered anything.

Das Hotel wurde renoviert und ich erfuhr davon erst nach der Buchung und dass es verträglich wäre. Um 10 Uhr stand ich kerzengerade im Bett, weil der Lärm so laut war. Die Zimmerpreise wurden jedoch nicht in gleichem Maße angepasst oder das Außmaß diskutiert. Ein Beispiel: Der gesamte zweite Stock war eine große Baustelle und die Rezeption wurde an diesen Tagen auch abgerissen.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is doing renovations so there was some work being done. The location is great for catching a train to DIsney Paris. Easy to walk to the Val de Europe mall. Price was good and parking was convenient.

Hotel heeft mooie vernieuwing ondergaan . Kamer zeer proper en aangenaam . Zeer comfortabel bed en hoodkussen . Lang geleden dat ik zo goed had geslapen ( was wel nà een dagje Disney ;-) ) Ligging hotel voor bezoek aan DLP ideaal . Slecht 1 RER halte verwijderd . Bij verlaten let wel op en stap richting Place Monnet , zo vindt je het hotel direkt bij verlaten RER station . Gezellig ontbijtzaal in zachte kleuren en mooi licht gekleurde houten meubilair Ontbijt uitgebreid genoeg , gevarieerd en met producten van goeie kwaliteit . Ik kom zonder twijfel terug

Really fantastic hotel. Very clean, comfy, had everything we needed. Check in very easy. Super close to the train station and handy for the supermarket too. Our room was very close to the train line but that didn’t bother us at all, it wasn’t very loud. Would really recommend staying here, well worth the price and so easy to get to Disney.

Cependant, les agents d’entretiens qui s’occupe du nettoyage des chambres devraient veiller à ne pas rentrer dans la chambre sans prévenir. Nous remercions le personnel pour leur gentillesse. Nothing at all wrong with this accommodation. The room was basic but we only needed somewhere to sleep and shower so wasn’t a problem. The bathroom was small but not an issue. Comfy bed, slept well and room cleaned daily.

Praktische Lage direkt an der Bahnstation. Innerhalb weniger Minuten im Disneyland. Einkaufszentrum auch um die Ecke. Zimmer sind ok, wenn man nur drin schlafen will. Es ist alles etwas runtergekommen. Das Badezimmer leider nicht so sauber und sehr hellhörig. Es gab pro Person nur ein großes Handtuch, ich hätte gern ein extra Tuch für Gesicht/Haare. Aus einem Loch in der Wand neben dem Bett kommt ein Kabel für eine Mehrfachsteckdose, sieht nicht so sicher aus.

This is our 3rd stay here location is perfect 1 stop to Disneyland Paris & 30 mins by train to Paris. This time the room was boiling even with the windows open and there was only plug socket in the room, no usb points at all ! Car parking is excellent secure and free Breakfast has a good selection of continental choices. For the price it was ok the plus side is the parking but would I return not sure

The room was quite spacious, well-lit, and had a view of the square. The RER-A train station is next to the hotel, which makes it very easy to get to Disney. The shopping mall is also very close. The cleaning service is impeccable, and the service is very professional and attentive. The only downside is that when the doors of the other rooms are closed, all the walls vibrate.

We stayed at this hotel for the proximity to Disneyland. It was super convenient and easily accessible via train. We also walked from Disney to the hotel and it took approximately 25 minutes. The walk is very boring. The hotel room was extremely small. The ac did not work. They don’t provide tissues which was very annoying. Breakfast was nice.

Excellent location - you really can’t fault it. The RER stop is right outside and tjere are nice restaurants / shopping a few minute walk away. The rooms are small and the pillows are SO soft that we found it impossible to sleep but it was only for one night so not a problem.

Great location right next to the Val d'Europe metro station to take the RER A line to Chessy for Disneyland or West toward Paris. Nice staff. The rooms were clean and actually a decent size for the cost with a number of wall sockets, working TV, and fan/heat in the room. Negatives include: no tissues (only toilet paper and napkins), no Air Conditioning (had to open the window), small bathroom (but fully enclosing shower), no luggage stand (but there was some seating that substituted). Overall, DEFINITELY worth the cost and convenience.

Arrived in the evening, and the people behind the desk were very nice and helpful. Then in the morning i went down to ask about parking and breakfast, and new people were in the reception .The man i talked to, behaved like i was disturbing him. And the girl next to him , had the same attitude.Not friendly at all, so i decided not to eat at the hotel. Maybe he should learn how to speak to people. I heard him talk to other guests, and he just seemed annoyed. The room was clean and nice. The hotel is close to a very big center with a lot of different stores. Metro right outside the hotel and Disney also close by car.

Fire alarm sets around 11pm. The hotel staff is not the party responsible, completely understandable. However, when everyone is waiting for an okay to go in or any feedback, not hearing anything for 1h is wild.nobody came to tell the people who evacuated that it was safe to go back in

We stayed at the ibis Marne La Vallée Val d'Europe for four nights. I picked this hotel for its location to Disneyland Paris as we were going to spend a day at Disneyland. I thought it would be more convenient to stay outside of the metro Paris area and take the train into Paris for the two days we would visit the city. The train station is just outside the hotel so easy access to the 5 minute train to Disney (2.25 euro OW), the 45 minute train to Paris (4.40 euro OW) or the 30 minute train to CDG (22 euro OW from the Disney station). It turned out to be a great decision from a convenience point of view. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. We booked a standard room and it is standard for Europe - a bit small, Queen bed, small desk, a place to hang some clothes and a small bathroom with a shower. Very basic, but we were out and about all day and just went back to sleep so good value. Breakfast (12 euros) in the restaurant was nice with your basic offerings served as a buffet. There are a few other restaurants nearby within walking distance, but it is limited. We had dinner at Bistrot 51 which was really good. The Disney Village has lots of food choices. Overall, if you are planning a trip to Disney Paris and want to save some money, this hotel is a good choice. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is PERFECT for Disneyland. We live in Paris and we go drop our bags off and check in then hop back on the train (the hotels is right at the train station) then we go on to Disneyland. It is so so convenient

Excellent hotel, room more than adequate, very clean & comfortable. All staff we encountered were very friendly Located 100m from the 2nd exit of val de Europe train station, 5 min walk to the shopping mall. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Leider war unser Zimmer Staubig. Das Bad war auch nicht besonders sauber, Duschkopf kaputt. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl ist leider nicht besonders, kein Gemüse wie Paprika oder Gurken. Die Tische waren alle schmutzig und wurden kaum Abgewischt. Das Service bekommt kein Lächeln raus. An der Rezeption war das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super zum Disneyland.
