Very accommodating. We came in at 2:30am and the staff was very helpful. The pool goes up to 5ft deep. They have a spa as well. The fitness center is small, but has free weights & cardio equipment. The pillows were hard and not fluffy. Great selection for breakfast, but their eggs were shaped like tacos with cheese whiz in the center. Their sausage didn’t taste like sausage. They had waffle makers, oatmeal, cereal, coffee/juice, bagels, toast, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs.

Our room was clean and the hotel was very conveniently located near lots of restaurants. The front desk at check in was super helpful and pleasant. The pool was clean and the water was cooler than what I like, but warmer than other hotel pools. The hot tub was down but they told us someone would be out the next day and I did see a pool work truck there the next morning. The only things we didn't like was that the breakfast was not well stocked, and there didn't appear to be any staff person stocking it. We came down in the last 30 min of breakfast and there was already no hot food and no waffle batter, nor did anyone refill anything. We were not the only ones that wouls have eaten, so I think they could have refilled it and not had significant food waste. It felt like they wanted to SAY they do breakfast but not actually do it.

We booked this hotel for the pool and upon arrival we were told that the pool was under construction and closed. The hotel said they would cancel our reservation but Expedia would not refund us. The closure of the pool should be relayed through third party booking apps. Also, our closet door was jammed and would not open. We had a lot of luggage and nowhere to store it. It wasn’t ideal. The charging ports on the lamps did not work either.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Check in was easy. The pool was our kids favorite and it was very clean and had amazing hours. Our room was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

I was in room 305. And unfortunately the room floor was not cleaned properly under the sink vanity there was a toy ball and some other things under it and I stepped on a hard plastic kids ring that was by the edge of the bed. Also someone staying there had a pickup truck with a uhale trailer that took up 5 parking spots in the front of the hotel I was not happy about parking in the overflow parking. And the food you served for breakfast needs a lot of work Bagels- hard Sausage-cold Hot water was empty by coffee

Check in was very pleasant. I had a truck pulling a car trailer and the parking lot had plenty of room to park. Breakfast was good (I wish it had included breakfast potatoes though). I'd prefer breakfast start at 6AM instead of 7 as I like to be on the road by 7. Room was nice and had a large TV with internet.

I booked this trip with two rooms for two families to give them a Christmas present of swimming during the winter season although I checked the website and it said the pools were under maintenance I called your service line and said I need to verify that the pools are closed or open they put me on hold said they called the front desk somebody who spoke to me said front desk they said no indeed the pools are open and you may come so we made our booking when we arrived at the hotel at 9:00 on Friday night ready to swim they said the pools are closed I said well I checked with someone online and they said they were open and now they're saying they're closed and the whole reason for this trip was swimming so we had to cancel and go find another booking very quickly that night and we did and enjoyed it you would have enjoyed staying at La Quinta I don't know how the rooms in cleanliness were because we didn't get to stay and it was very disruptive to our trip thank God somebody else had some openings.

Dirty sticky carpet. Slow draining sink. Slow draining tub. Bathroom fan is useless. Outlet by the sink doesn’t work. Broken closet door. TV in bedroom area had no volume. AC ran constantly. Coffee maker stuck in a corner with no plug.Noisy freeway. One roll of toilet paper when they can see we’re staying four days. Wi-Fi should be secured. No relaxing at this place.

I was extremely pleased with my room. It was spotless, even the bathroom! I am always a bit uneasy when it comes to hotel bathrooms, especially the shower and tub. I have to say that this room had the cleanest tub and shower that I've seen in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the selection of pillows. I have a bad neck, and was happy to find just the right pillow. The amenities were fantastic, as was the staff. I was very pleased with this room, and would most definitely stay here again!

Great hotel ~ nice, clean hotel and room; plus quiet. Front staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was excellent ~ comfy bed, wonderful shower and delicious breakfast (lots of options: hot or cold). Beautiful indoor swimming pool and hot tub that we didn’t use. Absolutely would stay here again!

For some reason, the third floor is unbelievably hot. The air conditioner is clearly not working up here and it made it extremely hard to feel comfortable. It made moving our luggage in and out way harder than it had to be, and just overall feeling of discomfort. I understand if there’s an issue with the AC but then why are they putting people on the third floor if Leg will be uncomfortable and have to suffer because of they’re behind schedule on maintenance. It felt unacceptable for paying the prices that we paid to stay there I expected better.

Excellent room size. Amenities lacking, ie: Shower soap, Shampoo, Conditioner. Most Hotels I stay in (I stay in hotels 3 months in a year) have dispensers in shower and sink areas, not cheap bar soap and small tubes of shampoo. Kitchenette has nothing, no dish soap, utensils etc. All else was good.

I really liked the room for the price we got. It had everything i expected. Only negative was the 3rd floor only has a thin curtain on the windows which caused alot of glare on the tvs and we were watching the superbowl. Plus it made alot of sun come through in the morning. Not good for sleeping in. But other than that staff was friendly and helpful and room was big and accomadating . Id definitely stay here again

I didn't like having to park on the side of building a little further away from where the entrance is. As a single female traveler who arrived late, that was a bit scary. Staff was WONDERFUL. They really went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. I was impressed.

The staff was wonderful. We were there for a travel ball practice for my son and then we’re immediately going on a trip. They were kind and allowed me to keep my car there for a couple days. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated that. I felt very comfortable having my vehicle there while I traveled.

Staff was not friendly. Told front desk lady our room smelled bad right upon arrival and she told us to go somewhere else. Did not offer another room, did not credit us any money on our stay, did not do anything to make it right. Breakfast was same all 3 days, did not rotate anything new, kitchen staff lady was friendly either. One day she put food away early before 9am. Seemed upset or annoyed at people. Had trouble with internet service and front desk lady told us to call internet provider.

Very nice clean room! Staff are excellent - even got a call after checking out that my granddaughter left her iPad in the room (thank you Anna!). Morning hot breakfasts - waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels and toast, fruit, yogurt, juices and coffee. Close to freeway access

I used to stay at this hotel many years ago. However, I do not plan to stay here again, for two reasons. The room smelled like stinky feet and the breakfast food I tasted was not good (at all). The sausage tasted old, the cheese filled eggs tasted artificial, and the mini muffins were hard (seemed like they'd been sitting out for a week).
