We really liked this hotel! We were moving from Seattle to Las Vegas and we needed a place in Boise that would accept our three cats. This hotel accommodated us and our cats at a very fair room rate and pet charge ($25.00). It was great room to rest in after a long drive. The hotel also had a great continental breakfast, which was great having before our drive to our final destination. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with cats! 😊❤️

When I arrived at the hotel the desk person was very dismissive. There was no one at the desk (I watched the days I was there - it wasn't manned). She never mad eye contact or acknowledge me. My bed wasn't made. They made excuses but replaced the used towels. Towels are pre folded so they just grab a set. It only takes a few minutes to make the bed. The second day they did make the lack of effort was made was very poor. Just pulled the covers and threw the pillows to the other side. They made no real effort. Laziness. The breakfast was horrible too. All prepackaged food. stuff. The shut it down at 9 am. I see a bad attitude with staff at this hotel. They were more concerned with scratches in the elevator than with the service they offered. There needs to be regulations with these hotels, pricing to the quality of service you get. I rate them very poor from many other hotels I have stayed at. I have traveled for the last 30 years. This by far one of the worst. I would not recommend it. I often fine this is a reflection + attitude+ attention with service they provide.

The lady checking us in could've been a lot nicer and there could've been more for breakfast options.
