The pool was nice and you could watch Netflix on the tv. The breakfast was alright and the gym was a nice feature. There bacon was thin. The phone didn't work and there was only three channels for the tv. The beds were comfy. Many places near by all about 7 miles away.

The hotel seems a little dated, and the card reader for the exterior door only works sometimes. The staff were friendly and the pool, hot tub, and exercise room were in good functioning order. The breakfast was good. There were not enough parking spots for the amount of people they had.

Everything was great except the atrocious parking situation. There are simply not enough spaces available and all local businesses have signs saying your vehicle will be towed if you park there. If you are there early, you're good The hotel itself was clean and the front desk attendant was great.

The 3 days spent was very comfortable. Booked the king handicapped room and it felt very spacious and it was perfect for me and my one child. The hot tub was almost too hot but id say that's no complaint. The pool was freezing for it being indoor. At asked if they could check make sure it was the correct temperature knowing BEST WESTERNS have the pool at a set temp but was told no and nothing was looked after either time i told the front desk. The breakfast was perfect each morning and just loved everything otherwise. Would stay again.

We always have an excellent stay at Best Western. With that said, after walking around for an hour the bottom of our feet were dirty from the room. Our bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing and very quick to help with whatever we needed. Also the cookies at the front desk are a nice touch. Outside was always clean and lit. The parking was great. I always found a parking spot either at 8am or 10pm and through the day. The only negative thing was that the inside of the tub was strange almost like standing on a dome. The middle section of the tub raised while the outter portion inside the tub lowered. The tub jets were also FILTHY. Made us not want to use the shower in general. To make me feel like I need to shower with shoes on is pretty bad.

Our room has a wood floor, no carpet. It appeared clean, but after walking around the room getting settled. I looked at the bottom of my feet and they were black. My husband were also black . I showed the washcloth to the maid and she said she washed the floor 3 times. I don’t think so. I didn’t take s picture of the washcloth, I wish I had, but I thought she would clean the floor. The next night I mopped the floor and still dirt on the cloth and my feet.

The shower in our king room was filled with mold mildew. We were unable to get a new king room so we had to settle for a queen room with 2 beds. Room was very crowded and still had some mold in bathroom. Breakfast was good the first morning but was terrible the second morning. Don't know if we would stay again.

The A/C unit was subpar. Upon arriving it was set at 65. Thought room was warm but no big deal its 100 outside. As the sun fell i was hoping for better results. Sadly my room stayed hot! Slept on the sheets until ahout 5am then it was cold enough to be comfortable.

We booked a 7 night stay at this hotel. We checked in on Sept 26th and checked out just after lunch on Sept 27th because the water kept getting turned off for a little over an hour each time. I called the desk to report the water off and was told it will be just another hour. We had to go to a nearby restaurant to use the restroom and wash our hands. We found another hotel and spent the night of the 27th and the rest of the week there. This hotel is trying to charge me for nights I did not stay there. The manager did not return my calls when I spoke with the desk clerk and left a message to call me to discuss this matter. Other than water not being available we had no problem with the hotel.

Staff was not overly friendly or assertive. Second floor reaked of marijuana so we reported it to front desk but nothing was done. Got to our room and the fridge and phone weren't working so we had to move to a different room. Also, we'd arrived late at night and they wouldn't accommodate a late check out of which most Hotels will do an hour but finally did negotiate to 30 minutes. Beds were ok, not comfortable and husband said his had a center dip so new mattresses would benefit the room. Toilets flush excessively fast, strong and long and extremely loud, enough to wake sleepers up even though it's in the next room. This was a one night business trip and we travel frequently and have stayed in a lot of BW+ but this was not up to standards of what BW+ usually are so we won't stay here again, not clean air environment enough for us.

Checkin was friendly and easy. A question a few hours later to a different staff member was answered rudely. There is room for two pickups with trailers. If those are taken, they suggest parking across the street at a different business which made me uncomfortable. The room was clean and quiet, and the pool area was perfect. Breakfast choices and staff was excellent.

The first room we were assigned was not clean and looked like someone was still living in it. The second room had a jetted tub with moldy jets. The third room was acceptable. Barely. Breakfast on the first day was OK, but on the second day the staff couldn’t keep up and folks there were unhappy about arriving and finding the trays empty.

Well maintained property. Pretty quiet especially since it’s right next to the freeway. The breakfast was great. Great selection of self serve items, from cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cheese omelet, bacon or sausage, toast, and bagels. Plus all the fixings like jelly, cream cheese and peanut butter. Hot tea, coffee, juice and fresh cut fruit. Dinning room was very clean and well stocked thru out the breakfast hours.

the room is great the exterior is ok all garbages were full and over flowing. The breakfast was sub par it was 7-9 we showed up at 8 and most of it was gone we’re told basically that they were not going to bring any more out due to not having enough. Wasn’t super happy since part of the reason we booked this hotel was for the hot continental breakfast.

Hotel is a little dated but in ok shape. Pool area is nice. Rooms are clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was my only issue. Only one person doing everything. Running out of everything and you have to wait for her to come and refill it. She was doing a good job, just hard to keep up when everything is running out. Same breakfast each day, too. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles. Limited pastries and breads. Not bad but far from good.

Coffee (including mocha, cappuccino) hot chocloate, and juices are available 24/7 in breakfast area. A nice welcome after a long drive. Large room was quiet even with windows open to the evening breeze
