The hotel was nice , clean and in a great location. Staff were always friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that items on the breakfast buffet such as potato cakes, eggs and bacon, pancakes were consistently cold. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

The hotel is very good situated, for travellers with (heavy) suitcases. Whether you want to stay long or short. There is a Metro station just next door what makes it very convenient to start your discovering Tokyo. Rooms are not by the biggest I ever stayed in but is larger then some other hotel chains. Staff is very friendly and helpfully. So for me this hotel gets a thumbs up!

The smell of the rooms, I felt I could be sick from it. I changed hotels eventually - as normally book for a short period before choosing to extend. Although they provided everything needed and service was good. I also Lost a pair of my shoes and top on check out , I’m sure they threw it away instead of saving it for the me to come pick it up. Unfortunately I do not recommended. Cheap is not always cheerful

The room was very very small. When you stretch the legs you touch both walls. I felt claustrophobic. Very bad choice !!
