Nice hotel. Older. Parking ramp was too small. Homeless in the area. Not a lot of off street parking. Gym was nice. Staff was good. Restaurant food was good. Room smelled musty.

Property is older, but well maintained. Airport shuttle driver was on time and very pleasant. No fridge or microwave in the room, which startled me, it never occurred to me to have to request. Parking is in a ramp, but next door to the hotel.

Old! Outdated and key cards constantly needed to be re keyed. Our room had an odor and halls smelled - the location was convenient. Beware that shuttle service is only available AFTER flight crew is prioritized so it’s a crap shoot. Very nice staff in restaurant. Loved morray ( sp) - black jack table was fun! Breakfast was good

Margerita at the front desk was awesome. She helped get my reservation corrected even though it was my mistake. However, there was a drunk and loud wedding party going on that no one seemed to be able to control. The elevator from the garage to the lobby broke down. And they didn't even have a refrigerator in the room.

I normally stay at 2.5 star hotels, but decided the cost was only a bit more for this 3 star. I wish I had booked the 2.5. This place is pretty awful. To start, the lady checking me in interrupted the process to help 2 other people. Apparently she gave a guy a key card for someone else’s room and he went into their room. She told us the restaurant was open from 5 to 10. I went to the restaurant to find it was closed. We walked around and there was a lounge. He said he would have to seat us in the restaurant since we had kids. So he literally turned the lights on in the restaurant and we sat down. It was weird. The room itself was musty, water damage in bathroom, dust bunnies along the walls and furniture. You could hear people get ice as if they were in your room. We turned on the fan to try to get some sleep. Hotel uses a public parkade for their parking lots and it’s super sketchy. There were homeless people in there, and I was worried about my vehicle. The door from the parkade into the hotel wasn’t even locked. This whole place gave me the creeps. The only decent thing was the pool was warm and a decent size, and the hot tub was older but large. I would not recommend staying here.

We liked the downtown location. When we got to the hotel, the person greeting us literally asked if we were checking in and said zero other words. Awkward. The room wasn’t the cleanest…little hairs around the doorframe in the bathroom, I don’t know if they own a vacuum. Gross…needs to be updated as well, but if not going to, clean it.

The front desk staff was great the night we checked in the older man in the morning was rude and short with us after showing him the condition of the room. I was not rude just wanted them to know there was damaged furniture and mold in the room. We stayed in two rooms the first one the heater needed maintenance they moved us quickly to what was supposed to be a better room. The room at first glance was much more upgraded and modern. However every piece of furniture was damaged the night stand had chunks broken out of it as well as all the furniture. There was toothpaste on the mirror and counter that I wiped off. When we decided to shower in the morning that's when we discovered the shower curtain that was moldy. If I had saw this the night before I would have requested a new room. We booked through Expedia and when this was brought to their attention they were helpful, the property was not and I was told someone would get a hold of me that didn't happen. I would not stay here the mold will continue to be an issue as there are no fans in the bathrooms, the property is in need of some major upgrades and housekeeping clearly doesn't care.

Definitely does not live up to the Radisson name. The room was small, full of precipitation, the windows/toilet/mirror were all wet, dead flies on the window ledge in March, the room was cold humid, super dusty, tape holding the remote together, no trash bags in the trash and most of all guests services was no help at all for lost items.

The personal at the reception didn’t give a damn of explaining me the parking organisation (in and out), she doesn’t look at me when doing the check-in, talk to 2 people say the same time, so I didn’t know if she was rallonge to me, my key-card was not working when I arrive at my room… The room was ok but I can listen to my neighbour conversation, a sofa for 2 is requiered. The Wifi always disconnect dépendant of where I sit..

Needs updating and better job of cleaning or maintaining rooms. It was noisy in the halls, could hear the people in the room next to us talking. There is no exhaust fan in extremely cramped bathroom so if someone uses it for showering or even bathroom needs, you can't use it again for a while. There were several lipstick stains on the lamp shade...

Beyond disappointing. Check in as at 3p and dozens of wedding guests including my family didn't have a room till 6p or AFTER. My husband waited in the lobby for 3 hours and missed the wedding reception. To travel 350 miles for a wedding and not be able to get in to your hotel room was quite frustrating. Some guests were offered discounts. Some were not. I was not until I complained again in the morning. He gave me $20 off my $187 room. He lowered my sisters bill to $120. Because she "booked differently". He didn't like that i used Orbitz. Not even a sincere apology was given. The front desk office manager was rude and frankly seemed "bothered" by people expecting better. I will say the wedding reception was lovely and staff did a good job. Though I will never stay at the hotel again. Dozens of wedding guests traveled from out of state and couldnt change because the hotel couldn't get rooms cleaned on time. Some of the wedding party didn't into rooms till 7p. Don't book rooms you can't manage. We would have gladly stayed elsewhere if they couldn't handle the volume. We looked for other hotels but they were booked and we'd have inquired the cancelation fee. Complete nonsense. In 30 years of staying at hotels this was in my top 2 worst for customers service. I love Bismarck and spent ten years of my life there. I expected better from Raddison and from the staff. They poorly represented Bismarck.

The restaurant and lobby were lovely but the check in staff were down right rude! I called because my husband ended up staying in the hospital unexpectedly. I was told they had absolutely NO rooms! I went on Expedia and selected a queen executive room became I needed a room with a fridge for my insulin. When the gentlemen asked if I checked in online I said i made my reservation online. He stated, "I'm confused and walked away. The other clerk asked if I was sure I had a reservation? I said yes on Expedia. No smile at all. No greeting either! So I go to my room and it's a handicapped room, no fridge. She just blew me off! Thank heavens for ice buckets. So I paid extra for a fridge and didn't get one. I will say the dining room and staff were wonderful but I definitely wouldn't go back!

Room was clean. Only offered decaf coffee. Housekeeping was very persistent on wanting to clean room before checkout. Checkin took forever. The gentleman who checked be in seemed drunk and cared more about the game he was playing on his phone than helping customers.

Room was dirty and very small. There was a large stain on the carpet which no one had even attempted to clean. Pool was cold and hot tub mediocre.Overall very dated for a large convention center.

Very rude staff at the front desk. I was told my room was still dirty upon check in and when I asked how long it would be they told me "hours. You'll be called. Now please leave so we can move on". Absolutely the worst hotel staff I have ever encountered in ever aspect. Will never stay there again.

First, the property is not advertised anywhere that they do not have ample parking. We were hauling a small trailer and ended up having to park on the road ( did not seem safe to us due to what was on our truck and trailer) arrived to check in and Brent at the desk was checking in another customer, that took him a half hour. When a co worker asked if he could help, Brent was so rude and snapped at the co worker. The room I booked was a long executive room. Let me tell you how non executive it was. First, it was a queen bed not a king. The room smelled so horribly of mold and mildew. The hallways did too. The hallway walls looked and smelled to have human urine on them by the elevators. The bathroom tub was streaked with brown (I’m assuming) rust. Crumbs all over the side tables. The hallway windows were open and it was hot outside so it was hard to cool down the room. Walls and doors didn’t block sound at all. Noisy all night. A waste of $150 for sure. Couldn’t even get the bed size right. Had to rush out this morning as to not get a ticket for street parking. I will say that Kevin at the concierge desk was so kind and sweet while I waited forever to be checked in!!

It's downtown, close to several restaurants and bars. Also close to medical facilities. They keep it up, maintained well. Parking ramp, but free parking. Noisy street noise at night, since it is downtown, but didn't bother us in our rooms. Lounge/restaurant on site is nice.

The location was convenient to downtown and there are a lot of restaurants and bars around. Food in the restaurant was great. Biggest complaint was the noise, especially on the weekend. Loud cars , noisy people, and live music playing close by until after midnight.

The property was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool was great and the dome over it let in plenty of sunlight, so the water was warm enough. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. Breakfast was really good, but not included in the price of the room. None of the vending machines above the first floor were stocked.

The staff was really nice at their property. The check in staff was super sweet and so was the bartender/waitress at the restaurant. The property looks run down, the chair in our room looked like a car scratched it and the bathroom looked like it had seen better days. However, it was clean so that’s the most important thing to me. The restaurant food is ok, not great.

Restaurant hours were different than info on website. Website info was inaccurate. Desk staff was not eager to provide service or information. Had to knock on kitchen door to get a waitress to serve our table when there was only one other table of patrons present.

Check in staff - friendly and always helpful!! Always a great time staying there with restaurant and bar. Location is also a big deal with us. Hospital across street if we have family there or a quick walk to area places if interest!!

The Radisson is a lovely hotel with a fairly good restaurant and an attached covered parking ramp. Quick elevators. Don’t miss the unmentioned complimentary breakfast: yogurt, fig bars and fruit, along with 24 hr hot coffee. The hotel also allows pets and since we were in town for a dog show, that was a plus. I would recommend this hotel.
