The only issue was it was being worked on and pool said open at 8 am but staff said no it's open at 11 am so signs should be changes! Also waffle mixture was mot tasteful! Noboiled eggs, whip cream bacon or sausage very minimal breakfast! One of the housekeeping syaff was amazing went above and beyond ti get anfemine product for an emergency.

Property is being renovated. I had to ask for another room upon arrival, as the only working elevator was at the far end of the building and our room was not near the elevator as requested. There were no instructions on how to use the TV (it needed 2 remotes to operate). The place is understaffed and I had to stand at the reception desk to get the attention of the only employee available to show me how to get the TV to work. The hotel offered a free breakfast but it was the worst I've ever experienced. There are no restaurants within walking distance, so we had to drive to est breakfast. Will never stay here again.

SOMEONE BUSSED MY TRUCK WINDOW AND TRIED TO STEAL IT THEY HAVE 2 security guards that have done nothing or seen nothing can’t see the cameras FOOD SUCKS ! Don’t have a good selection of breakfast

The first day I checked in with my daughter who is 14 years old.There was a used condom on the floor in the room I called the front desk to speak to management but they never reached back out to me .There were ants all over the bathroom and food in the sink to top that of there were no towels and wash cloths available I had to run to Walmart to purchase some for me and my daughter I will never stay here again and I would not recommend anyone else to stay there . Wish I could get a refund

Room supposed to be smoke free but smelled like smoke and the hallway did as well. Walls too thin could hear people next door talking and watching tv all night. Bed hard a rock. Arms fell asleep. Back stiff next morning.

The motel needs an overhaul. The bathroom lights flicker for 10 minutes before coming on. The bathroom sink drain doesn't work so you have to jam something in the dirty water to let the water drain out. Carpet is old and dirty. Previous guest's Mountain Doo bottle was under the end table. I could hear every adult and child in the adjoining rooms and above my room talking, yelling, walking like a herd of elephants. I need to wake up at 5 am for a flight and the noise kept me awake till midnight.

How in the hell this place got 7 out of 10 stars on here blows my mind! It’s a 4 out of 10 at best! I booked this room due to it being the closest to the event location and having a jacuzzi bath with the best price, not to mention good reviews from what I could see and a good overall rating, well when we arrived at 3am exhausted after a day of travel and fun we had to wait at least 20 min to even be buzzed into the front door to check in, then I ask the man our room has a jacuzzi tub correct? And he says “oh no you didn’t pay for that room” online in every way it looked as if I had booked that room so it was disappointing to not receive it… he said it would be an additional 300$ to upgrade to that room… I decided and we climbed the stairs to our room which smelled very musty and the shower was broken… we go back down the stairs and tell the guy, he insists we where confused and didn’t know how to work the shower and climbed us back up the stairs to see for himself infact it was broken. They had no more rooms available with a king sized bed except a handicap room so we took it and the shower head would only go like 4foot tall max so we had to hold the shower head up to shower. The whole place smelled musty and we heard multiple people say there room smelled mildewed. The beds where terrible and rock hard. Anyway it was not at all what I expected or anticipated. And definitely not a 7 out of 10 experience

A light outside the office was flashing like a strobe upon arrival. The office smelled like skunk, but the room smelled OK. In the room (120), the bathroom light continuously flashed off and on like a strobe. It would definitely have triggered a seizure in a person with epilepsy. In the breakfast area, the toaster didn't work (it WAS plugged in), and the orange juice came out as yellow water. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay.

I had a few problems checking in because my card said pending. Luckily the manager, Sam was able to process my reservation and get me a room. Very thankful for that. Great customer service, thank you Sam! Breakfast was very carb heavy. Room 207 refrigerator doesn't work which is a problem since I am diabetic and need to have my medicine refrigerated. Other than this few minor setbacks, the room is comfortable and cozy. Great writing desk and chair and king size bed is awesome! Shower works great. Everything else is good as well. I would possibly stay here again, but use cash instead of debit card!

No actual management on site. Was communicated that they have accommodation for disabled that wasn’t true , and was charged $75 twice on a hold for 1 reservation. Still haven’t gotten in contact with management as of Today.

Kelly was excellent! Very friendly, helpful and informative. She always greeted us with a hello and smile upon leaving and coming. The room was very clean and organized, housekeeping was always making sure we had fresh towels, rags, soaps, shampoo and conditioner every day as well as friendly service. After staying for 7 days you get full housekeeping service, however if you need to extend your stay you will need to reserve a whole new reservation which I didn’t like at all but again because of Kelly friendliness an the housekeeping cleanliness it made the stay worthwhile. Buy the way I had the suite, very nice!

I booked and paid a month in advance and was not informed that I had to make an additional $75 deposit once I checked in. Once you reserve a room all additional deposits should be made transparent at the time of the booking. Very disappointing!!!

I’m only giving three stars because the room was clean and housekeeping was amazing. The man that checked us in was beyond rude. Me and my husband have worked in hospitality for years now and I was absolutely amazed at the poor customer service and blatant attitude. The breakfast was okay. Entire hotel smells like cigarettes. Overall I won’t be back, especially if that manager works there but a clean hotel for the price.

Front desk staff was HORRIBLE. Calvin is a first class jerk. The lady who manages the hotel was rude as well. It is a family owned/operated hotel. Many things do not work as they should. No breakfast at continental breakfast. No Coffee cold water for tea. Televisions in rooms do not work. Walls are paper thin. You can hear conversation in next door room. Too many college kids. Smell of weed EVERYWHERE. Stay Away!!!!!

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Surrounding area nice until nighttime. Very busy at the fast food restaurants and a few groups of “smokers” outside at night Again nice hotel but beware that the surrounding area is literally like night and day. Hotel was quiet for sleeping at night and beds very comfy.

Property is average, just time to update a few things in the rooms, but I felt safe and got a decent nights sleep. Breakfast was Continental style. The evening front desk worker Kelvin had sooo many responsibilities, but was still friendly and tried to hold it together as best he could.

The continental breakfast was sort of a joke and the bathroom fan in our room was loud. But we enjoyed our stay and loved that they offered tractor trailer parking. They gave us a room close to where we parked which was very helpful.

If you read the reviews for the other hotels in the area, this one is a better choice. No roaches or bed bugs however the property and furniture in the room was run down and dirty. Some of the appliances have missing pieces, the light switches were dirty. I needed to check in early at noon and they charged me $30 even though the room was ready. On the weekends they have security and it can get noisy if your room is not on the end of the hallways. There are A lot of dining options around though. The hallways smell like pot, and on the weekend (Saturday evening) this place was packed of one nighters and the thin walls made for an extra noisy night. Considering the area though, this seemed like the better of the options and if i have to come back to this particular area I'd probably stay here again.

The location was good for where we needed to be, and property was very clean, saw someone cleaning several times, and staff was friendly. The bed mattress is very uncomfortable. Breakfast selection was terrible. Thankfully there is a IHOP nearby.
