Located in the centre of the city . Walkable to the Christmas Markets, restaurants and more. It has a pool and spa that comes included. The room was small, which it was still no problem for 2 persons. The restroom was super small (shower is separate, which also needed more lighting). It was pricey maybe because of the season.

Bonjour, malgré ma bonne notation, j'ai une remarque à faire. Dans la salle de bain et surtout dans le domaine piscine, sauna j'ai déploré le manque cruellement de crochets pour accrocher serviettes et manteau de bain. Je pense que les chaises prés de la piscine ne sont pas destiner à être encombré par les serviettes et autres. Salutations R. Runser

Great, friendly staff! Excellent location for access to the Christmas market and shops of downtown. Parking is nearby at a public lot, but not onsite. Breakfast was really not great. Also, the property is okay, but not great.

Hotellet ligger helt fantastisk i forhold til den gamle bydel. Man kan gå til det hele og der er ro og fred om aftenen og natten. Der er parkeringskælder 100 meter fra hotellet. Morgenmaden er ikke pengene værd. Det er bedre at gå ud i byen, hvor den kan købes til 1/3 pris.

Podría haber sido mejor. El personal de recepción excelente, el servicio de habitaciones deficiente: faltaban toallas el primer día, a las 16h. del segundo dia habitación sin hacer... Albornoces y toallas en un estado deficiente, viejas y gastadas. Temperatura de la habitación muy justa. La relación calidad precio muy baja. Hemos pagado la ubicación céntrica, nada más.

From the 4 stars given and photos shown for this hotel, I was expecting something a whole lot more than what we had. The room was so small, we could barely get around in it, and we aren’t large people. Only one side of the bed had an outlet, so had to plug in phone and watch over on small table that was crowded with a coffee pot and glassware. The condition of the room and bathroom was very outdated, with poor workmanship on the flooring and bathroom door. The bathroom door hinge was actually being held on with glue. Great care had to be taken each time the door was opened/closed so it wouldn’t fall off. The laminate flooring had huge gaps between the planks which moved when walking on them. Was concerned my foot would get pinched by them if not wearing shoes. Bathroom was quite small, you could test your head on the wall in front of you while using the toilet. The toilet flusher looked like it was cheaply added over an existing flusher. New knew if it was going to work or not. This room was over priced and definitely not 4 stars.

Prachtige kamer (101) heerlijke douche, helaas wel in het bad, maar met een keurig glazen spatscherm. Apart toilet, dat kom je maar weinig tegen. Al met al een aanrader.

Great hotel in the heart of Colmar. It was a short two minute walk to the major spots in Colmar (shopping, Christmas markets, restaurants). Check-in was superb and the staff put our luggage into the room while we were out for lunch. The room was very comfortable, with a king size bed, and comfortable sitting area. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They have an amazing breakfast and their bar serves drinks until 1am. Overall, a very good hotel in a great location.

I liked the hotel because it was in the old town and close to all restaurants and attractions and the staff were very nice and friendly, always ready to help. Also it was a very short walk from train stations. Overall it was a great hotel.

I liked the hotel because it was in the old town and close to all restaurants and attractions and the staff were very nice and friendly, always ready to help. Also it was a very short walk from train stations. Overall it was a great hotel.

Great, friendly staff! Excellent location for access to the Christmas market and shops of downtown. Parking is nearby at a public lot, but not onsite. Breakfast was really not great. Also, the property is okay, but not great.

Great hotel in the heart of Colmar. It was a short two minute walk to the major spots in Colmar (shopping, Christmas markets, restaurants). Check-in was superb and the staff put our luggage into the room while we were out for lunch. The room was very comfortable, with a king size bed, and comfortable sitting area. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They have an amazing breakfast and their bar serves drinks until 1am. Overall, a very good hotel in a great location.

Hotellet ligger helt fantastisk i forhold til den gamle bydel. Man kan gå til det hele og der er ro og fred om aftenen og natten. Der er parkeringskælder 100 meter fra hotellet. Morgenmaden er ikke pengene værd. Det er bedre at gå ud i byen, hvor den kan købes til 1/3 pris.

Overall a very good stay. Excellent location and very pleasant staff. Air conditioning was quite effective for an older European hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Only minor issue is that the room was somewhat small.
