Decent stay for a decent price. Rooms as big and updated. Showers are very nice. Breakfast was ok, not as big as other places. Pool is okay, but not big, and has no hot tub. Bed was a little firm, but slept fine. Pillows were way too soft/flat, just ask for firmer pillow.

The hotel was clean and seemed fairly new or remodeled. It looked like they had a good sized staff keeping the rooms and common areas clean. However there were several things that knocked down my rating. Maybe they were little but they could be fixed. First off, I have a disabled parking placard. The disabled parking was not near the entrance. Parking near the entrance was reserved for their "elite status" members. Secondly, the king room I had was very large but it was also empty space. It would have been nice to have an additional chair or loveseat instead of making one person sit on the bed and the other sit on the old chair that was there like a remnant from the old days with all that space in the room. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. In fact I don't even remember a microwave in the breakfast area. And even though the website says there is coffee available in the lobby, the pots were empty both evenings I went down hoping to get a cup. The swimming pool was dirty and the water very cloudy. It was a big turnoff on a couple of 95 degree days. When I checked out there was an outside contractor pool crew starting to work on the pool. As for their advertising a free breakfast, it was great if you like bagels. There was no hot food. 2 bagel stations with toasters, the usual cold cereal, some hard boiled eggs, and a yogurt machine. All of the beautiful counter space wasted on bagels. Very disappointing.

As for their advertising a free breakfast, it was great if you like bagels. There was no hot food. 2 bagel stations with toasters, the usual cold cereal, some hard boiled eggs, and a yogurt machine. All of the beautiful counter space wasted on bagels. Very disappointing.

We did not get our 2nd room until 3 hours after check In. The back door outside was not locked. The key card access was broken. Huge security issue. The rooms smell musty . Not a clean hotel. Will not stay here again.

Room was great. Breakfast had little for health conscious folks other than unripened pears. Fitness room had no working machines and not secure. If I hadn’t been in this particular location I would have been really concerned.

My biggest complaint is the parking. This place seems to be popular with truckers. Each truck would take up four of five parking spot. Made it tough to find a good spot when we came in late.

Loved the property location condition of hotel and beds very good and grounds good. Only concern was trucks parking and using four (4) spaces for one truck in lot especially at night when only one space available and behind the hotel in the dark . Everything was good!!!

The request for clean the room never happened. I request twice and the room was dirty because never attended the request on time. The door of the gym was damaged, don’t work the water fountain inside the gym, the bottom of the elevator to close the door doesn’t work and the telephone on the room don’t work.

wow. what to say? The pool is Homer Simpson workplace green. The room floor was covered with slippery brown goo. I think maybe they 'cleaned' it with furniture polish. The accessible bathroom was unsafe for anybody except maybe a wheelchair user due to the slippery floor goop. But there wasn't a handheld shower for said wheelchair user. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE HOTEL. We heard various 'working on it' stories during our 4 day stay. You can learn a lot about a place in the breakfast room! But it actually seemed like they knew, and didn't care.

The staff was courteous and tried their best to accommodate. The common areas were clean and maintained. Beds were comfy & mattresses looked new/clean. Unfortunately the rest of the room was not clean. Stained bed linens and carpets, musty smell, roaches, sofa bed not usable. Not a fan of the shower since it was slow to drain. I guess that’s more of a design issue. I liked that there were places to eat nearby. Chow Daddy was good and a short walk. I don’t like to be negative, but I was happy to leave.

I was on the third floor and there was a lot of noise. Also there were roaches in the bathroom. The stool flooded on our first night and a young man comes down the next day to mop the area clean for us. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and the continental breakfast was delicious.

Our room was FILTHY! it reeked of dog urine, the carpet was so dirty our socks were black walking across the room one time and the toilet barely flushed. We thought we only had one light in the bathroom, but learned two bulbs were unscrewed - something that would have been noticed if staff paid attention. The bathroom and foyer floors were slippery and equally as dirty as the carpet. Perhaps the non dog-friendly rooms are better, but I will not be back to this property. Would rather sleep in my car!

There is a cleanliness issue. We found hair in the bathroom sink. The mattress pads weee dirty. We also had roaches. The staff was ok. The were polite but it wasnt genuine. The breakfast options were good.

Perfectly fine hotel, clean, spacious, modernized (perhaps recently renovated).... however, the smell of whatever cleaning product that they use was overpowering, which unfortunately made me feel a bit uncomfortable (like I was staying in a hospital or something). It smells OVERWHELMINGLY like chemicals/cleaning or sanitizing - in the lobby AND the rooms. On one hand, great to know it's clean! On the other hand, I wasn't really looking forward to going back there at the end of the day and marinating in the sanitizing smell. Front desk staff was A+ and service all good!!

If you stay at any of the Hilton Hotels just be prepared to not have a microwave to warm up your food. The Spark Hotel in Bluffton location only had one microwave that was in a main area. They need to bring microwaves back into the hotel rooms this is ridiculous. My next stay will definitely be at a resort or a place that has a kitchenette or Motel 6 they have a microwave this was terrible as far as not having a microwave, but the staff was really nice and helpful.

Safe, quiet hotel with very basic amenities. Very clean. I stayed three nights and the front desk staff was not visible except on my arrival. I suspect the attendant stays behind a partition wall. There is a video camera watching the desk but no way to alert staff short of shouting. Asking for help in a normal voice was not fruitful. My problem was a cold shower. It turns out the shower valve is plumbed backwards, so the farther the lever is turned toward hot the colder the water becomes. I was wide awake after my brisk shower! Also, housekeeping skipped my room after the first night which was a minimal annoyance. So not special, but clean, quiet, and safe.

Great people and not bad of a location but the room we got was very humid and muggy, AC took all night to cool and due to this it was very difficult to sleep and get rest. Fridge leaked and stopped working then started working again in the morning only after food got warm.

Safe, quiet hotel with very basic amenities. Very clean. I stayed three nights and the front desk staff was not visible except on my arrival. I suspect the attendant stays behind a partition wall. There is a video camera watching the desk but no way to alert staff short of shouting. Asking for help in a normal voice was not fruitful. My problem was a cold shower. It turns out the shower valve is plumbed backwards, so the farther the lever is turned toward hot the colder the water becomes. I was wide awake after my brisk shower! Also, housekeeping skipped my room after the first night which was a minimal annoyance. So not special, but clean, quiet, and safe.

When asked about room service not being done the first evening, we were told you had to request service. Made the request and still no service the next two days. Most unfriendly, surly staff I have ever experienced! No one at the front desk smiled or said hello at anytime after we checked in. Also upsetting is the fact that Platinum Members have parking spaces closer to the entrance than the Handicapped!

Overall the stay was pretty good. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. However, while in our room in the evening one night, someone - must have been staff - tried to let themselves into our room. We had the Do Not Disturb plaque on our door knob and had locked the door. I had just come out of the shower and was on the bed, not even dressed yet. Thankfully I could hear and see in the mirror by the door, that someone was entering our room. No knock, no “housekeeping” announcement (which hotels typically do). I said “don’t come in here!” And whoever it was closed the door. My boyfriend immediately got up and opened the door to see who it was and to say something, but there was no one in the hallway. No housekeeping, no cleaning cart. The person had ran away. Leads me to believe that staff was maybe trying to do something shady, thinking we were out of our room.. why else would you enter a room with a DND sign on the door at 5:45 pm? We called the front desk to complain of this and they apologized but seemed pretty unbothered by it. At the end of our stay, in the morning, we went to the front desk and asked if we can get a late checkout. One lady at the front desk rudely said “there’s no late checkout” and the other man helping us went quiet upon her response & then more nicely said “we have to have the rooms available for new check ins, sorry.” It was a Monday, can’t imagine too many people are checking in? We were very happy with our experience. We stayed Wednesday through Sunday and never had an issue. Staff were very nice and respectful. Breakfast was fully stocked and clean area. Location was 25 minutes from Coligny beach. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and seemed fairly new or remodeled. It looked like they had a good sized staff keeping the rooms and common areas clean. However there were several things that knocked down my rating. Maybe they were little but they could be fixed. First off, I have a disabled parking placard. The disabled parking was not near the entrance. Parking near the entrance was reserved for their "elite status" members. Secondly, the king room I had was very large but it was also empty space. It would have been nice to have an additional chair or loveseat instead of making one person sit on the bed and the other sit on the old chair that was there like a remnant from the old days with all that space in the room. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. In fact I don't even remember a microwave in the breakfast area. And even though the website says there is coffee available in the lobby, the pots were empty both evenings I went down hoping to get a cup. The swimming pool was dirty and the water very cloudy. It was a big turnoff on a couple of 95 degree days. When I checked out there was an outside contractor pool crew starting to work on the pool. As for their advertising a free breakfast, it was great if you like bagels. There was no hot food. 2 bagel stations with toasters, the usual cold cereal, some hard boiled eggs, and a yogurt machine. All of the beautiful counter space wasted on bagels. Very disappointing.

I was deceived by the positive reviews and treated exceptionally poorly during my brief stay. Despite a miscommunication with a Hotels.com representative who failed to convey my concerns accurately, I was denied a refund and verbally abused by management.
