The place was nice and clean. To say that breakfast is included is a bit misleading. Only coffee, juice, and storebought muffins. Pool could use some attention, but we did get in it. Overall, not a bad place to stay for a few days.

Had 2 choices for rooms one the TV did not work or the other the refrigerator was broke. The elevator was out of service so I had to carry all my luggage upstairs.i was very disappointed in this facility.

We were super happy with our stay and our room. The location was great, the room was great and we loved the pool. The front desk clerks were all so nice and sat and talked with us and made sure we knew the amenities. The hot tub was not super hot, but for a warm summer evening, it actually felt perfect. Our room was on the bottom floor close to the pool so we really liked that. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Packaged muffins and juice just doesn't cut it. Even if its just a continental breakfast, having a little more would be great. Next time we go to Cherokee, we will definitely be staying here!

I was surprised how nice the hotel is because it’s a super 8, however when I arrived the system was shut down and I had to wait 2hours to get checked in. I got upset when I got my room and it was on the top floor and the elevator was not working so I had to walk up after a four hour drive.

This was the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. The grounds were filthy. For breakfast there was nasty muffins and juice. The pool was filthy. The hot tub was dirty. People just drove up that didn’t even stay there to use the pool. When I asked the front desk about it, they said it was a gray area and that some people just like to use it. The porch was filthy. We couldn’t even sit on it with all the bugs and spiders and cigarette ashes. The windows were filthy. The TV was so small, we could hardly see the blurry picture. It had such limited channels, nothing for the kids. I literally don’t know if I’ve ever stayed in a motel this bad. Even the ice bucket was filthy with mold and mildew in it. The couch in the room was filthy. I wouldn’t even let my granddaughter sit on it.

Check-in staff very pleasant and helpful. When we entered our room #102 door was not fully closed. Our room was spacious, bathroom appeared very clean, bed so comfortable, nice sitting area, and small porch. I noticed the door to porch also was not locked. We were comfortable in the room. A fresh coat of paint is needed in the room and that might help with the musty smell Morning coffee was good. We wished the complimentary breakfast had more than packaged muffins. Even cereal would have been nice to add.

When we first got in our room, the beds looked neat but I noticed the room cards for the people that stayed before us were still in the room. That made me think the room wasn’t cleaned properly. And sure enough, there was a soda spill on the table between the beds. It was so bad that the cord to the phone was stuck to the table. Then I had to use the bathroom. There was poop still in the toilet so no, they hadn’t truly cleaned the room. I went to the front desk and the guy was really nice and apologized many times. They put us in another room. This room was clean at least from what I could see. The breakfast you get is muffins, coffee and juice. It’s not what I thought it would be but better than nothing. The place does show it’s age but still a good place to stay for the price. BUT check your room before you unpack to make sure it’s clean!

My stay was okay. The room, was comfortable but refrigerator barely worked and the patio/balcony area for my room & chairs out there were very dirty and loaded with cobwebs, so I couldn't enjoy sitting outside. Also this hotel does not serve breakfast. Only coffee, tea bags & tiny muffins on a doorway cart in the lobby.

This hotel is very clean on the interior. My room seemed to be newly updated. The balcony wasn't very clean. Balcony door windows were filthy. Made me wonder about the actual cleanliness of the rest of the room. Write up for the hotel said breakfast. There was only coffee,juice, and muffins. Dining area was closed off. I did feel safe here. Room was very spacious

The room was damp and smelled like dog or dirty carpeting. It was very humid in mid-July and we tried drying the room out by keeping the A/C on. Unfortunately, this only meant that we slept under damp, cold sheets. The room was clean, but it needs some TLC, especially the bathtub with its black stains. Breakfast was a muffin with juice or coffee.

The television was smaller than my computer monitor. The beds were very uncomfortable. No breakfast and out of coffee. Bathroom sink had long hairs stuck on the faucet, and the drain was clogged. Three cockroaches on the vanity top to greet me in the morning. The tub filled to my ankles when taking a short shower.

No breakfast just tiny muffin and coffee. Property is poorly managed and maintenance not kept up. Roof had con webs, dust packed in vent, mildew on the walls packed in shower head, windows filthy so couldn't enjoy our balcony view, and the lost goes on and on. Could have gotten a nicer place for less money so not recommend.

Three star experience at a Three star hotel. AC unit sounded like a jet engine, Analog TV feed was unwatchable, “Included Breakfast” was a cold muffin. But the bed and towels were clean, and the room was quiet. If you have low expectations, it’s a decent place to rest.

My family recently stayed at this property in Cherokee for a family outing. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The shower however was another story. The shower head needed to be changed and there was a loud squealing sound while the shower was running. Breakfast was muffins, coffee and juice. The snacks station downstairs was overpriced, and the drink cooler was empty. There was only one option to choose from. We probably won't stay at this property again.

I booked here because I had stayed here before. My mother is wheelchair bound and I liked the room with the separate area with a couch, table and desk. After checking in I found the TV did not work, but they were quick in fixing it. On the second day, I noticed the ceiling in the shower was leaking and had mold growing. They came and looked at it and offered to move us to a new room. I did move and it was better because it was a handicap accessible room.

The property is fine and in a great location, however the guy who checked us in was extremely rude and had no sense of customer service whatsoever! He's white with longer hair and i even attempted to be friendly towards him and asked how he was doing and he gave a short sarcastic answer. If you're going to have employees, get someone who's nice to customers. They are the face of your establishment and because of this guys nasty attitude, we will not be back.

Our room didnt have any hot water. Our fridge didnt work we had to pit sodas in the freezer just to keep cold. our jetted tub wasnt much. our light in the room kept flickering. whenever i went to complain was told that they couldn’t do anything and he walked away from the counter saying why didnt i complain sooner.

Awesome location right in the middle of Cherokee. Right next door to the Diary Queen. We basically walked to most of everything. Awesome staff. Room was very nice. Slept good. Enjoyed the stay!

Right off the bat, first impression was a bit disappointing because I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised it was 2 mins from the Cherokee casino- which is where my family was going for majority of our events. It turned about to be 10mins from it so not cool and they need to update that false advertising. Upon arriving, the staff was very nice, an older facility but clean and neat. The best welcomed surprise was I had not driven past the casino before and had to for this hotel. So I got to see more of the town which was beautiful, and the cute shops and more local activities. Honestly 9/10 for the price we paid.
