It was a terrible experience I was celebrating my wife’s 57th birthday this weekend and when we showed up to check in we realized the pool was covered and asked the person at the front desk why is the pool covered and it’s blazing hot outside his response was the pool pump has been down for a few weeks. And then we wanted to talk to the manager of the motel and the front desk pointed him to us and we asked “are you the manager” he said “no I just work here”. Then we went to go to the room and it was infested with nats and flys, the bed spread had a cigarette hole burned in it and the room smelled like mold and mildew we were not going to stay there so I got a hold of Hotels.com and the lady who I talked to worked it all out for us and got my refund back so we just went down the street to Cherokee Grand Inn it was very clean and the staff was very professional and courteous and the pool was opened great experience there. I would recommend anyone to go stay there for a fair price and great service!!

The location itself is the best thing, walk across the street to the casino. Other than that our experience was not good, the key didn't work, there was ash trays next to every door we walked by, the room itself smelled so bad of smoke and they claim non smoking rooms. The A/C unit gave off a smell also and had black spots on the vent. The front desk person was nice but probably would not stay there again.

The swimming pool is not open, they shouldn't advertise they have one if it's not working.

Adequate for an overnight stay after attending an event at Harrah’s, if you don’t want to pay $500/night at the casino. Convenient since it’s right across the street, but it’s an older motel that hasn’t been updated in awhile. Clean enough though, other than the room smelling like old, stale cigarettes.
