The hotel and amenities were top notch as usual with a friendly and professional staff. Unfortunately on our final evening there, a terrible storm caused a 12 hour power outage. There was no room service or restaurant availability just a dark,silent room. I would have thought that a facility that size would have backup generators.

We had a great time at Harrahs Cherokee. The atmosphere is lively especially around the Myst Bar and casino. Great food and shopping. The terrace pool was lovely and less crowded than the other outdoor pool. There is a spa and bowling alley. We enjoyed going to a concert at the event center and a comedy show at the Comedy Zone. Myst Bar had live music each night we were there. This resort has plenty to do so plan on lots of walking. It can be a little difficult to navigate. Some areas of the resort were nicer than others. We stayed in a smoking room in the SoCo tower. This tower and our room were a little dated and dirty, but there are other towers/rooms available that looked nicer. Regardless, we had a great time and plan to return to Harrahs Cherokee.

Check in was a breeze, pool area was nice with bar and food service. Nice place to walk around and enjoy the atmosphere, even without gambling. The only complaint I have was the lack of pool maintenance, the water was very cloudy and did not give a fresh look to it...

Be prepared to walk and know what hotel you are in. Inside the halls to each section are marked with Hotel only… not identified with name of tower. Overall a beautiful facility and very comfortable.

The property was well maintained, very clean, and quiet! The casino was huge!! As no smokers, we especially appreciated that the smoking section was behind closed doors. We look forward to staying at the Cherokee in the future.

Every elevator that we went in had trash init and was nasty. Our room was gross. It looked like our bathroom had bearly been cleaned. There was hair in the shower and on the sink, mold and mildew in the shower and it leaked really bad when the water was running, it also had a seal that was broken at the top of the shower. The sink had not only hair onit but looked like it had bearly been cleaned. The walls had stuff that looked like it had been splattered onit in near the toilet and the sink area. Our sitting areas had dirt on the them and other stuff im not sure what was. We bearly slept in the bed due to being afraid it wasnt clean either. I felt gross being there. We enjoyed the cassino but wasnt impressed with the facility at all.

Creek tower and Cherokee tower are separate effing locations! Different addresses! Handprints on the walls, dirty hallway carpet, mold in the shower. Unexpectedly poor condition for a Native owned hotel. Comfortable bed.

Bathroom floor was dirty and no fitted sheet on the bed, only a regular sheet laid across the mattress. Elevators were filthy. Going with someone who was on a walker was interesting. Long walks to room and casino. Bad choice for us. Loud neighbors and fire alarms went off twice during the night. We left the next morning and came home.

Room spotless. Comfortable Bed & Pillows. Exceptional Shower & very nice bathroom. One problem later brought to staff's attention, so I'm sure it is corrected: the TV Signal / Connection was poor all night. TV picture Froze repeatedly! Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Cherokee tower is the newer building. Very quiet and a bit further from the casino. Room was an okay size and it was clean. Our issue was the bedding very over used and gross! Wrinkled and short sheeted! The didn’t clean our room got a sheet and changed it ourselves same issue too small and wrinkled. Still think the Casino could have a better variety of restaurants!!

Beautiful room and hotel decor. The check-in line was pretty slow and only got worse after 4pm. I was lucky enough to arrive early and get checked in relatively quickly, but the rush of people just after were in a complete bottle neck and long wait. Cleanliness was top notch and the restaurants were also first class. Self park was easy.

Our stay at the resort was wonderful! We celebrated our 28th year anniversary. What i was most amzed with is the fact that you cannot here a door slam, people talking next to your room or a toilet flushing. So peaceful in the room. The casino, bars and food was great. Cleanliness an A+. Everything is pretty expensive so do not be surprised! We had a great time.

It’s more of a Casino with a hotel, rather than a “Resort”... They promoted a super nice non-smoking premium King room, with a comfortable bed, top of the line linens & a Mountain View… I was given a room with a worn out mattress & a view of a concrete wall! I was finally given the option to “upgrade” though.. 2nd room was much better & slept very well. It just still wasn’t the “resort” experience I was seeking. Toiletries were inadequate. There isn’t really a convenient store for things you forgot & just forget the Spa salon. No one would even call me back! You can’t order room service past 10pm. Everything closes kind of early & doesn’t reopen until mid-late day.. Even the outdoor area & pool closes at 8pm!

The breakfast was 26.00 buffet with bacon and eggs, nothing special. Check in was quick, but none of staff told me where anything was not even where room was. And if you had any questions of where anything was there had the attitude like I should know. Oh and they 40.00 resort, 40.00 incendental fee they don't mention til you're there

The valet service is wonderful and included in the resort fee you pay. The bell service kept our bags for us since we arrived before check in time. It was a fabulous benefit, allowing us to go into the casino and get something to eat before checking into our room.

Room clean but shower grout etc, not that good. Cheap little coffee pot and lighting was not user friendly and hard to figure out. (Bad design) Had door problems in the bathroom and maid said she would let maintenance know, but didn’t hear from anyone. Went to front desk to let them know the next day and he said a maintenance person will be coming by that afternoon, which would have been good, since we were heading out to see the sights. He actually showed up within the hour while we we taking showers and getting ready, I told him that and said he would come back later, he never did. Not good follow up and communication with staff.

Accidentally booked a smoking room..didn’t think that was a thing anymore. Girl at the front tried to move us but it was not possible. Room smelled terrible :(. Outdated. Only 3 pillows per bed and there was no comforter? Only an additional sheet on top of the flat sheet. Very strange. Paid more to stay at the casino to treat my family, but will never do that again. The hotel is very confusing to navigate. Gotta go up to go down to go up again to get to the elevators to our tower..hard to find the concert. When asking staff, they just point. I worked in Hilton Hotels for 10+ years and definitely this was a downgrade.

Great location for visiting the attractions in Cherokee and the surrounds. The horel is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Free parking is included, although you have to pay a resort fee. Woyld highly recommend if youre in the area.

It was great. Everyone so nice and helpful. Nice quiet rooms and comfortable beds. We were able to sleep soundly. We ate one night at the Wicked Weed, great fish plate and ribs. Breakfast was good to, had everything to offer us.

Love this place, valet service is top notch. Front desk so polite. Room great. Love the Starbucks for morning coffee. Restaurants have great food. Employees great, with exception of hearing we're short handed, a lot. (Tried to dine at Rio, on a Wednesday evening, totally booked) Did do lunch at Rios at the bar Tuesday, service fabulous (Michelle was knowledgeable and very nice), food wonderful.

Casino is huge with poor signage. Seemed like a 1/2 mile walk to the restaurant, we made reservations at. Breakfast buffet was extremely over priced, as was the Gordon Ramsey Food Court. Big name little value. I would visit the Casino again but not stay or eat there.

Many food options to choose . More coffee bars are needed in the mornings. The lines are tremendous! The room was nice but wallpaper peeling and shower/tub looks worn around it. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The hotel is very nice. The Gordan Ransay food court was very tasty. While the room was nice. I paid for a mountain view, but my view from the third floor was an air conditioning unit and vent from the buildings other area, very disappointing. When I informed the front desk about this they wanted to charge me extra to move my room. Not what I expected from Harrahs.

Gordon Ramsey would be ashamed, furious, and totally disgusted with the way the food, staff, and food were presented. What a waste of $35!! The room looked good but was not cleaned properly. For the time and money I spent, I should be compensated.
