The beds and pillows are very comfortable. When we checked the person at the desk did not know how to handle our Hotels.com transaction. OK, we all have to learn. Our toilet overflowed to the point that the bathroom and tiled area by the door was flooded. I called the front desk 4 or 5 times before anyone answered. Then I was told no one was there to fix the toilet and clean up the mess. It was very early in the morning, but you would think someone would atleast be on call. We were offered towels which we had to go get because she was the onl one there. Or a new room. Either way we would have to walk through dirty water. The next morning I had to call again because we were forgotten about. The breakfast was bad. I was told they did not serve decaf. I think the truth was we were the only people there at the end of breakfast and they didn't want to brew a new pot. Not a good Marriott

The hallways smell like mildew, and the carpets are ripping down the middle, causing significant trip hazards. The bedroom was clean; however, you couldn't see out the window because a milky film covered it, and it wasn't double-pane, but you could feel it on the inside. The restaurant food was okay, but I listened to the bartender complain the entire time I was there, and I had to ask for my beverage 3 times before getting it. Go to the Holiday Inn next door; it is clean and updated. It's very sad to see the condition this hotel is in now.
