Would stay again, the bed felt amazing, slept like a baby. Pool water was very cloudy so that was the only questionable thing but would go again otherwise

Other guest which included a large party were noisy and took over the hotel common areas. First night noisy guests until after 1 am when I went out to complain to them. Out of several basic food items like milk in the morning. The pool was so heavily chlorinated that eyes burned so didn’t stay in.

Due to the inclement weather conditions caused by a storm the night before my visit, the staff did everything reasonably possible to accommodate guests. The facility was forced to operate with a backup generator. I commend the staff for making the best of an unfortunate situation. I witnessed staff providing care and coordination to a few senior citizens with health conditions and limitations and adhering to ADA guidelines for accessibility on the 1st floor. I also witnessed staff de-escalating a disgruntled guest, who had an issue with her credit card being charged, which caused her account to be overdrawn. Nonetheless, the staff were very professional. I look forward to another opportunity in the future. Thank you.

Very nice quiet place to stay, just noticed that the shower was very clean. Breakfast could have been better but no different from other hotels that serve breakfast. Staff was ok, and pool was a plus!

We booked the holiday inn that was listed as 0.33 miles from the trinity sports complex /schoolcraft college…somehow we ended up at the holiday inn almost 7 miles away and a 15 minute drive from our venue having to get on the freeway. We actually passed our venue AND THE HOLIDAY INN I BOOKED on the way to the hotel. Expedia says it is the hotels fault the hotel blames Expedia. I blame both. I know for a fact I clicked on the holiday inn that was close to our venue since it was so close and has lots around it and I was teetering on this one and a different hotel in the same area, so I can’t for the life of me figure out how we ended up at this location. I would have booked a different hotel near the venue if I had known I was being directed to this one. On top of it the pool was disgusting. It had a weird foam on the top and wet towels and tshirts were left all around the pool area.

The best part of our trip was the very helpful hotel employee/manager Shannon who made sure we could have the best accessible room on their property for my mom who needs a walk-in shower. When we stayed a couple extra nights past our reservation, she made sure we could keep the same room! She was the most helpful part of the hotel staff I've experienced at any hotel I've stayed at! The free breakfast had good options as well and great gym and pool available. A clean and comfortable place to stay!

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! The pool was unswimmable. The hallways were filthy. The bedding was dirty and unchanged. The pull out bed mattress looked like a murder scene! The blankets provided for the pull out sofa were shedding and full of holes! I have tried to add photos for proof to this review but the app will not allow me to upload.

1st floor bathrooms in both rooms needed to be cleaned again. Recommend a deep cleaning noticed mold in the showers and glass in the shower door. Tissue was very low, I had to request tissue from front desk. Front desk was great every shift. Shout to the Breakfast staff he was amazing, he prepares the food with love.

It was a slumber party for my daughter...the room wasnt thoroughly cleaned....shower and mirror was dirty. Shower had hair all over the bottom. Mirrors and shower doors werent wiped. Counters were barely wiped. Stains on furniture and bedding. Carpet not properly vacuumed. But sheets seemed clean, clean towels, nice staff and was very quiet...the pool area was dirty with no towels, but that was due to the guests. Breakfast was good, and fresh with lots of choices.

When I first checked in the keys didn’t work. I was on the 4th floor so had to go all the way back to the front desk and got new ones. Got up to the room, the keys again did not work. I went back to the front desk and got someone to come up and fix it. There were 3 of us staying and there were no towels or washcloths at all in the room. The tv remote didn’t work at all.

All staff were incredibly friendly and nice! The individual room could’ve been cleaned better as there was hair in the shower from the prior guests. My family and I like to sleep with our room really cold and the thermostat only went down to 74, which we would have preferred it to be colder. I would recommend this hotel as the breakfast and staff are great and parking is very easy! It’s location is also convenient.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel located right next to the expressway. Constant traffic noise. If the noise would bother you, I would suggest asking for a room on the back side of the hotel. It would probably be quieter. I wear earplugs to sleep so the traffic noise did not bother me.

Internet was spotty. Rooms were definitely not quiet. This is a critical aspect of hotel stays. Doors are paper thin and do not keep noisy sound out. Windows do not block regular conversations happening outside them. This is especially annoying when past 10PM and continuing into 1-2 AM. Noise pollution is the biggest problem in a hotel stay.

Every staff member of every shift was very polite and when I checked in I didn't like being located close to the lobby and elevators and the lady was more than happy to relocate me to a quieter floor.

The stay was great until the morning. Your hotel “manager” at the front desk wanted to argue with an employee in the phone for being ten minutes late to work, and then loudly discuss it with a couple of other employees standing at the front desk while my kids and I are sitting in the breakfast area trying to eat our breakfast. Very rude, very unprofessional, and not something any hotel guest should have to hear. Otherwise, hotel was clean, room was as expected snd the guy working in the breakfast area was great with keeping things stocked.

The hotel itself was average but the person working the desk (Shannon) was rude, slow, and acted as if us checking in was inconvenient for her. We have stayed in this hotel before and received much better customer service. For the money, stay 1/4 mile down the road at Hampton Inn.

We put up a credit up for the room and they were told We was going to put the room on another card when we arrived. Our flight was late and when we arrived our rooms were sold. We arrived around 8:00 pm. The desk clerk said they tried to run the card and it declined so they gave the room away. The clerk said they tried to call and I said we were on the plane and the phones were off. We had to go find another hotel.
