The first room I received was dirty, they transferred me to what they said was their only other room available, which neither heat nor the a/c worked in. By the time i got settled in it was 230 AM, and they offered me a 20$ refund for that night and a transfer the next. Still haven’t received the refund.

Di room was nice. No trash basin or kups, so dat made it eco-friendly. Microwave and fridge was good, although fridge had food in it from previous persons.

The hotel lobby is clean, the stairs to going up are dirty, the railings are sticky, but the door keys work well. Key card was not an issue at all. Small TV but it was doable but the batteries were dead in the remote, the bathroom wasn't very clean and the toilet was clogged but they were cool enough to put a plunger in there. There was no chair in there to sit at the desk, if you wanted to sit down, The only place to sit was the bed. All the surfaces were Dusty or had fingerprints and grease marks from food maybe. And when you open the refrigerator door there was a cheese wrapper stuck to the bottom. I left the cheese wrapper for the next victim. Due to the price I should have known about what to expect. The sheets were clean and the blanket was clean. Customer service was super friendly. We didn't make any complaints but this is just what we experienced while we were there. Probably wouldn't go there again unless I was too tired to drive all the way home and it was the only place available.

We arrived after booking a jacuzzi suite through hotels.com. We were told they dont use hotels.com and they dont have jacuzzi suites, and then was given a number for Expedia to call for a refund. Total disappointment.

Room was clean. But after a while I started seeing roaches started off with one. Then it was more and more by the minute mammas daddies and babies coming out. I couldn’t enjoy my stay or get any sleep because I was to worried about the roaches. We had a jacuzzi it was okay but no what I expected it I couldn’t turn on the jetted part. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a spring

When I got there, they ‘never got my reservation’ but also told me that the room with the queen bed I reserved wasn’t cleaned by their staff anyway. They had me go check a king room myself to make sure it had been cleaned, and it was warm, damp, and musty and the AC was barely kicking out cool air. They offered me that king room at a higher price (no discount for the ‘lost reservation’) and it all seemed like a scam. I got a refund from Expedia for my booking and did not stay there.

I didn’t take a shower because the tub was dirty and had mold around it. I’m pregnant and I don’t want to inhale black mold. That’s not good for anyone. I informed hotels.com they are encouraging places like this. This platform doesn’t do their investigation ,because that wouldn’t have happened if hotels only show real accuracy photos. Also, hotels and the hotel American inn lies about have breakfast there is none. Overall I was disappointed in the stay.

This property was terrible the young man at the counter refused to allow me to check in after I booked and paid for a reservation through Expedia! He claimed someone else had purchased the same reservation that I did just second before I didn’t ask him if he could accommodate me and give me something else since I had already purchased the room he told me Expedia overbooked them and there were no rooms left after I called Expedia and explain to them what was the situation they then send me a email telling me that I could not be refunded because there are strict rules that these places go by however I had until 12:00 AM that night to check in? I made it to the room at 10:30 so I am out of $120 time but I sure gained frustration. God bless those people.
